I previously had Walmart Family Mobile, under T-Mobile, which has transitioned to Verizon. Now, I am looking to port my number to Tello Mobile. I already have the port ID number, but I am missing the Unlock SIM code. Despite Walmart Family Mobile claiming they didn't lock my phone, when I attempt to use my new SIM card, I receive a message saying "NETWORK LOCKED SIM CARD INSERTED." I bought my unlocked Tracfone device separately on 3/23/[redacted], and the model is Restored Motorola WFMMTXT2093DGP5P 6.5" Moto G Play 4G LTE Walmart Family Mobile 32GB Unlocked Smartphone - Blue (Refurbished)/[redacted]29. Despite following all provided instructions, I continue to face this issue. I have contacted Walmart regarding this problem multiple times, but have been met with dropped calls and unanswered return calls.

I received a free phone from Safelink, but it's a Tracfone, and I've had trouble using it since I got it. Numerous issues have arisen, but after 5 days, a helpful representative was able to transfer my old phone [redacted] from Verizon to this new phone. While my Verizon service was disconnected, my new phone was set up with the correct number. Despite these efforts, I am unable to make or receive calls. As an 88-year-old, having a functioning phone is crucial.

On February 24, [redacted], I purchased a service plan from Tracfone along with a new phone. I got the [redacted]-day unlimited talk, text, and 24GB data plan for $[redacted].00. I paid $[redacted].00 including tax via Visa on the same day. The new Tracfone Motorola moto G Pure ([redacted]), 32 GB in Blue, a prepaid smartphone (locked), was bought from Amazon and arrived on March 8, [redacted]. I spent two hours on March 9, [redacted], calling Tracfone as the phone couldn't be activated or connected to the internet due to it being possibly previously owned and locked. Amazon will accept the return, including the insurance plan I purchased. I am requesting a $[redacted].00 credit to my account now. Despite several attempts to contact customer service through chat and phone (1-[redacted]) where representatives couldn't issue a refund and redirected me to the Refund department. Unfortunately, after being put on hold for half an hour, I was disconnected. I hope to resolve this issue promptly and have my account credited. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Please find attached my receipt for my phone and a $20 card for minutes. Unfortunately, when I scratched off the silver part to reveal the pin, the entire cardboard peeled off as well, making the pin illegible. I reached out to TracFone twice yesterday and twice today. They instructed me to go to the store, but the store directed me back to TracFone. It's been a frustrating cycle with no solution in sight. Today, Angela at TracFone finally provided me with a procedure to resolve this issue, which I greatly appreciate. Thank you for addressing this promptly so I can start using my phone, hopefully. I have also taken pictures. (Note: The email she provided is not valid.)

I recently activated my wife's Samsung phone with Tracfone and transferred her old number from AT&T. Unfortunately, it was activated with the original SIM card, not the new one we purchased from Walmart with a yearly plan. The phone was originally locked to Tracfone but we bought it new once the lock expired. While the phone was not active with Tracfone, my wife used it with AT&T, and we've misplaced the original Tracfone SIM. After inputting basic information, I tried to check the activation status but lost internet connection. This led to an unknown account setup that we can't verify, despite spending hours with customer care. The main issues are not knowing the PIN or password, the phone activating with the wrong SIM, and the backup number being our home landline, which can't receive texts. I am a long-time Tracfone customer with an online account, and my name is Robert Eddy. My wife's name is Diane Eddy, and we both reside at 4 Butternut Lane, Weatogue, CT. I also have the airtime PIN from a Walmart scratch-off card specific to Diane's phone. Currently, her phone number and plan are stuck on a SIM we don't have. We had to use a temporary Boost Mobile SIM ([redacted]) for now but need her original number back. Ideally, we would merge Diane's Tracfone account with mine, but that step seems inaccessible through customer service. We're struggling to regain her phone number and access the purchased plan due to this issue that customer care seems unable to resolve.

I recently wrote a detailed explanation about my ex-partner hacking into my mother's and my devices and causing significant harm using the internet and government resources. Despite having come across NAVAiR in my browsing history, I want to clarify that I am not affiliated with the armed forces and do not have access to my ex's veteran accounts. We have been victims of cyber crimes for the past two years, and despite our efforts, we have been unable to find assistance. Our online activities are monitored, and we feel helpless in the digital world. My ex has taken control of our communication channels and email accounts, manipulating them to his advantage. I suspect he is a sociopath and compulsive liar, as he has deprived us of our belongings and deceived us, including my elderly mother who has been financially exploited. We have faced significant challenges, including homelessness due to his interference in contacting real estate agents or landlords. We are desperate for help to regain control of our online presence and ensure our online safety. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I switched from a T-Mobile SIM card to a Verizon SIM card a day ago, and I am still experiencing no service or connection. My ticket number is [redacted]. When the representative verified my account, I provided my Pennsylvania mailing address instead of my current Florida address. Though I don't believe this should be causing the issue, it's worth mentioning just in case.

I purchased a Tracfone in March which worked fine except for messaging. I had an IT friend try to fix it but was unsuccessful. On April 5, I took it back to the online company I purchased it from. After 45 minutes, they claimed the phone had a defect and advised me to contact Tracfone. I made the call on April 7, and after an hour and 23 minutes of speaking with two "techs", being put on hold multiple times, and requesting a new phone or reimbursement to no avail, I hung up. It felt like a frustrating game with the Tracfone customer service. I have been a loyal Tracfone user for years, but I am now deeply disappointed with the service provided by the technicians. I cannot recall the code for my BLU Tracfone. My phone number is [redacted]. I am currently in West Africa where I do not use my Tracfone. However, on Thursday, April 13, I will be returning to the US and need to use my phone to arrange for pick-up. Could you please assist me in retrieving or resetting my code remotely? Currently, my phone is out of battery. It managed to hold a charge throughout the six months I was away, but it got locked when I failed to turn it off properly after checking it. I plan to charge it tomorrow. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with accessing the account app linked to my email, [redacted], as it has become mixed up with my wife's account app. Unfortunately, the passwords to reset my password are being sent to her identical LG Rebel 4 phone, causing difficulty in verifying my identity. All I am trying to do is add airtime and check the service end date. Despite multiple phone attempts to resolve this issue, we have not been successful. This mix-up is now preventing my wife from accessing her app as well. We have been loyal customers for 12 to 15 years and simply want to regain access to our respective apps without making any changes. I have received a text stating I have 2.47 GB of data. Yet, my USSD code shows [redacted],[redacted] minutes, [redacted],[redacted] messages, and 0 megabytes of data, preventing me from sending messages with attachments or emojis. I recently spoke with a representative who attempted to resolve the issue, instructing me to wait for 15 minutes for a fix. However, over an hour has passed, and the problem persists. TracFone has deactivated my phone. After over 6 hours on the phone with their tech department, I was told they can't reactivate my phone. They requested my wife's father's middle name, which didn't match their records, as well as a 4-digit pin I never set up, leaving me unable to verify my identity. Without two means of verification, they are unable to assist me. Frustrating! I would appreciate it if someone could provide me with their corporate office number. Thank you, Tim

I recently attempted to purchase a new phone online on Saturday, but the order did not go through. My daughter successfully ordered one on Sunday night, and although the payment was taken from her account, the order was canceled today. After contacting customer service, they requested more information that my daughter will provide tomorrow. I am frustrated by the lack of clarity regarding the situation and the delay in resolving it. I recently purchased a new phone in April and I have been having issues transferring my old number, [redacted] from TruConnect, with account number [redacted]0 and pin number [redacted], to my new device. Despite being promised that the change would happen after a 48-hour wait, my service remained unavailable. I was then told I needed to buy another refill card before they could change my number to a randomly generated one. Three representatives refused to let me speak to a supervisor. After being disconnected twice, I called back with no success as the office closed early. As a disabled amputee relying on a phone for safety and health reasons, I urgently need the correct number transferred without having to purchase additional services prematurely. I recently had a Tracfone that was stolen. The phone number is [redacted] and it was taken in October of last year. I reached out via email to have it disconnected, but it seems someone has been using it to make charges to my bank card without my authorization. They have charged $45 per month for the last 6 months, totaling $[redacted]. The phone is still active, using my card, but no minutes or data are being used. I would like to request a refund or credit for this amount. I am contemplating using my unlocked iPhone 14 Pro Max with Tracfone, but I need this issue resolved first. I have been experiencing a complete lack of cellular service on my purchased iPhone11 for the last month. I have reached out to Customer Service three times, even escalating to Corporate support due to the initial technical team not being able to assist. Despite a scheduled call back, I was disappointed to find myself explaining the issue from scratch to a new technician, erasing all progress made with the Corporate support team. As a loyal customer for two decades, I am frustrated with the ongoing issue and the unjust charges for a service that I am not receiving. Requesting Tracfone to replace my iPhone at no extra cost is the only solution I see after all my efforts to resolve this matter diligently.

This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating. I need assistance! My ticket number is [redacted], and I am yet to receive a tracking number. It seems like others are facing similar delays. I was given various dates for the phone's processing, with promises of a tracking number on specific days. However, the information seems inconsistent and misleading. The back-and-forth communication and changing status of the replacement phone are confusing. From being told the phone was in inventory to being informed it's unavailable, the updates are unreliable and confusing. Clarification on the processing status and tracking information is essential.

My phone screen froze, and I couldn't resolve the issue. I contacted Tracfone, and a customer service representative advised me to return the phone for a replacement. They sent me a shipping label via email, and I sent the phone to TracFone via UPS on 04/13/[redacted]. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the replacement phone. Despite multiple inquiries on my part, I haven't received any update or information from TracFone regarding the status of my replacement. I'm concerned about the lack of communication regarding this matter.
