I haven't received my parcel yet and I'm unable to track it online. It was sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service on November 23, [redacted]. The tracking number is KB[redacted]98GB, and the delivery address is Julie Warner, 5 Parkway, Stevenage, Herts, SG2 8DJ. I need to know if it's in the delivery process. I received a notification from my seller that my goods were delivered to Haroldhill Delivery Office on November 23, [redacted]. However, despite the tracking information showing delivery, I did not receive my package. The tracking number provided was LZ[redacted]08CN. Upon visiting Haroldhill DO on December 3, [redacted], I was surprised to learn that the package had been delivered to the front of my home on November 23, [redacted], without any notice left at my residence as is the usual practice by Royal Mail. Despite working from home on the day of delivery, I did not receive any communication about the delivery. I am seeking assistance in tracing the delivery, identifying the staff member who delivered it, understanding the delivery process, and determining why I was not informed about the package.

Royal Mail has confirmed that my expected package will be delivered on December 4th and it is currently at 'Croydon MC.' Meanwhile, a delivery firm called 'DPD(UK)' emailed me claiming they attempted delivery twice this week, requesting pre-payment to reschedule. I am uncertain if Royal Mail uses DPD for subcontracting. I am worried this might be a scam. If Royal Mail does engage DPD's services, will I need to interact with them directly?

I was recently notified that my new build property at Flat 18, [redacted]-[redacted] Queens Road Peckham London SE15 2ND is not listed on the Royal Mail Register. Due to this issue, Thames Water has been unable to register the flat for water billing. The Southwark Council Street Name and Numbering team assured me that they informed Royal Mail about this new property on December 10, [redacted]. I am seeking clarification on this urgent matter. I placed an order for a package on November 30th and was informed that it would be shipped via Royal Mail with tracking number PZ[redacted]25GB. The package was sent out on December 1st with the same tracking ID. I was advised that the delivery would take 2-3 business days, but it has not arrived yet, and when I tried to track it, the system did not recognize the ID provided. Twice this week, on the 30th of November and the 4th of December, I noticed that two pieces of my mail were already opened before reaching me. The letters were from my bank and investment adviser, both marked as 'Private and Confidential'. Luckily, no items like bank cards or cheques were missing. However, the situation is concerning, and I would appreciate it if you could investigate these incidents. My address was correct on both letters, and they were not mistakenly delivered to my neighbors.

I sent my watch to Solsuno Ltd. for a battery replacement. I paid for recorded delivery, the battery, and return postage. The package was delivered on November 3rd, but I haven't received my watch back. I have tried contacting them through email and phone to no avail. Unfortunately, I don't have the receipt for the watch's value, but it's worth approximately £[redacted]. The company seems to have ceased trading in [redacted]. I just want to know how I can retrieve my watch or find out if it was delivered to the wrong address. The watch ID number is zt0017ss. I sent birthday cards for my granddaughter last Tuesday via recorded delivery, but she has not received them. The tracking status only shows they reached the Farsley (Leeds) post office. I am extremely disappointed since I paid for next day delivery. I acknowledge the challenges posed by the pandemic, but it's frustrating when you opt for a guaranteed service and it fails. Along with my granddaughter's card and money, I also included Christmas cards and vouchers from my mum to my son and his family in the same package. The tracking number is NV[redacted]05GB.

The item with tracking number NV[redacted]32GB that required a signature was sent back to me marked as "RTS." Additionally, one of the pages of the letter was cut in half. On the tracking website, the status shows: "We've got it. Tracking no. NV[redacted]32GB. Your item has been posted at a Post Office. As you've used our Royal Mail Signed For service, the next update you'll see is after we've attempted to deliver to the recipient." I am confused because if you have received the item and were attempting to deliver it, how could it be returned to me? Also, there is no record of this return on your Track and Trace system.

I recently paid £8.80 for special delivery at the Royal Mail branch in Bishops Stortford (reference: VE [redacted]5 6GB) to send a parcel. However, shortly after dropping off the parcel, I received an email from eBay warning me not to send it due to a scam. I promptly returned to the Royal Mail office, and they kindly returned the parcel to me. They suggested I contact customer services for a refund of the £8.80 back to my credit card since I was unable to use the service. I hope you can assist with processing the refund. Thank you.

The tracking indicates that it is currently in Torino, Italy since November 4th. I am curious as to why it is in Italy instead of Singapore and concerned if the package may be lost. I purchased a pair of Dr. Martens on November 5th, and selected Royal Mail for delivery. Originally scheduled for November 9th, I received an email that morning from Royal Mail stating that my package needed to be rerouted. On November 12th, I received another email indicating that it was sent to the NDC RDC. Unfortunately, there have been no updates on the whereabouts of my parcel and the tracking status has consistently shown "in transit." I wanted to let Royal Mail know about a suspicious email I received regarding a customs fee for a recent online order delivered by Royal Mail. The email was poorly written and asked for my details before delivering the package. It mimicked the Royal Mail layout and claimed to be from the Royal Mail press office. Since my parcel came from a company using Royal Mail, I will also notify them about this issue. This scam seems very deceptive and well-planned.

I was told that a product from Sophie Allport meant for delivery to Leeds was mistakenly sent to Belfast instead of reaching me. The tracking information indicates it was redirected upon arrival but has remained in Belfast since 28/11/[redacted]. The tracking number is VB[redacted]03GB. I posted a small parcel, 1st class with signed delivery on December 7th. Unfortunately, the item has not been delivered yet. Tracking shows that an update will only be available after a delivery attempt is made. I find it concerning that, after 4 working days, a 1st class delivery has not been attempted yet. The parcel, containing gift cards for my father and his spouse valued at £45, was sent to Building 15 with the postcode CV33 9TJ. I am anxious as it seems to be missing. I placed an order for a parcel with 4 items from PrettyLittleThing on November 26th. I got an email confirming it would arrive by December 2nd. Even though I understand there might be delays due to Covid, I would appreciate an update to reassure me about the delivery. The parcel hasn't reached me yet, and I'm concerned as it was dispatched on November 27th but I haven't received any confirmation from Royal Mail. I feel like they may not have received it, and I'm not sure who else to reach out to besides Royal Mail for help.

I am trying to track Parcel Number PN[redacted]15GB, which includes an online order from Boots the Chemist. Boots provided a delivery date of Monday, December 7th, but the parcel has not arrived. Upon checking your tracking system, the latest update was from Friday, December 4th, indicating that the sender, Boots, had dispatched the item. However, there have been no further updates in almost a week. Can you confirm if my parcel from Boots has been received by your facility yet?
