Rockler.com Customer Service Issues

Before the COVID-19 outbreak, I purchased a Tapered Straight Line Jig online from Tri County store in Cincinnati, Ohio. Upon receiving the package, I noticed it was open. I contacted my local Rockler, who sent missing parts. As I examined the item, I discovered it's been used, which is not acceptable as I prefer new items. Due to lockdown restrictions, I couldn't return it earlier. Now, I feel it's safe to return following state guidelines. I've been corresponding with Rockler via email about the poor packaging and the used nature of the jig. They mentioned sending a return label, but I suggested returning it to the store would be more efficient. It seems a refund might be the best solution for me. Thank you, W. Van Buskirk.

I need some assistance with a recent purchase. I bought an item on April 17, [redacted], and when it was delivered, the package was opened and some parts were missing. I contacted the local Rockler dealer and they sent me the missing parts. Upon inspecting the item, I realized it was used, which I do not appreciate. The customer service representative I've been emailing keeps mentioning they will send a prepaid label for the return, but the box is not in a condition to be reused.
