Hello, I'm A.L. Sougoule and I'm facing issues accessing my Snapchat account. I forgot my password and no longer have access to the email linked to my account. Additionally, I've changed my phone number, so I'm unable to receive a text to reset my password. The current email I use is [redacted] Please send the password reset link to this email address. I received several text messages with verification codes due to a new user attempting to log in. I refrained from responding until prompted to reply with a code if it was not me trying to access the account. As I was logged out, unsure if I was in contact with Snapchat, I am now unable to access my account as none of the verification codes are successful. I have doubts about the legitimacy of the number claiming to be from the Snapchat team.

I have forgotten my password and am unable to access my recovery email or phone. However, I remember the email and phone number I used to create the account, but I can't access them now. My recovery email was [redacted], and my phone number was [redacted]. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to access them as I have been away for a few months and don't remember the Gmail login details or have that phone anymore. Someone I know from school hacked my Snapchat after pretending to be a friend. I mistakenly shared my password, thinking I was talking to a friend, and within 30 minutes, my password was changed. When I tried to recover it using my email and phone number, I discovered they had been changed as well. After speaking to a friend who had a similar experience, I realized it was a coordinated hack. I reported the incident to Snapchat and began investigating. It turns out this person has targeted multiple individuals.

I have recently been permanently locked out of my new Snapchat account. After reviewing the terms of service, I did not breach any rules. My suspicion is that the lack of a phone number and unverified email caused the system to mistake me for a bot. I urgently need this issue fixed to avoid losing streaks. Last night, someone I thought I knew added me on Snapchat and then requested to text me. I did not share any details with them, but after receiving a text, my Snapchat account was hacked. I received an email notification about a password change, but before I could respond, I was locked out of my account. I have already reported this incident to Snapchat, and so have my friends. They have informed me that they are receiving messages from my compromised account.

It's Christmas, and I received a new iPhone. I removed an app to make the phone faster. When I tried to log back in, my usual password didn't work. I created a new Snapchat account, and someone added me. After adding them back, they sent me a picture of myself from when I was in 1st or 2nd grade. I have no idea who they are, so I reported, unadded, and blocked them. About an hour later, I found out I was logged out because someone tried to access my account, which I suspect was the same person who sent the picture. Their name is Kiar Morrison. Although we share the same last name, I don't recognize them. Many people have the same last name as me. Please address this issue.

Three days ago, my account got hacked, and Snapchat closed it due to suspicious activity. I received a link the following day from someone named Theresa, asking for my information to verify my passwords. Since then, I haven't received any further updates. Last night, I logged out of my Snapchat account, and now I'm unable to log back in. My Snapchat account got hacked, and the intruder changed my password and phone number, blocking me from resetting it. Despite reaching out to Snapchat support, I haven't received any response. I'm having trouble accessing my Snapchat account. It's showing my phone number as invalid, which was working fine a few days ago when I reset my password due to a possible hacking attempt. Today, a stranger I added on Snapchat offered to pay me $[redacted] for a shoutout on his account. I made the mistake of sharing my login details with him. Later, he hijacked my account, spammed my friends, changed my password and phone number, and set up SMS verification, locking me out. Despite attempts to reset my password via email, the SMS codes went to the hacker's number. I lack a recovery code, making account retrieval challenging. I've reached out to Snapchat for help, but haven't received a resolution yet. I'm desperate to regain control of my account and remove the hacker's access.

On January 3, I had a concerning interaction with a woman who was asking for personal information such as my eye color and face, and even requested my Snapchat password. I refused to provide it and ended up blocking her. Unfortunately, she hacked my account, altering my email and phone number. Despite these changes, my username remains pinkfriday81995. A girl at my school, whom I don't know well, hacked into my account and started sending my private photos to multiple people on Snapchat, including my ex-best friend's boyfriend, my sister, and others. She has been blackmailing me by threatening to post these pictures on my Snapchat story. When confronted, she mentioned wanting something inappropriate, but I believe she's just causing trouble due to her own issues. My mom and I have reported this to the police, who advised contacting Snapchat to have my old account deactivated to prevent further damage. I am requesting Snapchat to take down or regain control of my old account with the username @salexander590.
