On Saturday, September 4th, I had two deliveries. The first delivery was left behind a plant pot per my request through the RING doorbell video feed. Shortly after, the second delivery driver came and saw the first package. He picked it up, placed it further from the house, and then delivered the second item to Number 17 as instructed. Instead of leaving a delivery card, he took the card and the package he mistakenly picked up. When I asked him about it, he claimed it was his and left with it. I have video evidence of the incident on my RING camera and I am seeking a prompt resolution and the return of my missing item.

Hello, I recently received an email from Yodel stating that my delivery from Sainsbury's is en route. However, I do not shop at Sainsbury's and have no pending orders with them. It seems like this email was sent to me by mistake. Could you kindly clarify how you obtained my email and why it is in your system for sending erroneous emails? I have been waiting for a parcel from China, but they informed me that it's being held by customs. When I contacted Jodel, they said they can't provide any details until customs releases the parcel to them. I'm trying to figure out who Jodel is waiting for information from. Customs mentioned that if I can provide them with details about who Jodel needs information from regarding the parcel, they would be able to assist with the situation. Thank you, Ian J. We found two "failed delivery" cards at our holiday rental with no contact information. After calling the number provided, we were charged £6.00 for an unhelpful automated system. The card numbers are [redacted]6 and [redacted]0, both lacking dates and details. It's frustrating to be charged for simply trying to report a potential delivery mix-up. The delivery postcode is LL55 1EG. Bogus.

I received an email last Thursday, confirming the delivery of a parcel to my home address at No.1 East View, Barrow Road, New Holland, DN19 7QL at 2:02 PM. However, when I returned home, I found no parcel in my porch, no note in my letterbox or post box, and no parcel in my red recycling bin as requested. Despite multiple calls to Yodel, their responses have been inconsistent, with unclear details about the delivery. They mentioned the parcel was left in my porch and not signed for, while another time they claimed it was accepted by someone named "Ben" (not me), with contradictions about the color of my letterbox in their photo evidence. Despite my request, they refuse to provide me with the photo of the proof of delivery, leaving me unable to verify if it was indeed delivered to my address. This situation is urgent as the item is valuable, purchased through a private sale and cannot be replaced. I have exhausted all options trying to locate the parcel and require Yodel's cooperation to resolve this matter promptly.

My dog food parcel from tails.com was close to my house on December 2nd, but it ended up back at the Leeds depot. Yodel keeps changing the delivery date, and I'm frustrated with their service. The parcel was last listed with a delivery driver on December 2nd, but since then, there have been multiple estimated delivery dates with no successful delivery. I feel like my parcel might be lost or stolen. Yodel's constant date changes are unhelpful, and I'm unsure if I'll ever receive my package. The tracking information shows the package going back and forth without getting closer to me. It's a frustrating situation, and I feel like my concerns are not being addressed by Yodel's customer service.

I paid £6 for next-day delivery on Friday. Even though they claimed to have attempted delivery on Saturday and left a calling card, I was at home all day and no card was found. They said they would deliver on Sunday, but it never arrived. They scheduled delivery for today between 7pm and 9pm, but it's now past 9pm and still no sign of my parcel. I even left a note on the door with instructions, but nothing. I've checked everywhere, including the garage, but no luck.

Hello, I have a delivery issue regarding order number JD[redacted][redacted]. The tracking shows it was out for delivery on December 6th but never arrived. The status now says the parcel is at the service depot. The sender has advised me to give it more time, but it's been nearly two weeks. I have received a more recent order placed after this one. Hello Yodel, I need to report an issue with a recent delivery attempt. Your driver came to my address at 22 Manningham Lane, Barton Seagrave, Kettering, NN15 6RL, at 3:21 pm on December 19, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I wasn't home when he rang the doorbell, and he left without leaving the package. The tracking number for the delivery is JD[redacted][redacted]. I contacted Yodel via webchat, but they were unable to provide any updates. I received an email claiming the package was left in the back porch with a card, which is untrue. I have video evidence from my Ring doorbell to prove this. Yodel policy states packages shouldn't be left in open, vulnerable areas. I didn't instruct Yodel to leave my parcels in a specific safe place. I request a photo of where the parcel was left and details on how this situation will be handled. Thank you, Caz C.

I received an email stating that my package would be delivered between 7pm and 9pm on December 18, [redacted]. However, I only noticed the email at 8pm on the same day. Since I was unaware of the scheduled delivery, I wasn't home to receive it. I redirected the delivery to a Collect+ location. Unfortunately, my parcel has not arrived at the designated Collect+ shop. The tracking information has not been updated either, and it still shows that the package is "out for delivery."

I placed an order on Very on 4th December and used the tracking ID JJD[redacted][redacted] provided to track my item on Yodel. The package reached Livingston depot on 6th December with an initial delivery estimate of 8th December. Despite changing the delivery date to 15th December, there has been no update other than a mention of a short delay. I reached out to Yodel twice via webchat, first last week where they stated the parcel was found and on the way. Today, they suggested contacting the supplier. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any supplier contact information on Very's website or in the order email. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, D.

The parcel was sent to a large depot then transferred to a local one. The tracking number indicates it reached the local depot on Monday but hasn't been delivered yet. I'm concerned about the lack of updates since then. I was hoping to receive the gift by Christmas, as it was ordered on December 11th. I was expecting my parcel from Yodel to be delivered on Tuesday, following an email saying it would arrive before 9 pm. However, I received another email stating it was left in a safe place, which I believe to be the front porch, a feature I don't have. As I was at home all day, I suspect it was delivered to the incorrect address. I already checked with a neighbor who has a front porch, but they did not receive it. I've attempted to contact Yodel via phone and web chat, but unfortunately, I have not been able to reach anyone for assistance.

Order number JD [redacted][redacted] Postal code Lu56BP I've only received 50% of my order, specifically parcel 2 of 2. You have confirmed delivery of this parcel in an email to [redacted] earlier this week. However, parcel 1 of 2 is missing and no proof of its delivery has been provided. I need you to address the missing parcel promptly. It contained additional items and I can provide details of its contents and value as it was a Thrift Plus order. I am holding off on returning unwanted items from the delivered parcel until this issue is resolved. Please expedite the resolution process.

I purchased a Christmas present for my son from Very on December 9th. I got an email on the 10th confirming the dispatch, stating it would arrive shortly. I checked Yodel's website and discovered the parcel was at my local hub since December 11th, finally being delivered today. Unfortunately, the delay left my son disappointed on Christmas Day. I am looking to get a refund for the item.

I have been tracking order JD[redacted][redacted] for over an hour. It showed I was next in line for delivery at 12:01. After waiting for 15 minutes and still no delivery, I went to check again. The status now shows "delivery attempted and card left," which is not true, as neither a delivery was made nor was any card left. I urgently need this delivery today as it is a birthday present scheduled for the 29th of December, as agreed with Virgin. I have attempted to reach out via phone calls, texts, the app's web chat, as well as through Virgin's customer service, but have had no success in speaking to a real person regarding this issue. Could the driver please contact [redacted]7 to arrange for redelivery today? The website mentions the drivers leave their mobile numbers, but neither the app nor the website display any contact information for me to reach out directly. Regards, Lynn

I expected a delivery with tracking reference JD[redacted][redacted]. I checked the status multiple times, and on the final check, it claimed I was unavailable, which I dispute. I was at home and no one visited based on my video doorbell footage. After contacting support via web chat, it seems the driver couldn't locate my address. This error is frustrating, especially after taking time off work. I must now wait until at least January 4th for the next delivery attempt. I suggest the company offer direct email contact as the phone lines are consistently busy. I appreciate the opportunity to share my feedback in writing. Thank you, Marie

Yodel was unable to locate my original address where the package was supposed to be delivered on December 23rd due to it being in a new development. I requested them to send it to an alternate address, with a re-attempt scheduled for December 30th, but the tracking showed the driver was facing a delay. I contacted them again on January 3rd to arrange collection from the depot as I wouldn't have access to the new address, and they agreed to email me the details for collection. After following up today, January 8th, I was told my parcel might be missing. While expressing my disappointment, I was asked not to jump to conclusions. I am still waiting for the email update promised by the customer service representative. It's frustrating as the package was a Christmas gift. Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

Today around 12:20 pm, a driver identifying as from Yodel arrived at my house claiming to collect a parcel his female colleague purportedly delivered to me at 11:44 am. I confirmed my details with him, but no such delivery was made. The driver mentioned it was from Virgin Media, which is not a service I use. I offered my contact information for further clarification, but he did not take it. I suggested he bring his colleague for clarification, which has not happened. My door was still locked from the inside prior to his arrival, and my spouse had to unlock it. I seek confirmation from Yodel about this incident and whether a package from Virgin Media is indeed missing.
