This problem is unique to this service as I have not experienced it with any other delivery service. On almost every occasion, I have had to venture outside to guide the drivers to my location, even in cold weather. Although the drivers are friendly and the interactions are smooth, improving the GPS accuracy is essential to avoid these prolonged search efforts.

Hello, I'm Gerardo, and I want to file a complaint about my recent order on 06.12.[redacted] from Wings Dragon, your partner restaurant. I paid AUD 45.59, but no food was delivered. When I called Wings Dragon, they claimed not to know about it and rudely hung up. There are several issues with this order that need to be addressed. I noticed a charge on my bank statement from UberEats for a cancelled order that has caused some confusion - Monday, 2nd December 19 UberUK_EATS UBER E -52.85 I was visiting the UK and placed an order for around £43, which converted to Euros on my bank account as shown. Despite my back and forth with UberEats via email, they claim this charge isn't linked to my account, though I only have one account. Unfortunately, they are unresponsive to my inquiries and refuse to disclose which account the charge is associated with, making me suspect it may be an automated response. The situation is frustrating as I've been billed for an order that was ultimately cancelled by the vendor. Thank you.

I placed an order for food, providing my office address for delivery. However, the delivery person arrived at my home instead. When I inquired, he mentioned that the location directed him to my house. Even though I specified the office address, the food never made it there, resulting in both loss of money and no food received. I have proof that I entered the office address and attempted to contact the delivery person but did not receive the order at the correct location. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the order that was incorrectly delivered.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I placed an order at 8:10 PM with an expected delivery time of 8:40 PM. However, it is now 9:20 PM and my order has not arrived. I tried calling multiple times, but no one picked up. My booking ID is #A508D. The service provided is unacceptable. Sending combined deliveries without prior notice is frustrating. Communication is lacking, with no customer care number available on the app. The overall experience with your company has been incredibly poor, and I strongly believe improvements are necessary to avoid further dissatisfaction.

I was attempting to order food from Sharma and Vishnu Fast Food in Lalghati, Bhopal. They kept showing that my location was too far for delivery. I should have received a refund for a meal with errors. I was meant to get $12 for 3 McFlurrys and $3 for missing fries. Instead, $3 was deducted when I was billed, and an extra $8 was taken from my account. I can show a screenshot of my bank statement. I want this sorted as I paid over $65 for a meal that should have been $51 with the tip.

Hello, I'm reaching out about two issues I contacted you about a month ago. Someone debited my account over $35 for an Uber ride I didn't take. Also, I applied a gift card to my Uber Eats account, but it's not deducting the $20 as it should, charging me full price instead. I've emailed previously without any resolution. Hello, my name is Hemant Swaminarayan. Today, I had a terrible experience with my order number #163E3. In the past, I've ordered 5 to 6 times without any issues. However, today, when I ordered from Qdoba Jersey City, my order wasn't prepared correctly. When the delivery arrived, I found that 3 containers were open and leaking in 2 bags, some utensils were missing, and the overall quality of the food and packing was unacceptable. This was the first time we experienced such a bad order out of the 5 we placed. I hope Uber Eats can provide a full refund or credit for a future order. Thank you.

My account was deactivated, and when I visited the support office, they informed me it was due to a high cancellation rate. I have always followed the proper procedures and never canceled any orders without reason. I have made multiple attempts to contact customers and waited at their locations as required. Despite following the necessary steps for cancellations, I was still held responsible. I believe it is unfair to blame me for customers not showing up. Please consider my situation and reactivate my account, as I rely on this job as a full-time delivery partner.

The restaurant's food was adequate. I tried contacting customer service, but I was cut off while explaining my issue. I have repeatedly complained about the wrong delivery method and delayed delivery times. This situation is not satisfactory. I have evidence in screenshots of the extended delivery times. I am requesting a refund and will not be utilizing your service in the future.

I have been ordering from McDonald's around 4 times a week without any issues. However, in the last two days, half of my order has been missing or incorrect. I would like a refund for the errors. If this problem persists, I will have to switch to another food delivery app. This service is usually very helpful for my 8-year-old child, especially since I work the night shift. Lately, items have been missing, and I received incorrect items like unwanted mcflurries instead of the usual M&M flavor. Unfortunately, my child won't eat the incorrect items, leading to wasted money.

I ordered sushi from Sushi Maki, but I realized I inputted the wrong address. I tried to modify the order but couldn't, so I attempted to cancel it to reorder correctly. However, I was afraid I'd still be charged, so I didn't cancel it. I called Sushi Maki immediately to update the address, but the staff said they would note the change. When I followed up later because it was taking too long, another staff member informed me the driver had already left with the order, and they would contact me. After waiting almost 2 hours with no update, I called again to find out my order was canceled, but they still delivered the food and charged me.

I placed an order with Buffalo Wild Wings, and unfortunately, the delivery took much longer than expected. When the food arrived, the driver took a while to bring it to my door, even though I selected the option for door delivery. The food was cold and soggy, making it unsatisfactory to eat. To make matters worse, I woke up this morning with food poisoning. Can I please request a full refund for this order?

My order was not picked up. The driver's name given was McKenzie. I contacted her but she was not assigned to my order, only one from Panda Express. I checked with Jersey Mike's, and they confirmed that my order had not been picked up. Since it was already out for delivery, I was unable to cancel and reorder. My order is still at Jersey Mike's, and I can't reach anyone to correct this issue. The online service has been useless in resolving this. Due to a medical procedure, I am unable to leave home, so I need the order today for medication. I will have to switch to Grubhub for my meals now. Thank you.
