I'm extremely worried about a threatening voicemail I received from a driver. As a deafblind individual, this has left me feeling scared and vulnerable. The incident happened when the driver refused to come to my door, forcing me to walk out with my cane onto a dark street. When I mentioned his tip would be at my apartment if he had followed protocol, he became angry and left the voicemail I transcribed through Google Voice. The contents of the voicemail are deeply concerning, and I fear for my safety and that of my partner. I kindly request that this individual be prevented from taking any future orders from me or others. This situation has caused me severe anxiety and distress to the point of physical illness.

I frequently order Uber Eats every other day for my morning office breakfast without any issues. Today, I placed an order (Order #FOE8C) and was tracking the delivery person, Sarath Babu. Despite the app showing he was close to my office, he did not arrive, and the order was marked as delivered. Unfortunately, I did not have Sarath Babu's contact number to call him, and he did not reach out to me either. Typically, the delivery person calls upon arrival or confirms delivery at the gate. I did not receive any communication today. I promptly contacted Uber through the app's help section but have not received a reply yet. I hope someone from Uber can assist me with this matter. I am disappointed with Uber's handling of the situation.

I set up an UberEATS account a year ago using a fake email address, as I was unsure about using my real one at the time. Now, I can't remember my password, and when I try to reset it through the "Forgotten password" option, it only recognizes the false email address associated with my account. This means I can't access the email to reset my password. I want to remove the false email address and my associated phone number from the account so I can start fresh and access my account properly.

I was billed $73 for an Uber Eats order when I tried to pay for an $18 order. Uber claimed there was an unpaid $73 charge, even though I've never spent that much on Uber Eats. Recently, I was also charged $73 for an unpaid fee on my main Uber account. I suspect I was double charged for the same unpaid fee, but I've already settled it on my main Uber account and won't pay it again.

Hello, my name is Roopesh. I made a purchase from Angaara-5 on November 10th using cash on delivery to pay. I received the order and paid the amount to the delivery boy, Omer Mohiuddin. However, my Uber account is now showing that I need to complete a payment of [redacted] Rs. When I checked my account, it says the order was cancelled. This issue is causing me inconvenience as I can't book a cab or order food. Please investigate with the delivery boy and remove the payment charges for me.

Hello, I signed up for Uber Eats a while back, but I never placed an order. Unfortunately, I got logged out and can't recall the password. The email linked to my account is outdated, and I can't access it. I'd like to delete the current account entirely so I can create a new one with my updated email address to start ordering food. My phone number remains the same, but I have a new phone, so I'm unable to create a new account. Appreciate any help in this regard.

My order was unexpectedly canceled an hour after placing it. The delivery person called to explain that my order number didn't register in the restaurant's system, leading to the cancellation. It would have been more helpful to receive this information sooner, especially since the delivery person waited at the restaurant for about 45 minutes. Also, I have not received a refund for the canceled order. I am eager to speak with a customer care representative.

I ordered a North Indian thali from Imperial Restaurant in Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore. The delivery person did not deliver the food order and marked it as delivered in the app. I ordered the food for my colleagues, but the delivery person had poor communication skills and could only speak the local language, Kannada. This is not the first time this has happened when ordering for this location. I prepaid for the order and called to check with him, but he insisted that he had delivered it.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with my Uber Eats account. My phone number is not linked to my account, instead, someone else's number is registered. Every time I try to place an order, I encounter the same problem repeatedly. Additionally, I continuously receive an error message when attempting to make an order. These persistent difficulties are frustrating. I am left feeling very disappointed with the performance of this app.

I need assistance regarding a driver mishap with my food delivery. The person who dropped off my order accidentally took the wrong one from the restaurant. I asked him to return for the correct order, but he marked it delivered and disappeared without further communication. I would appreciate Uber getting in touch to identify the driver and inform me of the actions being taken. Thank you.

A friend gave me a £10 discount code a few weeks ago that I used successfully. After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I can't log in using my phone number or email. I've tried multiple times, reset my password, and even subscribed, but I still can't access my account. I really want to use that discount code, so any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I recently placed an order with McDonald's, but unfortunately, I mistakenly used my old address for delivery. I attempted to update my address on the app, but it instructed me to contact the driver directly after pickup to provide the correct address. Despite trying to call the driver six times and leaving multiple messages informing them of the address change, they still went to my old address and ended up canceling my order. If I had known this would occur, I would have canceled my order initially and placed a new one with the correct address.

I placed an order, but quickly noticed I had entered the wrong address. Unable to reach anyone by phone, I canceled the order and submitted a new one right away. After about an hour, I was informed that deliveries were being combined, resulting in a delay. Despite waiting, my food never arrived and there were no delivery attempts or notifications. I ordered Zaxby's for dinner, but unfortunately, the food I received was incorrect, cold, and messy. I specifically requested non-spicy wings due to my inability to eat spicy food, yet the wings I received were extremely spicy, causing discomfort and a loss of appetite. Additionally, the chicken tenders were cold and had a distasteful greasy flavor, while the fries were cold and stale. This meal was highly unsatisfactory and fell short of expectations. I spent more than $30 on this order, and I have never experienced such disappointment with food before.

I recently ordered a 10-piece nugget meal from McDonald's at the location on Crescent Boulevard. My order number was [redacted]. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that there were medium french fries missing. I contacted McDonald's and spoke with a staff member named Brittany. She assured me that the missing fries would be included in my next order. However, when I received my next order, the french fries were once again missing. I would like to request a refund for both deliveries due to the missing items.

I, Hanumantharao, placed an order for 2 plain biryanis on September 6, [redacted], totaling Rs [redacted]. Despite repeatedly attempting to pay with my debit card, it was not accepted. This issue is not on my end as my card is functioning properly. I resorted to paying cash to the delivery person. However, when I tried to place a food order on November 30, [redacted], it indicated that Rs [redacted] is outstanding from my previous bill. I had already settled this with the delivery person. I placed an order at the restaurant "Vaishno Thali" in Navalur, Chennai. It took nearly 10 minutes for them to accept my order, so I decided to cancel it. Upon cancellation, I received an alert stating that the order was not placed and cancellation was without charges, to which I clicked yes. However, Rs.97 was already deducted from my account, which included the delivery charge. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in getting a refund for this amount.

I am at home waiting for my order. The app shows it as delivered, but I never received it or heard from the driver. I messaged customer support, but still, no reply. I contacted the restaurant; they said the order is completed. They suggested I reach out to the driver, but I can't find a way to contact them. I am frustrated that no one is giving me a clear answer.
