The shoe I received did not match the one displayed on the website. Despite following the return process promptly after noticing the discrepancy, there have been delays and miscommunication with the delivery boy and customer service. I insist that my refund, both the online payment and cash amount, be processed immediately to rectify the situation. Hello, I have 2 tickets to see Diana Ross at the Manchester Arena. These tickets were a Christmas gift from our son in [redacted]. The original date of the concert was Friday, June 3, [redacted]. Due to cancellations, we understand it's now rescheduled for June [redacted]. How can we confirm the new date? I tried to purchase tickets for an event at the Grey Eagle Casino in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, scheduled for March 22, [redacted]. The website indicated that the only option for ticket delivery was through a smartphone, which I do not own. I need to have them emailed so I can print them. I am currently dealing with covid pneumonia, and my wife and I have been trying to get a refund from Ticketmaster for the football game this Saturday against the Raiders. Despite putting in multiple refund requests, we have not received any response or a callback. We are prepared to take legal action or seek media attention if our refund request is not addressed. We are both hospitalized due to covid pneumonia and cannot attend the football game.

The total amount due is $[redacted].12, with the payout listed as Not Available. I sold this ticket on 12/5/21, which was 9 days ago, and I have yet to receive my payment. I was informed that I need to verify my checking account to access the funds. However, despite multiple attempts, I have not received the two deposits needed to verify my account. I suggest sending the funds to the Visa Debit card ending in [redacted] linked to my checking account. The delay in sending the verification deposits for almost five days is concerning and feels like fraudulent behavior. I'm attempting to reset my password as directed by Tickmaster, however, I have made several attempts to receive the code without success. I haven't received any emails containing the code. This caused me to miss out on last night's concert and I am now running out of time for tonight's event. Yesterday, I waited for the codes to arrive, but they all came through at 7AM this morning simultaneously. Unfortunately, by that time, they were expired or deemed invalid. Can someone please explain what is happening?

Hello, my name is James G. I need help with my Trans-Siberian Orchestra tickets for this weekend in Tampa. I bought four (4) tickets in the fan presale back in early August. The receipt number is [redacted]9. Despite receiving emails from Ticketmaster prompting me to get my tickets since the show is approaching, I am unable to find any tickets in my Ticketmaster account. I have tried reaching out via email multiple times to both TSO and Ticketmaster but have not received any responses. I am a regular attendee of this event and am familiar with the electronic ticketing process, but this time I'm facing difficulty accessing the tickets as usual.

Good morning, I am a customer who sold tickets I had purchased through TM on TM. I received an email stating that I would receive $55.72 in a few days, but it's been 15 days. The card I used is valid, but the payout to is marked as Not Available. I provided the necessary information on the TM sales payment site, but I haven't received the two mini deposits in any of my accounts, including the debit card used for the ticket purchase. I am unable to trigger a resend of the deposits for verification. Please send the money owed to the debit card ending in [redacted]. I have been unable to reach support via phone or chat. I am looking to sell my Ticketmaster tickets on StubHub. The tickets I have are labeled as "SEC B" on Ticketmaster. However, when I tried to list them on StubHub, I couldn't find the exact "SEC B" option. StubHub only offers choices like "Reserve B Center" or "Reserve B Sides." To accurately list my tickets, I reached out to a StubHub representative who advised me to contact Ticketmaster to confirm the specific section within Section B my tickets belong to. I bought 4 tickets for Mannheim Steamroller in Prescott Valley on December 27th. Today, I received 2 envelopes, each with 4 tickets inside. I purchased floor tickets for section [redacted], Row E, seats 1-4 at $70.50 each. However, the second set of tickets for section [redacted], Row D, seats 11-14, also at $70.50 each, were not ordered by me. I am concerned about being charged for them. Can they be refunded if they were mistakenly charged to my account? I am puzzled by why I received 2 sets of tickets. Thank you.

I am seeking assistance for my mom regarding an issue with transferred tickets for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. She bought 3 tickets on 10/5/21 and attempted to transfer them to my son. I bought two tickets via your platform for "Marie and Rosetta" at the Southwest Art Center in Atlanta, Georgia for the 7:30pm show on December 16, [redacted]. The tickets were supposed to be picked up at the Southwest Art Center box office half an hour before the show. Unfortunately, the 7:30pm performance on that date got canceled last minute. The venue advised all attendees to reschedule for later shows. I am unable to reschedule for any upcoming performances and would like a refund for the ticket charges made on my credit card.

I unfortunately can't make it to the Rams game since it was rescheduled on a weekday when I have work and a doctor's appointment. My friend bought the tickets, and we had to buy them together to sit with our group. I'm the only one out of 7 people who can't go. I purchased parking for the Genesis concert at TD Garden on December 16th. However, when I arrived at the garage and checked my Ticketmaster app, I realized the parking pass was for December 15th instead. The parking attendant couldn't help, so I’m wondering if I can get a refund from Ticketmaster for the unused parking. I can show proof of payment on my debit card for the correct date. I prefer a refund as I believe it was a mistake on Ticketmaster’s end, although it could have been a user error. Next time, I’ll be more cautious when purchasing in advance. The convenience of buying ahead of time for just $2 more was appealing, but unfortunately, it was for the wrong date. I hope to resolve this with Ticketmaster.

The system indicates that I will receive a code via email to reset my password. However, the code is delayed, sometimes taking hours or not arriving at all before it expires. I am disappointed with how Ticketmaster handled the cancellation of the La Clique show we booked due to covid. They only emailed me 6 minutes before the show was supposed to start, which I find unacceptable. I traveled from Bournemouth, booked a hotel, and extended my stay just to see the show, resulting in additional expenses that I could have avoided if Ticketmaster had informed me earlier. I am requesting a full refund for the show tickets and compensation for the extra costs incurred. The show tickets cost £[redacted].00, and additional expenses include coach travel with National Express for £46 and a hotel stay at The Academy hotel for £[redacted].
