Despite daily checks, they did not sell, so I gradually lowered the prices. Today, the game day, I discovered that the tickets were marked as sold on the same day I listed them. However, the payment only reflected the reduced price of $[redacted] each. This seems like unfair business practices and potentially illegal. I request immediate correction of this issue. I purchased tickets through SeatGeek, and they were transferred to your website. However, your site is not functioning properly and is flagging me as a bot. I spent $89 on tickets for tonight's game, and I am frustrated with the current situation. I am unable to sign up on your website because it keeps identifying me as a bot. I have enabled Java Script on my computer, but the issue persists. Even my phone's web browser is not working. I have attempted to contact support but all lines seem busy. I have searched online for others facing the same problem but haven't found a solution yet. I am feeling very upset about this.

Hello, I am writing from Italy. On October 10, I purchased four NBA game tickets for the San Francisco event on December 28 through Helloticket, but the tickets were issued by Ticketmaster. I am facing an issue as I cannot see the four tickets in my Ticketmaster account despite having the payment receipt, ticket confirmation email, and instructions to download the tickets. I am in urgent need of assistance as both Helloticket and Ticketmaster claim the tickets were sent to me. However, they are still missing from my account. I have been attempting to buy Milwaukee Bucks tickets all day, but every time I try to make the purchase, it gets declined due to an error with the card information I entered. I am experienced with online ordering, but I am at a loss as to why I cannot complete this transaction. I even activated a previously unused card and attempted to use it for the purchase, but that did not work either. I purchased tickets for "The Best of Doo Wop Volume IV" happening on 3/25/23 at Lillian S Wells Hall at the Parker in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The event was supposed to feature The Duprees, The Platters, Cleveland Still, and The Mystics. I specifically wanted to see The Platters and The Duprees. However, within 12 hours of buying the tickets, they changed the venue and the lineup, excluding The Duprees and The Platters. I contacted the Parker house, but they couldn't help. I paid $[redacted].96 and want a refund. I tried disputing the charge on my credit card, but it was unsuccessful. This feels like a deceptive practice and I believe it should be illegal. Can I take any action in this situation?

On Friday, December 16th, I purchased SZA tickets for her Toronto show on February 25, [redacted]. I unintentionally bought accessible seating in section 309A, row 2W, seat [redacted]. I wasn’t aware of this until I received the confirmation. The Ticketmaster site directed me to checkout without allowing me to choose my seat when I clicked on the ticket on the right side of the screen. I'm wondering if I can still attend the show with this accessible seating or if I will be denied entry at the Scotiabank Arena. If I can't attend, I'm also curious if I would be eligible for a refund for my ticket. I did not intentionally choose the accessible ticket, as I wanted a seat in section [redacted].

I purchased and sold tickets via Ticketmaster. The sale occurred on 11/06, and I have yet to receive my funds. My wife and I have tickets with Order #35-[redacted]/NY8. We also purchased event insurance. Unfortunately, she is unwell with a stomach bug, and we won't be able to attend tomorrow's event. I purchased three tickets for The Wiz, the Musical, in Seattle for Saturday, December 17th. Unfortunately, the show was cancelled due to a Covid outbreak. I contacted Ticketmaster to request a refund. Ticketmaster responded that they would only issue a refund if the performance was cancelled, which it was. The cancellation is confirmed on the theater's website and local news, although Ticketmaster claims to have no information about it.

We are planning to drive for 3.5 hours to attend a concert in Minneapolis for which we have purchased tickets. However, there is a blizzard forecasted for the area that is expected to continue through Friday, the day of our concert. The National Weather Service has issued warnings advising against driving on Thursday and Friday due to the dangerous conditions with heavy snow, high winds, and very low temperatures. Under these circumstances, I would like to cancel our tickets.

Hello, I recently purchased two General Admission resale tickets for the Vrbo Fiesta Bowl "#2 Michigan v. #3 TCU" through SeatGeek on TicketMaster's website. TicketMaster confirmed the purchase of two General Admission tickets, but on SeatGeek's app, it shows that we have two Parking Passes instead. I'm unsure if this is due to a package deal including parking, but the lack of clarity is concerning as I paid $[redacted] for these tickets. After contacting SeatGeek, they explained that as the purchase was not made through my SeatGeek account, they don't have access to the seller's details. They advised reaching out to you for a re-transfer, as we were provided with the wrong tickets. Prior to contacting SeatGeek, I confirmed with your team that the purchase was indeed for two General Admission tickets.

I have two tickets to the Suns vs. Mavericks game on 1/26/23 in Phoenix, AZ. I tried to list them individually, but I received instructions from Fansupport on how to list both tickets together. I am seeking to purchase 2 standing pitch Coldplay tickets for May 31st, [redacted]. The seller added two extra transfer fees of £[redacted] each, claiming they are refundable. After sending the payments, I was supposed to receive the tickets in my Ticketmaster account.
