I am currently attempting to update my address online through the official Texas Department of Public Safety Driver License Division website. However, I am encountering issues with the system not recognizing my Texas ID number or DD number. Additionally, when attempting to contact customer service, I am unable to find an option to speak with a live customer service representative. I am reaching out for assistance as I am currently out of state and unable to update my address online, which is necessary for receiving my updated Texas ID by mail. Can someone please help me resolve this matter? Thank you.

After waiting on hold for more than an hour, I urgently need to replace my ID as I lost my purse. I tried to do it online but it requires an Audit #. Although I've scheduled an appointment for November, I have to fly by the end of October. My new ID includes my updated name after marriage, which is linked to my SS. Can someone provide the Audit # or expedite the process of getting a new ID? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Tonya Templin, ID #[redacted]3.
