I am having trouble tracking my parcel. It was supposed to be delivered last Monday, November 14th, as per the tracking information. After being delayed and showing it was in the depot, I rescheduled delivery for Friday but it did not arrive. I then changed the delivery to a local store using Collect Plus, but I have not received any updated tracking information. I believe my parcel may be lost, as there is confusion regarding its whereabouts. The tracking number is JD[redacted][redacted], ordered from Very by Brian Bowen. Please assist in locating my parcel as I have been trying to follow up on it daily with no success.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered last Monday according to the tracking information stating it was at the delivery hub waiting to be loaded. Unfortunately, it never arrived. I waited until Tuesday for the delivery but there was no change. I requested a delivery for Friday, but again it did not arrive despite assurances that it would. I have now arranged for it to be delivered to a Collect Plus store, but I have not received a tracking number to follow up on its whereabouts. The delivery company is blaming the weather conditions for the delay, citing rainy weather as the cause, which seems far-fetched. I simply want a tracking number to trace my parcel or for them to acknowledge if it has been lost.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address a recurring issue with your delivery service. Unfortunately, the delivery person has repeatedly thrown my packages over the back garden fence instead of attempting delivery to my front door. This poses a significant problem for me as a disabled individual with cancer and a broken spine, rendering the back garden entrance inaccessible due to steps. Recently, I discovered an item had been delivered three days ago, left outside in the rain without any notification. The package details are as follows: MON to SAT, Y2DAY, 2CMN, L11936, XPRESS MINI 48 NON POD. Consignee Reference: 15-[redacted] - [redacted]. Bar Codes: 2LGBHP51NW+[redacted]8 and Bar Code: (j) jdoo [redacted] [redacted]. The negligent actions of the delivery person have led to unnecessary stress for both the sender and me, as well as inconvenience to my visitor who had to retrieve the package from the other side of the fence. I am disabled and cannot access my garden path since I am in a wheelchair all the time. Yodel delivery drivers keep throwing my parcels over the fence instead of coming to the front door where I have a Ring doorbell. There is no effort made by the delivery driver to inform me that a delivery has been made. Consequently, my packages are left in the garden for days before I realize they have been delivered. Yodel needs to address this issue with their delivery operatives as they are not following proper delivery procedures. Yodel's service has been disappointing.

I am disappointed with the delivery service I received. According to the tracking information, my packages were supposedly left on my back porch in the evening, which is not possible as I don't have access to my back garden. Instead, I found the wet cardboard boxes the next afternoon by my front gate. They were left outside all night, risking theft. As a frail pensioner, carrying the heavy and disintegrating boxes of wine from my front gate was challenging and inconvenient. Despite being at home with the lights on, the delivery driver did not attempt to deliver to my front door, ring the bell, or follow the instructions provided. My delivery number is JD[redacted][redacted], and it was scheduled for last Saturday evening between 8pm and 10pm, but unfortunately, it didn't arrive because the delivery driver couldn't locate my address. I'm now unsure when I can expect my package. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to customer service, I have been unable to get through to anyone for assistance. The delivery driver did not contact me, and his phone was unreachable. Despite the tracking information saying the parcel was delivered, I did not receive it. I had a delivery yesterday, and I was waiting at home for it. I live in a new housing development, so I know it can be tricky to locate sometimes. I got a message saying the package was left with a neighbor because they couldn't deliver it to me directly. Once I received the text, I hurried to house number 14 (I'm at number 24) only to find the parcel left unattended on their doorstep. When I informed them, they were unaware of the package being there. Due to the bad weather last night, the cardboard box had gotten damaged while outside. It seems unlikely that the box arrived in that condition. I realize it's a busy period for delivery drivers, and I hate to have to complain, but I feel my item wasn't handled with care.

My parcel with tracking number JD[redacted][redacted] was mistakenly delivered to the address 1 Morton Walk on 28/11/22, which is the second time this has occurred. The delivery, valued at £[redacted], was left at the wrong location without alerting the resident. I kindly request the delivery drivers to exercise more care during drop-offs. Today I am expecting a parcel from Very Catalogue to be collected at 26 SMEDMORE ROAD, LEICESTER, LE5 0NH. I have arranged to be available for collection today, and I hope the driver goes to the correct address to avoid any inconvenience.

Regarding Delivery JJD[redacted][redacted], the tracking shows "unable to locate address." I need assistance but cannot find an option to chat or speak with anyone. The address is: The Automation Clinic Unit 23, Dunkirk Business Park Frome Road, Southwick Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 9NL It's an industrial unit; upon entry into the park, take the first left. The unit is on the left with double gates. What additional information is needed?

Yesterday, I received a delivery notification indicating that my parcel would arrive between 1:15 PM and 3:15 PM. Unfortunately, the parcel did not show up and the tracking information has not been updated. I find it frustrating not knowing the exact status and delivery time. When I contacted customer service, the advice given was unsatisfactory, mentioning that it could arrive as late as 9 PM. This experience is disappointing, especially since I stayed home all day waiting for the delivery.

Good morning, I recently sold an item on Vinted and chose the store-to-store delivery option. I dispatched the parcel with tracking number KM4R4R1 and parcel number 87VY[redacted]5A012 on 08/12/22. According to the tracking information, it was delivered to the wrong store on 10/12/22. The intended destination was Lindsay Minimarket NN32JS, but the package was mistakenly sent to a different shop with postcode NN32JN. I received a plant as a Christmas gift from a friend who ordered it through M&S with Yodel for delivery. However, this morning at 6am, I found the flowers left outside my front door in -5-degree weather. No one alerted me about the delivery, and upon bringing the box inside, I noticed it was frost-covered, causing the plant to be ruined from being left in the cold for an extended period, possibly overnight. This situation is disappointing for both me and my friend who kindly sent the gift. I'm wondering if it's typical for Yodel drivers to leave packages, especially delicate ones like plants, outside in freezing conditions without notifying the recipient.

On December 9th, Yodel had possession of my parcel at our local depot, but the tracking information indicated it was in transit without a delivery date. On December 18th, the tracking stated a delivery attempt was made without notifying me, claiming access to the property was not possible, resulting in the package being sent back to the sender in Canada. Despite being home all day on the 18th and having no missed calls or notification cards, the supposed delivery took place. Today, December 19th, I tried to reach Yodel customer service but encountered difficulties with the telephone numbers provided. After multiple failed attempts, I finally reached a recorded message directing me to use a third number listed on their website. Upon calling this number, I was only prompted to enter a tracking number and postcode before being informed that my parcel was being returned to the sender.

On December 19th at 11:25 AM, I received a notification from Yodel stating that my order was out for delivery with tracking number JD[redacted][redacted]. Later at 3:31 PM, I got another message claiming the delivery was completed, but I have yet to receive my order. I've searched my surroundings and asked my neighbors without any luck. Despite not finding a delivery card in my letterbox, the driver reported the package was handed over to the customer, which is false as it was not delivered to me or my address. I waited at home all day after the initial notification, eager for my delivery, yet it never arrived. It is a busy time, but delivering to the wrong address is unacceptable.

I received confirmation that my parcel was delivered to the reception next door, but they claim they haven't received it. The card with the delivery details was not filled out correctly and is difficult to read. I've contacted my other neighbors, but none of them have received the parcel either. The card and the automated Yodel information stated that it was delivered on Saturday, 13th at around 3 pm to "reception." I am unsure where exactly it was delivered as no one seems to have it. Hello, I want to let you know that my delivery was left at the entrance this time instead of being brought upstairs by the driver. Although I was home and could go downstairs to get it, I had a similar issue with an ASOS parcel where I had to request a refund because it was left at the entrance again. Can you please remind your drivers to leave packages in front of the correct door with the actual number? The entrance is easily accessible to anyone, and this has become a frequent problem. Instead of repeatedly contacting customer service about this, I hope your drivers can be trained to improve on this issue. Thank you.
