In the past few years, our street, specifically the [redacted] - [redacted] block of Inwood Drive in Houston, TX [redacted], has been experiencing significant mail delivery issues. Despite participating in "Informed Delivery," where I receive emails showing expected mail, deliveries are frequently missed and often not made up for. Mail for our street arrives very late in the evening, leading me to believe that possibly missed deliveries are disregarded by the delivery person. This has resulted in late fees due to missed bill deliveries and lost documents. I have raised complaints with the Post Office responsible for River Oaks, our subdivision, but the problem persists, affecting not only me but the entire street. Most neighbors are unaware of the issue since they do not use Informed Delivery.

On April 2, [redacted], I sent a check via certified mail from Honolulu to Mutual of America at Church Street Station, Box [redacted], NYC, NY 10[redacted]. According to USPS Tracking, it reached NY on April 6, but it hasn't arrived yet. The most recent update on April 11 indicates the delivery will be delayed but is in progress. I have requested further updates. As of today, April 12, there have been no new updates, just a reiteration of the April 11 report. I have sent mail to this address previously with no issues, so this delay is concerning. I am aware of the current challenges faced by delivery services, but this delay is becoming worrisome. I am currently visiting the US to support my daughter in the Air Force. We have been using Sandboxx for communication, but I am having trouble receiving letters from my host in Federal Way, Washington. To ensure privacy, I have relocated to Dallas as of the 9th and kindly request all future letters from the Air Force Texas to be sent to my new address at [redacted] Wheeler St. #[redacted], Dallas, TX [redacted]. Despite tracking information showing no letters for me, there was a delivery indicated on April 12th at the previous address in Federal Way, WA. Due to his military duties taking him abroad until July, our father-in-law attempted to accept the delivery on his behalf. Unfortunately, the delivery personnel did not release the package to him. I had a package scheduled for delivery by UPS, but it ended up at the USPS office in Brookdale, CA [redacted], which is currently closed for renovations. The nearby USPS in Boulder Creek, CA [redacted] claimed they attempted delivery, citing an insufficient address, which is incorrect. They quickly returned the package to the seller. I am concerned about this issue since it was a birthday gift for my husband. I would like to prevent a repeat of this situation and seek compensation for the trouble. Thank you.

I am seeking assistance regarding a US Postal Money Order, number [redacted]5, which was supposedly replaced on 6/23/[redacted]. I did not cash it. The one I received in the mail on 3/25/[redacted] was deposited, but the bank rejected it two days later, causing a $[redacted] loss. I am unsure who cashed the original money order. I would like clarification on whether the bank received a refund from the US Postal Service. I tried contacting the Accounting Service Center but only reached an automated system. I accidentally dropped the wrong piece of mail into the outgoing mail slot at the post office located at [redacted] Perkins Rd., Baton Rouge, LA tonight after 6:50pm. I mistakenly placed an envelope from Prosperity Life Group, addressed to Linda R. Levet at [redacted] S Essen Heights Ct. BR, LA [redacted], into the slot. Can someone retrieve the Prosperity Life Group envelope from the drop box tomorrow, Sat 04/16/22, during the morning mail collection and return it to my home address before it's sent back to the company? I appreciate any help with this matter. I also returned around 7:45pm to drop off my payment for Dillard's/Wells Fargo Bank. Thank you, Linda

We are experienced shippers at our local USPS. We are currently dealing with a claim matter with USPS. Recently, another item we shipped was broken in transit. USPS requires us to bring the damaged item to the local office for inspection, but the box is so destroyed that the customer cannot even pick it up. The tracking information confirms the "Visible Damage." We need assistance as we can't bring the item in for inspection as it's too damaged. Over the past year, we have absorbed the cost of damaged items from USPS, but this situation is unacceptable. We urge USPS to take responsibility and improve their handling of packages. Our family has a history with USPS, but if this issue is not resolved, we may have to switch to FedEx. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Yesterday it was indicated that my package was delivered to my mailbox at 5:47 PM. However, when I checked, there was no package in or around my mailbox, except for one belonging to a family member. I even observed the delivery driver on my Nest camera forgetting about the family member's package, circling back to place it in the mailbox at 5:07 PM, which then became full. Strangely, all the mail was delivered by that time, and I received a notification at 5:47 PM about my package being delivered. I was outside from 5:15 to 6:45 with my daughter and did not see the mailman return. So, I am unsure if it went to the wrong address or if the mailman marked it as delivered without actually dropping it off. I am concerned as my $50 package is uninsured through the seller. It was insured for USPS.

I am currently waiting for a package without tracking information. I visited the main post office in South Miami yesterday and spoke with Jasmine, the supervisor. She assured me she would hold the package once it arrives so I can pick it up directly. Despite attempting to contact Jasmine this morning, I was unable to reach her. I live far away and need to coordinate picking up the package at the South Miami branch. I am eager to hear from Jasmine, as the package should have arrived by now.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a recent order I placed two weeks ago. I received an email from the carrier stating that my item was not delivered on April 26, [redacted], at 2:38 PM in France due to the address not being available at the time of delivery. The item is being held until the addressee is notified. The tracking number is LB[redacted]28US. Despite having the correct address, it appears this issue is common based on other comments. It is challenging to contact someone or determine if taxes are required when shipping to France. I am unable to email the carrier from their website since my postal mailbox is not in the US. My Walmart account and debit card have been compromised, resulting in unauthorized shipments via USPS and FedEx. The USPS tracking number I received after the fraudulent purchase is #[redacted][redacted]35, with a delivery address at [redacted] Kanawha 2 Mile Road, Charleston, WV [redacted]. I have also notified FedEx about another unauthorized purchase set to be delivered by May 2nd. Hello, I received my package on Monday, but it was marked as "individual picked up," which is incorrect. I used a service that does not involve pickups by individuals. This situation has happened multiple times before with packages totaling nearly $[redacted]. I cannot afford to risk losing this valuable shipment. Please either ensure the correct delivery to the recipient or return the package to me. I paid for this service and it is important to me. A resident living near me temporarily changed her address to mine without my consent. Despite my efforts to cut off contact, she keeps sending me Informed Delivery email screenshots for items that belong to her. I informed our mail carrier about the issue, and he has been redirecting her mail back to her address. However, I am puzzled as to how she continues to access information about mail and packages intended for me despite changing my password multiple times. These individuals have confessed to struggling with meth addiction, increasing my concerns about the situation, as they could intercept my deliveries while knowing when I am home or not. I need to ensure her mail is sent to her correct address and prevent any further intrusion into my life. Each time I see her name in the emails, it brings back the anger I felt upon discovering her drug use in my home and the thefts she committed. I am seeking guidance on how to effectively resolve this distressing situation.

I tried to submit a change of address online on May 1st. After clicking "Submit," there was a long wait, and eventually, a timeout message appeared. I got four emails, one which mentioned signing up for Informed Delivery but didn't receive any follow-up. In the email, it mentioned a confirmation code but encountered delays trying to view the order. Another email mentioned my request didn't go through and I would be refunded within three days for the $1.10 fee. Despite this, I kept receiving reminders to complete the change-of-address form which led to confusion. The system seems to think I already submitted a form for a move to [redacted] S Bedford Dr, Beverly Hills CA [redacted].

On 3/15/22, I shipped a vacuum using the supplier's return label at the post office on [redacted] Branham Ln, San Jose, CA [redacted]. Despite being initially told to go to UPS, the postal worker accepted the box without providing me a receipt. Unfortunately, the package has not been delivered as of 5/4/22, causing me to return to the post office seeking assistance twice. I am a resident of Happy Acres RV Park in Azle, TX, and I am facing challenges receiving certified mail due to the postmaster's refusal to deliver to individual homes within the park. I received a fake delivery notification and cannot find a reliable contact number to address this issue. I have security cameras that revealed no attempt was made to deliver my package, even my smart doorbell was untouched. I am now left to track down my package myself, which is particularly challenging after typical business hours. The provided phone number, 1-[redacted], is utterly unhelpful. After being prompted to provide my tracking number, there is no option to input it. Alternatively, when trying to enter the tracking number, I am stuck in a loop with the automated system, unable to connect with a live representative, and end up being disconnected.
