I am experiencing issues using the certificates I purchased. I bought four certificates at $5 each for $20 total on 11/12. I, Claudia B., haven't used any of the certificates and would like a refund. My boyfriend, Richard M., also bought certificates as gifts but they are useless, so he also wants a refund. The certificate numbers are the same and indicate they have been used, which is not the case. We received a Dining Discount Pass but are unable to use it at any of the listed businesses.

I bought a Restaurant.com card on 12/14/[redacted] and am wondering if I can transfer it to my son who is battling colon cancer. It would bring a smile to him. I recently added multiple coupons to my account and encountered issues while trying to redeem them. The system prompts me to click on a "redeem" button that I cannot locate. I'm uncertain where to finalize my restaurant purchase, worried about being charged despite having credits. Must I still input my credit card information? I recently took advantage of the half-price deal for Cafe Paradiso in Urbana, Ohio using the promo code THANKS. However, after entering my new card details, I encountered an issue where I wasn't able to generate the certificate. It seems like the order unintentionally added up to two certificates with the same promo code, each costing $2. I had to update my card information as my old MasterCard with the last four digits [redacted] is no longer in use. Despite entering the new card details, I still couldn't retrieve the certificate for printing. I seek assistance in resolving this matter. I have been facing difficulties with Restaurant.com's customer support. Despite emailing [redacted] multiple times over the past week, I have not received any response besides a generic email redirecting me to the website. The phone numbers I called, [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], led me to endless voicemail loops that either played music endlessly or disconnected after selecting an option. My concern lies in the decline of restaurant choices and value in Knoxville, where I currently reside. I originally used Restaurant.com in Tampa since the early 2000s and switched my certificates to gift cards upon moving in [redacted]. With the decreasing restaurant options in Knoxville, I am left with $[redacted] in gift cards that I would like to convert to cash. I urge Restaurant.com to improve their customer support channels and expand their restaurant network in Knoxville. As a loyal customer, I hope they address these issues promptly.

I recently used an old restaurant.com certificate at Brown Boxer. The employee there seemed unfamiliar with how to process it, instructing me to press "verify" before seeking help from another colleague. Despite reassuring me she would look into it, the $15.00 discount was never applied on 3/24/23. I have typically not had issues redeeming these certificates at this restaurant in the past. Sadly, my attempts to contact restaurant.com customer service have been unsuccessful as they are not answering phone calls or emails. I am unsure if there is a way to exchange the certificate or if I should simply move on from this situation. Thank you for your assistance in addressing this matter.

I need help with getting a refund from restaurants that are not honoring restaurant.com vouchers anymore. I called to make reservations with my restaurant.com vouchers for dinner, but the restaurant informed me they no longer accept them. Despite the vouchers not having an expiration date, I was redirected to contact restaurant.com regarding a refund. I have multiple vouchers and e-gift cards from the restaurant. Dear members, I recently discovered several unused restaurant.com certificates among my belongings after a house fire had forced me to relocate. I found them in my file cabinet. My email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted] Previously, I resided at 1 Allenby Dr, Fort Salonga, N.Y [redacted], and now I live at 2 Jackson Ave, Bayville, N.Y [redacted]. My phone number remains the same at [redacted]. Although I successfully changed my password after receiving an email, I am unable to log into my account.
