eBay Customer Service Issues

This experience has been very disappointing, especially as a repeat customer. My order #[redacted]32 was for a red third brake light for a [redacted] Cadillac DTS, but I received a smoked black one instead. Now I am being asked to pay for the return shipping, which I am not willing to do. I will no longer use EBay and will inform my customers and friends to boycott EBay as well. I used the Global Shipping Program to send an item to a buyer in the UK. The buyer wants to return the item, but I can't provide a return label because of the GSP. eBay suggested the buyer buys the return label and I reimburse them through PayPal. I've asked the buyer 14 times to do this and to contact eBay if needed, but no response. I've tried contacting customer service 6 times without reaching an agent.
