I did not violate any rules or terms and conditions, but after sharing my Instagram contact card with someone and suggesting we communicate there since I struggle to respond on the app, my account faced scrutiny. Despite using Tinder without verification for over a year without issue, the requirement for photo verification became necessary. Unfortunately, the pictures I submitted were poorly lit as I was in a car at the time, leading to the ban on my account. I am perplexed by the initial review of my account and suspect it might have been instigated by a false report.

Hello, I've been unable to access my Tinder account for a few years now. I'm unsure of the reason for the ban, but my email was hacked and my phone stolen around that time. Hello, I recently switched to a new phone while keeping the same number. When trying to open Tinder on my new phone, I encountered an issue with the verification process. Despite receiving the SMS verification, I did not receive the email with the code to continue the process, which led to my account getting locked. After a few days, I attempted the process again and successfully created a new account, with both SMS and email verifications going through smoothly. However, my previous contacts informed me that I now have a duplicate account as the old one was never deleted. My subscription is set to renew on 5/26/23, so I decided to cancel it today at 6 AM, on 5/25/23. However, upon checking my bank account, I noticed that they charged me $30, a day earlier than expected, which is really frustrating. Additionally, after trying out another month trial a year after my first attempt in [redacted], I didn't have any success in finding suitable matches on the site. It's disheartening to be active but not get any responses. The inability to message someone unless there's a match or the other person initiates the conversation is bothersome. I'm disappointed by the lack of a contact number for support. I am hoping for a prompt full refund to address the inconvenience and frustrations I've experienced with the service. Hopefully, this matter can be resolved swiftly to alleviate my current frustration with the platform's functionality and lack of results despite the promises made.

I canceled my Tinder Gold subscription a day before it was set to renew, but I was still charged 24 hours in advance. I would like to request a refund as the service has not been working properly despite multiple attempts. This experience has left me disappointed and I feel that the service is not worth it for me. Yesterday, I purchased a Tinder subscription for $12.99 to view a profile. Last night, as I tried to delete the account, I encountered an error message "failed to delete the account." Today, when I attempted to delete it again, I was prompted to verify my identity with puzzles and then was informed my account was banned. I am unsure if my account was deleted before being banned. I recently discovered that my account was banned, which I believe was due to my soon-to-be ex-husband's actions. My account was banned, and I don't understand the reason behind it. I have been using your service for many years and have built a long-term and respectful relationship. I have two possible reasons for this ban (I am just guessing): 1. I may have made a comment that unintentionally wasn't nice to someone. If this is the case, I kindly request to be informed about it and given another chance to continue using your service with more respect. Please also clarify what I did wrong. 2. After watching a movie with my friend, I attempted to access my Tinder app, only to discover that I was banned and required to undergo a photo verification process. While I completed the verification, the app kept prompting me to strike the same pose repeatedly. Despite attempting to click the button to confirm the matching photos, I found it unresponsive. Although the app indicated that I was successfully verified, each time I exited and re-entered the app, I was prompted to verify again. Upon trying to delete my account to avoid this continuous cycle, the deletion failed, leading me back to the verification process once more. I am now at a point where I would like my account deleted to avoid further frustrations with this app.
