I recently received only one sawhorse from the seller when I was supposed to get a set of two for $63.00. I'm not interested in waiting another month for the missing item. Their lack of attention to detail, even putting their own name on the box, is beyond frustrating. I need a return label from the seller right away so I can send this back at their expense. This experience has been extremely disappointing and I just want to move on from it. I have already missed out on a job because of this delay. Home Depot seems to offer a much better deal compared to this. As a frequent eBay shopper, this whole situation has become far too complicated. I am greatly disappointed with the recent purchase I made from the seller. Instead of receiving the advertised "TWO SAWHORSES (2 PACK) for $63.00," I only received one sawhorse. This is unacceptable considering the price I paid was for a two-pack, not a single item. I do not wish to wait any longer for the missing item. The fact that the box had the seller's name on it instead of mine is disrespectful. I urgently need the seller to provide a return label promptly to return the item at their cost. I demand a full refund without any further delays. I have lost trust in the seller and their company due to this disappointing experience. Assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated, as the seller has been uncooperative. I recently purchased a Power Bank, but only received incomplete parts. The main description did not mention that it is a DIY item, rendering it unusable to me. The Vendor has approved a refund upon receiving the item back, which could take 4 to 6 weeks for shipping. I am concerned about the delay in receiving the refund and find the return process complicated. I believe eBay should take more responsibility in filtering out vendors with false advertising or poor service. I am frustrated with the situation as it has cost me time, hassle, and shipping expenses. I urge for a quick refund as approved. Thank you.

I tried to purchase a vehicle through eBay with the seller and their arrangements. I contacted eBay representatives who advised me to buy gift cards to pay for the truck, which I did. I took pictures as instructed but when I asked for paperwork or confirmation, they provided it but it disappeared from my phone. Now I feel scammed and I am in need of a refund as I am currently homeless. I thought they were supposed to be working on behalf of eBay. All I wanted was to buy a car to improve my situation, but instead, I have lost money in this ordeal. I attempted to follow up by calling but the number is now disconnected after they took my money.

I purchased a guitar on eBay, and three days later received a message stating the item was no longer available. I was told to wait until the shipping date and file a claim if the item did not arrive. However, when I attempted to file a claim, I was informed that I couldn't do so because I used my friend's account to make the purchase as a gift. Now, my friend has tried to resolve the issue, but eBay said they couldn't help because I was the one who made the purchase. I have been a loyal customer, but this experience has been disappointing. I purchased 3 phone cases on December 31, [redacted], from the seller Happydealusa. Unfortunately, one of the cases, item number [redacted]10 in blue, arrived damaged with a glue-like substance on the back. I contacted the seller, who initially asked me to choose a different color due to the damage. When I did, they later claimed that all their cases had the same issue and offered a partial refund, suggesting I keep the silicon back part. This situation has been frustrating as the case is not usable without all its components, and I refuse to cover return shipping costs for a defective product priced at $7.49. Yesterday, my husband received a Bell & Howell slide projector from seller Farrar Sales, but the box was damaged in transit. The shipping box had a significant crack, measuring about 6 inches by 4 inches. Despite some packing material inside, the box was insufficient for the weight of the projector, leading to damage. Upon inspection, we found that the wood composition cover of the projector was split at all four corners, the plastic top had a crack, and the light was not working. I promptly contacted the seller with photos documenting the damage. Their response this morning was defensive, claiming the lid was not the correct one and making threats about reporting me for fraud. We have evidence from Bell & Howell's ad showing that the wood cover is indeed the correct one. We are left questioning whether the package was insured by Farrar Sales and considering returning the projector for a full refund if necessary. This experience with HERMES has shaken my confidence in their service. Their unreliability and unprofessionalism are evident. Whenever my orders go through HERMES, complications arise, and this is disheartening. I urge for an investigation into their service quality. Please request them to locate and deliver my order correctly to me at [redacted]. Despite their assurance of a delivery window between 5-7 pm, they failed to appear, leaving me waiting outside in the cold. A delivery slip was only left later without the package. It seems they deliberately neglect customers, as I even provided instructions at my door at No. [redacted] for drop-off or a call, but they disregarded it. I visited the Dollar General on 9th Street in Duncan, OK [redacted] on April 7, [redacted], and bought two $50 eBay gift cards with a $[redacted] bill. After sending the cards to my friend, they discovered both had a zero balance. I called a number online claiming to be eBay support, where I was informed of a technical issue and advised to purchase more gift cards to resolve it. On returning to the store, they helped me contact the manager and eBay. Ultimately, I was directed to call a given number, revealing that one card was used and the other locked. Despite the situation, a full refund wasn't an option, and I may only receive credit for one card.

I feel like I have received a different product from what was described and shown in the listing. Additionally, I suspect it might be a fraudulent scheme as I received a postage due notice from USPS, even though the shipping was advertised as free when I made the purchase. I need to return a Glarry bass guitar case that was advertised as a bass case but is too small and actually fits a guitar. It is the tweed one. I have been ordering items on eBay this week using the same payment method I've used for months without any issues. However, I recently encountered a problem when trying to purchase 42v 2 amp lime scooter chargers. Despite updating my browser (Google Chrome) this morning, I kept having trouble with my billing address defaulting to an old address in Lakebay, WA, that I haven't used for eBay in years. No matter how many times I corrected the address, it kept reverting back to the old one, causing my payment to fail. I need to delete the outdated address ([redacted] 38th Street, Lakebay, WA [redacted]) from my account as soon as possible so I can successfully complete my purchase. I have tried everything to no avail and need assistance in permanently removing this address from my account.

I purchased 3 mystic topaz rings on April 6, [redacted]. The estimated delivery was set for the end of April or potentially in June. Today, I received an email mentioning that the order is already here. I promptly checked the mailbox with no success. The order is supposed to be shipped from China, and I doubt it could have arrived in just 3 days. It typically takes longer for items to even leave China. I purchased a Mac tower, but upon connecting it, I noticed the lights came on but there was no Mac chime. I took it to a certified Mac repair shop, and they concluded that the logic board was damaged, possibly during shipping. I informed the seller with the report from the shop. I did not cause the damage as I just paid for it and set it up correctly. I expect items I purchase to work as intended. This is my second issue buying from eBay, and due to the current pandemic, I cannot afford additional expenses for items that arrive broken. I am not familiar with the technical aspects, just how to use the product. I kindly request a refund as I believe this situation is not my responsibility.
