I have yet to receive the folding electric bike that I purchased. The box I received on June 26th was clearly tampered with. I have contacted the seller, Shimmy Shop, and provided them with photos of the parcel. They have forwarded these to the supplier. The package I received only contained a saddle and small packages, not the bike. The weight of the parcel indicated a bike was inside, but the supplier claims it did not match their shipment. I have also reached out to the UPS depot in Cardiff to inquire about the parcel. I am seeking either the bike or a refund. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as something has gone wrong, and I am in need of help.

My account has been restricted for quite some time, and I am seeking another opportunity to sell items. I don't trust Facebook because I live alone and prefer not to meet strangers. I have reimbursed individuals through PayPal and acknowledge my past mistakes. I am kindly asking for a chance to discuss my account either by phone or through eBay support. It seems like my issue hasn't been properly addressed while others have had their accounts reinstated. I've researched online and believe everyone deserves a second chance. Thank you, Victoria Sheridan.

Regarding order number 03-05[redacted]2 (return due to inaccurate description); I encountered an issue with providing feedback on eBay due to a misleading product description. Despite explaining my inability to print the return label and go to the post office due to COVID-19 concerns, I received a reminder to return the item by July 27, [redacted]. It was surprising to learn that eBay does not read replies, a crucial detail that should be highlighted clearly in their emails. I have tried to communicate with the seller about the substandard item with no response, as sellers are apparently not obligated to reply. I kindly request eBay to send a return label via mail and contact me via email for further details and photos highlighting the inaccuracies of the paint rollers. It is essential for eBay to prevent false descriptions and allow genuine negative feedback. Despite using eBay's chatbot unsuccessfully, I am hopeful for a resolution with the assistance of a human representative. Best, Allan.

I purchased 2 wearable neck fans from longdaydeals06 some time ago. Each fan was only used 2 or 3 times before the USB port on both devices became detached, making them unusable. I have reached out to the seller, even providing photos of the items. Despite numerous attempts to request a refund, I am only met with responses asking me to wait while they investigate, including mentioning checking with the post office, which I don't understand the relevance of. After mentioning contacting eBay, the responses remain the same, asking for more time to look into the matter. This back-and-forth communication has been ongoing for over 2 weeks without any resolution in sight, which is frustrating. I am seeking a refund as these items were intended for my Autistic son, who is feeling stressed about the situation. The excuses provided by longdaydeals06 are not satisfactory, and I am hoping for a prompt resolution. My eBay username is lisajr1973.

Hello, I recently purchased an eight-piece cast iron pan set on eBay, item number [redacted]20. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged. I contacted the seller, who promised a £29 refund via PayPal due to the damaged pan. However, after checking my account, I noticed that the refund was not processed. eBay instructed me to return the entire pan set, with the correct returns label provided by the seller. The label indicated a weight of 0.2kgs, while the actual weight is 25kgs, which is causing issues with Royal Mail's shipping policies. As a result, I am unable to return the item as requested. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly to ensure I receive a full refund. The seller needs to provide a correct postage returns label or arrange for a pick-up from my address. Your help in this regard would be very much appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

For the past four months, I’ve been struggling to open my account on my Dell Chromebook. Every time I try, the ‘verify yourself’ prompt gets me stuck in a loop. Occasionally, I can get in, but it directs me to the U.S. site with prices in dollars and won't let me proceed further. It's frustrating, and I'm considering returning to Amazon, where a simple mobile verification code works for security. I understand security is essential, but if I can't access my account, the verification process seems faulty. It’s making me question the effectiveness of your security measures. I can access my account without any problems on my mobile. Please address this issue promptly. Looking forward to your response. Regards, Robert.

I purchased a Helsinki hot tub for [redacted] pounds on eBay in April [redacted]. It arrived from abroad in May, but I had to wait for an adapter to set it up due to the wrong plug. After only using the tub about eight times, I noticed a large bubble on the far side and discovered a foot-long tear in the liner under the jets. I suspect this is a manufacturer's defect as I never sit on that side of the tub. I'm disappointed that the tub has an issue so soon, especially since I paid extra for the Lazy Spa Helsinki model due to its design and positive reviews. The tub came from a company in Italy, and I have all the details in my order history. Please contact me at my email address, even though it's showing as invalid: [redacted] Thank you.

I have contacted the seller, chimmyshop, regarding my order of an electric folding bicycle. While I received a package on 26th June containing a saddle and other small items, the bike was missing. Despite initially thinking it might come in a separate package, I have yet to receive it. I provided photos of the received items to the seller after they asked for proof of the parcel. The UPS depot in Cardiff confirmed there were no additional packages for me. Upon further investigation, it was discovered the package had been tampered with and did not contain the bike. The seller mentioned the bike was indeed sent in one parcel as per the document's weight indication. I am still waiting for the bicycle and seek either a replacement or a refund due to the significant cost of the item.

I purchased an Egyptian photo album from a seller for £15, including postage, through a "buy it now" option. The seller later contacted me, asking to cancel the order because they wanted to sell it on Amazon instead. After expressing my displeasure with the situation, the seller responded with abusive and malicious messages, including telling me to go to hell, making assumptions about my financial status, and using other offensive language. I believe this behavior should be investigated by Ebay management, as it is unacceptable for a seller to mistreat customers in such a manner.

Hello, I believe my account has been compromised by a third party. I maintained [redacted]% buyer feedback, but my account was recently suspended without a clear explanation. It has now been completely terminated. Despite my attempts to prove my identity and lack of wrongdoing, eBay stopped responding to my emails. My brother, an eBay user, also believes the termination is unfair. I'm upset by this unjust penalty after being a loyal eBay user for years. The questions asked confused me, but with my brother's help, I'm trying to communicate further. The latest email stated eBay won't read or reply to any more messages. I'm being asked to find another platform for buying and selling. I'm 66 years old and law-abiding. I hope for a response and a fair resolution. Sincerely, Jean B.

I received my Dashboard table order from Car-Leder, but it wasn't suitable, so I returned it on 06/07/[redacted] through Hermes courier after the seller accepted the return. While I was on holiday for 2 weeks, upon checking on my return, I found that Hermes couldn't deliver the parcel as they claimed the address was unknown. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. The seller insists the address is correct. I need assistance with this issue to ensure the item reaches the seller and I avoid re-receiving it, especially after paying over £15 for the return. Your help is appreciated.

I recently received a voucher code via email from eBay. The code is MUKFF82J7L4KKQM and offers a 15% discount with a maximum of £50 off. The minimum spend required is £15, and the offer ends on July 29, [redacted]. I have used similar vouchers in the past, and this one appeared to have no specific category restrictions. I attempted to use the voucher when purchasing a book that I've been eyeing, along with three other items, totaling £[redacted].99 before postage and packaging. Unfortunately, when I tried to apply the discount code, it was not accepted, resulting in me paying £31.76 more than expected. I have reviewed the terms and conditions and believe I met all requirements. I suspect there may be an issue on eBay's website. How can I request a refund for the overpayment? Thank you. - Laurence

I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with an order from T A Reids that I received. On June 30th, I got an email from Royal Mail mentioning that they received my parcel from T A Reids. However, the next day, all I received was an empty jiffy bag in a Royal Mail polythene bag with a note of apology. I was advised to fill out a 'Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Inland Mail Claim Form, but upon trying to do so, I was informed that only the sender could file the claim due to it being sent Tracked 48. I contacted T A Reids for a replacement but was told to request a refund. Despite reaching out multiple times without any response, I attempted to seek a refund through eBay resolution. Now I am unsure if I should return the empty packaging only or wait for further instructions. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently won an auction for a Dyson Airwrap on eBay but encountered payment issues due to my hacked PayPal account. The seller requested payment via bank transfer, and I have confirmation emails of this arrangement and the shipment. However, despite the estimated delivery date passing, the item has not arrived, and the seller is unresponsive to my inquiries. I'm growing increasingly worried as I've paid £[redacted] for the item. The seller's eBay ID is shthur-25, and the item number is [redacted]24. The seller has now canceled the order, preventing me from disputing the transaction. I urge action to be taken as this situation is unfair.

My name is Sophie Pobi, and my email address is [redacted] I placed an order for 2 baby boys' shoes in early March [redacted], but they were too small, so the order was canceled, and I was refunded. I then ordered 2 larger size shoes and informed the Ebay Assistant that I needed them by March 17, [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to the lockdown situation, I did not receive the shoes. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach Ebay customer service. I kindly request your assistance in looking into this matter and refunding the £39 to my credit card. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sophie Pobi

I attempted to purchase a mobility scooter from Autolamp_ and found their service to be terrible. They were unhelpful and seemed disinterested. After struggling to get the scooter, I opted to buy directly from Veleco, the U.K. distributor, and received it promptly in 3 days, which was fantastic. However, I noticed that Autolamp_ posted positive feedback about me, despite not completing the sale. I would like this feedback removed as it is misleading. It is odd that they have only positive reviews given my negative experience. Some of the positive feedback seems brief and makes me question its authenticity. I'm Kim1950Kim, residing at 22 Woodlands Park, Main Road, Yapton, West Sussex BN180EZ. Regards, Mr. Kim Goodman. PS. I rarely complain, but this experience warranted it.

I have been trying to report a seller who falsely left positive feedback on their page regarding a mobility scooter priced at £[redacted]. Despite not completing the sale with me due to their unprofessionalism, the seller continues to refuse to remove the feedback claiming only buyers can leave reviews. This situation is unacceptable, and I am concerned about misleading other potential customers. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I pre-ordered The Last of Us Part 2 - Ellie's Edition in March, but when it arrived on June 29th, I received the Collector's Edition instead. The seller, Brandon Hichos, was unresponsive to my messages, so I opened a PayPal claim. After returning the item at my cost of £71.49, I received only partial reimbursement from PayPal's return shipping program. The seller agreed to refund the difference and has not fulfilled this agreement. I have all the necessary documentation for the return. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Ricardo Medeiros

I believe I have returned keyboard #[redacted]54 as per your instructions. I provided the tracking number to the seller on July 6th, and it was delivered on July 10th. You can verify this by visiting myhermes.co.uk and entering the barcode: [redacted][redacted], along with the postcode LE19 4DB, which is the seller's postcode. I have also emailed them photos of the label for additional proof. I am very disappointed that the case has been closed without a refund, especially considering the evidence I have provided. I want a refund for both the keyboard and the postage costs. This situation has been extremely stressful, especially considering my disability. Please review my messages to the seller, as they contain all the necessary evidence to show that I returned the item.
