When guarantees are made, it's concerning when they aren't met without notice. I value efficiency and competence in service, which seems to be lacking here.

I was disappointed to find a package left at my front door without any notification from the delivery company. The package was stolen, and it was something I had been waiting for since February. As a responsible company, leaving packages without informing the recipient is unacceptable, especially in my neighborhood. The claims department website is also giving me trouble with my email and password. This situation could have been avoided if there had been proper communication about the delivery. My guitar, purchased for [redacted] Euros from Guitar de Luthier in Madrid, has just arrived, but I am extremely upset. I had been informed by UPS that the parcel would arrive on June 30th between 10 am and 2 pm. As a result, I was not at home today, expecting the delivery tomorrow. To my surprise, the package arrived today after 12 pm, a day earlier. Since the UPS delivery personnel found the gate closed, they carelessly dropped the guitar over the gate into the garden. I returned defective YATUNINK printer cartridges to Amazon via a UPS store in Fargo, ND on May 24. Despite not receiving confirmation of the package's arrival, the tracking number 1ZR7Y[redacted][redacted] only shows the label has been printed. My attempts to contact UPS customer service led to automated responses directing me to file a claim online, where I found no resolution. I recently received a package, but unfortunately, the contents inside were not what I expected. It seems like I may have been scammed out of around $[redacted] worth of products. The seller mentioned they would file a claim with UPS as the package was insured for $[redacted]. They suspect someone at the UPS store swapped the items. Despite having pictures showing the package before and after shipment with no signs of tampering, the seller insists on filing an insurance claim, citing a history of success with such claims. I suspect fraudulent activity and am unsure how to proceed. I possess tracking information and details of the UPS location it was dispatched from. Hello, I want to address a recurring issue where your driver has chosen to leave packages at my 91-year-old mother's house gate, which is about [redacted] yards away from the house. This consistently happens, and it is concerning. The address in question is [redacted] Harble Griffith Rd, Logan, Ohio [redacted]. Companies like Fed Ex, USPS, Amazon, DHL, and others have had no trouble delivering directly to the house except for your driver(s). There are no obstacles preventing deliveries to the house, which also has a clear exit route. I kindly urge you to resolve this matter with your driver(s). Yesterday, I processed 7 packages on the UPS website and printed an End of Day report for them. However, the driver did not come to pick them up. I called UPS after 5 p.m. and was promised a callback within the hour. I waited at my office until 7 p.m., but no one contacted me. I need confirmation that a UPS driver can pick up my packages today for Venture Tools account #2928E4. It's frustrating not being able to speak to a UPS agent when encountering issues like this.

I was informed by eBay that an item was delivered to our address on April 13, [redacted], yet upon checking, the item was not located. I initiated a claim with UPS on April 15 and, to my surprise, the claim was canceled by UPS around April 17 without any notification. After contacting UPS on June 17, they reopened the claim. Shortly after, I received an email from UPS saying the investigation was closed due to their failure to reach the receiver, which is inaccurate as we are the receivers who reached out to UPS. The document I received mentioned a shipment to a different person at a different address from Amazon, which is all incorrect information. Despite multiple attempts to contact UPS, I have been unable to speak to a human representative. The automated response for the tracking number 1Z09180X[redacted] stated that UPS is trying to reach the sender. While willing to wait the 7 days as advised over the phone, I need to correct the misinformation on the document dated June 17. Our primary goal is to obtain a refund for the lost item's purchase price and shipping costs.

I am writing regarding an update on the tracking number: 1Z58962E[redacted], which states that my package was delivered to a gate around 5:26 pm on 07/01/[redacted]. Unfortunately, I encountered two issues with this delivery. Firstly, the gate mentioned in the update is located on a roadway far from my house. Upon going to retrieve the package, it was not there, potentially indicating theft due to inadequate security at that drop-off location. I'm unsure of the sender of the package as the driver omitted it on the form. Despite the expected delivery on Monday due to Saturday shipping, a message on the 27th claimed delivery at the front door. No package was found in the mailroom or at my door. I was near the apartment and no one rang. After struggling to contact support for two days, a callback led to a computer holding my spot without a human call. A subsequent computer call further delayed resolution. I waited for 70 minutes before disconnecting. I suggest that the delivery person ring the buzzer. If unanswered, a message can be left to hold the package at the George Town station. Even with a disability, this simple action would ensure I receive my packages.

I received an email indicating that my package was delivered at 1:36 PM today, but it is currently 7:41 PM and I have not received it. Despite checking around my neighbors' apartments, I couldn't find it. When I attempted to log into my UPS account, I was prompted to reset my password, but didn't receive the reset email. Consequently, I created a new account with a different email, and after filling out the claim information for about 30 minutes, I received an error message stating, "Sorry, a claim cannot be filed now, try again later." My attempts to reach a live person via phone were unsuccessful. The package contained vital Medical Supplies valued at over $[redacted].

I recently received a package from UPS that arrived opened and empty after being cleared through customs, weighing only 2.7 lbs. I was present when the driver delivered it, and I noticed the box was thin and the yellow packing tape was loose over the opening. I inquired if the driver had seen the missing contents, suggesting it may have fallen out in the truck. However, he dismissed my concerns, stating another person loaded the truck. I asked him to check at the distribution center for any found items, but he reported that I refused the package, which is not the case. Two days back, UPS tried to deliver my package and left a "Sorry We Missed You" note. I signed it, as instructed, and placed it on the door today with a note requesting to leave the package due to my broken leg making it hard to reach the door quickly. Despite living on the third level and rarely being on the first floor where the front door is, another note was left today, which I almost missed in the bushes. When I called 1-[redacted], unable to speak to a person, they requested a tracking number starting with 1Z, which these notes do not have. The first note has an InfoNotice# 9[redacted] [redacted] 0, and today's note has a Delivery Notice Number 9[redacted] [redacted] 8. Hoping to resolve this, I will try 1-[redacted]. After navigating the automated system and speaking to Sophia, who was pleasant, she assured me that the package would be delivered between 12:30 and 2:30 tomorrow, providing a welcome resolution to this inconvenience. I aim to count on UPS's usual reliability going forward.

I recently dropped off a package at a UPS store in Lauderhill, FL on 7/8, which was 10 days ago. After tracking it, I noticed that it has not reached the destination yet. Yesterday around 5pm, a UPS driver parked in front of my driveway at [redacted] SW 81st Ter, Gainesville, FL [redacted]. When I arrived, he did not immediately return to his truck to allow me access. Despite honking, he continued chatting with a recipient. When he finally moved, he did so slowly and then acted confrontationally towards me. This behavior in front of my house with my 7-year-old witnessing is unacceptable. I have footage of the incident from my car camera but have not received a response from UPS in Gainesville, FL. I am eager for them to address this issue promptly and ensure that this driver does not return to my area.
