I have encountered difficulties trying to delete my account several times. The error messages I received may be due to reports on my account or some sort of freeze preventing its deletion. On my ninth attempt, I received a notice that my account was banned. I had paid for the account and now wish to access it again to request a refund and delete it permanently. I maintained that my account was not violating any rules, as it was not a couples account, and I clearly stated my intentions. Although I alluded to seeking a casual connection, I did not expect to be reported and banned. I kindly request access to my account to facilitate its removal and process my refund.

I was messaging with a man named "Ric" on Tinder yesterday morning, June 27, [redacted]. We chatted for about 30 minutes until the app showed he was 42 miles away from me in Newark, NJ, despite us both initially being closer. Sadly, the app disconnected us before we could arrange to meet. Ric has white hair and a main profile picture with him in a navy shirt with large white flowers. As a dedicated Platinum subscriber who values the services Tinder provides, I was looking forward to exploring features such as adding Spotify to my profile. I made an error by creating a Tinder account a bit before turning 18, hoping to make new friends after moving to a new town. Sadly, I got banned due to my inaccurate age information. Recognizing my misstep, I now grasp the importance of honesty on the platform. Understanding the terms and guidelines, I am sincerely sorry for breaking them. I previously had a Tinder account many years ago which I didn't renew. I signed up for a new account on July 4th this year, and it was working fine until today. Suddenly, it has reverted back to my old account with all the old history. I appear to have lost messages and likes from last Sunday, including one very important message. I need this issue to be fixed as soon as possible. If the system is not reliable, I don't want to continue using it and waste my money. Please rectify this matter at your earliest convenience. After meeting up with someone from Tinder, they played a prank on me by taking my phone and sending inappropriate messages to people on the app. This caused my account to get shadowbanned, and after blocking him, I had to create a new account. Unfortunately, using the same number led to the new account also getting shadowbanned. I'm frustrated by this situation as I didn't do anything wrong. I wish there was a way to fix this or create a new account without facing the same issue. It seems like being shadowbanned is permanent, and I'm hoping for some guidance on how to resolve this and get my account back to normal. Thank you.

Hello! I paid for the Gold plan with a boleto option through B. Brasil online two days ago at 8 p.m. Since it's been over 48 hours, the payment should have gone through. I attached the payment receipt below. However, I am still being charged, and I haven't seen any site improvements. I already have a free profile on Tinder on my PC. I am waiting for payment confirmation and to receive the benefits of the Gold plan. I checked my profile, but I haven't received any benefits, and the pagsmileteam keeps charging me. It seems like Tinder hasn't acknowledged my payment. I have the payment confirmation available.

I recently received a statement from my benefits card service and noticed charges from Tinder that I did not authorize. I don't use Tinder and have not subscribed to their services, yet I see charges of $29.99 per month and multiple $9.99 charges. Since my card does not provide regular statements, these unauthorized charges are concerning, especially on a state-issued benefits card. I have requested a refund for all charges and have contacted the card provider to investigate further. They advised me to reach out to resolve the issue before they intervene.

I don't understand why I got banned. I haven't said anything inappropriate except for pointing out when some women are rude to me. I have a platinum membership, so I don't get why I can be banned without any evidence. It's unfair that one person's word is enough to get me banned. I haven't done anything wrong; some girls on the platform try to deceive, steal, and lie. Can someone please clarify this situation for me?

I shared my number with a girl I was chatting with on Feeld, not Tinder. After giving her my number, I received a verification code from Tinder and got banned shortly after. The girl admitted to sending the code but claimed it was related to her business and pressured me to share the code before it expired. Hello, I recently got signed out of my account, probably due to low storage and a phone crash, and now I can't log back in. The main problem is verifying my account through the email linked to it, as I no longer have access to it because it's associated with a school I no longer attend. Also, I changed my phone number from +44 [redacted] to +[redacted]64 due to traveling in Jordan. However, I am leaving Jordan today and won't have access to this number, so I'd like to address this quickly while I still can. I've been a loyal Tinder Gold user for years and would prefer to keep my current matches instead of creating a new account. I was unaware that I would be charged $[redacted].19 upfront. I saw it mentioned as $9.99 per month, which is what I expected. I didn't find any close matches on the app using my details - my name is Bradley Martin, born on 7/16/[redacted], under the name Brad, with the email [redacted] I used the app briefly for only a day or two, then unsubscribed and deleted my account. I have screenshots of my purchase that clearly display $9.99 per month, with the ability to cancel anytime. I assumed it would be $9.99 for the first month and onward. The unexpected charge has left my account overdrawn. Seeking a refund, as the app lacks suitable matches nearby. I've promptly canceled all services. Please refrain from charging me again. I recently bought Tinder Gold after waiting for a while. I was unsure if it would be worth it, but to my surprise, it is. However, while using the app, I encountered a pop-up offering to make me the first like on everyone's profiles for an extra $6 on top of the $19.99 I paid. After purchasing it, now I see charges of $19.99 and $26. I wish to have this service I didn't fully understand removed and refunded. I am frustrated and even contemplating cancelling my Gold membership. I hope Tinder can provide me with a clear explanation and maybe offer me a reason to continue using the service.

Recently, my Tinder account got banned, even though I followed all the community guidelines. I suspect someone might have impersonated me and reported my account wrongly. This suspicion arose after a person I was chatting with on July 5th told me that someone was using my photos and name on Hinge, a platform I don't use. I fear if this can happen on other sites, it might have occurred on Tinder too. I've already contacted Tinder, but their responses were unsatisfactory. When I try to send a message to a match, I encounter a notification saying "Catch us on the flip side. Swyping is better in portrait mode," even though I am in portrait mode and not trying to Swype profiles but compose a message. This issue started recently and only happens when writing messages, not when Swyping unless the phone auto-rotates. I've attempted to lock the orientation in portrait mode and disable auto-rotate, but the problem persists. I use an Android phone and haven't faced this problem with other apps or sites before. Unsure if it's my phone or Tinder causing this. Seeking a solution.
