I am having trouble accessing my WhatsApp account after it was hacked two weeks ago. My wife accidentally sent me a code meant for her and asked me to send it back to her. After sending the code, I received multiple new codes through text, none of which seemed to work when I tried them. Upon reinstalling the app, I was notified that I had exceeded the code entry limit, preventing me from signing back in.

Hello, I am currently attempting to recover my original WhatsApp account. Unfortunately, my WhatsApp number is no longer the same as my phone number. Fortunately, the two-step verification prevents that individual from accessing my account, but it also prevents me from doing so. I am seeking advice on how to regain access to my WhatsApp account. Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention that I have experienced an issue regarding my WhatsApp account. I recently received a code from WhatsApp even though I am currently not using the app. Subsequently, I received a suspicious call from the number 0[redacted], where the caller claimed to be from WhatsApp and requested the code I had received. Unfortunately, I shared the code with the caller, realizing later that it was a spam call. I suspect that the individual has gained access to my WhatsApp account using that code. Hello, I need assistance with my WhatsApp account. I previously had it on my iPhone 6S Plus while in China with a Chinese number and important business contacts. Now in Africa, specifically Rwanda, I got an iPhone 11 Pro Max and am unable to recover my old WhatsApp account on it. The recovery SMS is being sent to my old Chinese number that I no longer have access to. Can you help me regain access to my old WhatsApp account on my new phone? Hello, I am having trouble transferring my WhatsApp history to a new phone number. I have been using WhatsApp on my iPhone 7 (iPhone #1) for years with a professional phone number. Now, I have a new iPhone 11 (iPhone #2) with a personal phone number. It is important to me to not lose past conversations with my Daughter. Here is what I have done: 1. I backed up my iPhone #1 with the professional phone number on iCloud. 2. I changed the phone number on my WhatsApp account to the new one. 3. I installed WhatsApp on my new phone with the new phone number, but I couldn't retrieve the chat history or backup from iCloud on my new personal phone. I lost access to the account with the professional number and iPhone #1. I switched back to the professional phone number on WhatsApp on iPhone #1 to retrieve the chat history, but some discussions are blocked. On iPhone #2, I have current conversations but lost a significant part of the history, including chats with my Daughter. Also, I now receive WhatsApp messages on either phone #1 or phone #2 randomly. Could you please advise me on how to get all my WhatsApp data on my new personal number and iPhone #2? I apologize for the lengthy explanation, but I wanted to provide all necessary details. Hello everyone, Recently, I received a notification stating that my phone number has been blocked on WhatsApp, and I am now unable to use the app. After investigating the reason for this block, I was informed that I had violated some of WhatsApp's terms, which I believe is not true. My Whatsapp account has been banned without any prior warning. I assure you that I have not violated any Terms of Service. Using Whatsapp is crucial for my work as an English teacher and for staying in touch with family and friends worldwide. I have valuable information stored on the app that I need to access. My account was created with an Australian number, +[redacted]1, but I now use a Jordanian number, +[redacted]19, which is the one that has been banned. This Jordanian number was previously owned by someone else before being recycled by Zain Jordan. I urge Whatsapp to reconsider this ban and allow me to continue using the service.

I have been banned from using Whatsapp. After appealing via email, they informed me that my account was banned due to Terms of Service violations without specifying the complaints. I rely on the app for work (teaching English) and staying in touch with family and friends globally. Losing access to my account would mean losing important data. I was not warned about the ban and couldn't back up my chats. Originally registered with an Australian number (+[redacted]1), I now use a Jordanian number (+[redacted]19), which is the banned one. Note that this number was recycled by the phone company I bought it from. Thank you.

I require assistance as my phone, which had my WhatsApp account, is broken and inaccessible. I changed my phone number a few months back but did not update it on WhatsApp. So, I can't just put my SIM card into a new phone for the verification code as my old number is no longer active.
