Subject: Issue with TV Purchase from Seller xlgames on eBay I wanted to bring to your attention the problem I encountered with the TV I purchased from seller xlgames on eBay, under case ID: PD-D-[redacted]71. I placed an order for a VIZIO 43" Class 4K Smart LED TV on January 23rd, [redacted]. However, upon receipt in Suriname on March 29th, I discovered that the TV was not new as advertised. The screen was damaged, with a label instructing to return it. Despite my attempts to contact the seller, they seem to have disappeared from eBay. I have photographic evidence, which I have compiled into a PDF file for your review. Given the circumstances, it appears that I have fallen victim to a scam. I was unaware that I needed to return the faulty TV to eBay to initiate a refund. Must I incur additional expenses to resolve this matter? I am seeking guidance on the next steps. I purchased an item and received an incorrect tracking number from the seller. After notifying them, they provided a new tracking number, which also turned out to be incorrect. The first tracking number indicates delivery, but I did not receive the item. The second tracking number shows the package is heading to Forth Worth, TX, not my location. The seller has no feedback, leading me to suspect a scam. The eBay item number is 03-07[redacted]3. I never received the package, and UPS mentioned it had a different recipient's name and was sent to a different town. I am requesting a full refund since I cannot return an item I never received. I received two incorrect tracking numbers: 1ZX99Y[redacted]37 and 1Z8Y[redacted][redacted].

I am disputing a charge for an item I did not purchase. I do not recognize the transaction. I contacted the seller this morning, but have not received a response. I have messaged them multiple times before the item was shipped. The seller's name is hud9725. I had a previous issue with this seller selling me a damaged doll, which was not disclosed properly. I will not buy from them again as I do not typically purchase sports or expensive items. I am on disability. The transaction occurred this morning, July 1st, at 6:42 am. I purchased two telephone cables for data transfer for an old Samsung flip phone. However, both cables received don't fit my phone. I took the first one to geek squad, but it didn't work. I have noticed unfamiliar recurring charges on my account over the past few months, which I did not authorize, sell, or understand. After receiving a copy of my data over the weekend and reviewing it for any connections to the business account, I have not been able to identify any supporting evidence. I am worried that eBay's undisclosed information has inaccurately associated me with another organization, especially since they have been forthcoming with personal details about the business but not about the linking specifics. Moreover, I am apprehensive about eBay's suggestion that I should contact the business to resolve the dispute, as this is not my responsibility. Hello, I recently bought the Fast and Furious movie collection set on eBay. The item arrived well-packaged and sealed. On June 1st, there was a transaction on my account that I did not authorize. The situation involves two family friends who had access to my bank account - one had my bank card, and the other used my online banking on their phone. I'm unsure which of them is responsible. A customer named Homegoodsforu purchased an item from me. They provided photos displaying it arrived damaged. They promptly opened a case against me, which I resolved by issuing a refund. Despite my willingness to refund, Homegoodsforu alleges delayed communication and refuses to provide pictures of the damaged box crucial for my USPS claim. The item was intact when dispatched but incurred damage during transit. Homegoodsforu declines to share box pictures citing delayed responses and the belief that I shipped a broken lamp intentionally. I did not send a damaged lamp. Their uncooperative behavior and rudeness prompt me to contemplate leaving a negative review and question potential fraud. It's unfair that they received a full refund, costing me $35, without cooperating with the claim process. Sadly, sellers like me aren't reimbursed for shipping costs when claims are made. This situation raises concerns about seller protection and feedback reciprocity.

I am currently dealing with a return issue that I need assistance with. The buyer initiated a return indicating that the item was not as described, even though they submitted the return before actually receiving the item. Through eBay messages, the buyer mentioned that they got the item elsewhere after being informed that it was out of stock, but it was still shipped to them. I am certain I would notice a large box. This is a new experience for me as a relatively new seller. I have also reported the buyer for making a false claim. I bought an iPad on eBay and the seller sent it to an address near mine, leading eBay to believe it was delivered to me based on the shared zip code. The scammer then used this to trick tUPS by placing an order from Amazon to a nearby address. The UPS tracking number used is 1Z2X667F[redacted], which I discovered is associated with a neighborhood address. Despite contacting UPS and learning that the address on my eBay order does not match the tracking number, they refused to provide written confirmation.
