USPS Human Resources Shared Services Customer Service Issues

I have accepted a conditional job offer for the PSE Sales Service Distribution Associate position at the NEW YORK NY POSTAL FACILITY. However, the contact information provided in the "Important Information PDF" for scheduling fingerprint appointments is incorrect. I do not want my job offer to be jeopardized because of this mistake. The email address listed on the job posting is also wrong. I tried reaching out to shared services on Friday, but the telephone number I was given was unresponsive. I believe that USPS HRSSC should provide the correct information to rectify this situation.
