I recently bought a house with a Rheem HVAC unit installed a month before my purchase. The warranty from the installer seems to be non-transferable. I have a conditional warranty issued to the previous owner, Joe Pelz. The unit, Model RH1T2417STANJA with serial number W[redacted]1 and Product ID RP1424AJ1NA 14 SEER CUBE HP with serial number W[redacted]43, appears unregistered on Rheem's website.
