Good afternoon. In February of [redacted], around Valentine's Day, I experienced a hacking incident while playing Arsenal with a friend. Suddenly, a message appeared on my screen notifying me that my account was being accessed on a different platform. Feeling overwhelmed, I attempted to change my password and remove unauthorized access. Despite my efforts, the message persisted, and I was eventually logged out without being able to take further action. Although this occurred in [redacted], I am seeking assistance in recovering my account. Thank you for your help.

I was recently banned from ROBLOX due to an old private game I created containing inappropriate language that was meant as a joke amongst friends. The game was never public and not intended for harm. I had no previous bans on my record and after six years with ROBLOX, I feel this termination is unjust. I've reached out to them by phone, leaving a voicemail explaining my situation, but I haven't received a response. I believe the punishment is too severe for a private game. If private games are moderated, I was unaware and would not have created it. What steps can I take to appeal this decision and regain access to my account?

Unfortunately, I did not link my account to an email or phone number for verification. One day, I had to delete Roblox because I couldn't access games anymore. There, a player offered to trade dark magic for an excessive amount and mentioned involving a friend to contact me. I provided my username, "jasonmaster246," but received no response. I then faced an abrupt logout while playing Anime Fighting Simulator. Despite attempts to reset my password via my phone, the hacker demanded payment in Robux to regain access. I was banned from ROBLOX in February due to a mistaken ban. In [redacted], Roblox implemented a DMCA rule regarding using other companies' likeness without permission. I received three strikes in [redacted] for content created in [redacted], predating this rule, content previously allowed on the platform. Despite attempting to reach out, I have only encountered automated responses or prolonged silence. I'm considering legal action, though it's costly. I possess evidence that the banned content dates back to [redacted], which I've tried to present without success, facing repetitive bot responses.

When I created my account, I was instructed to reset the password via email verification. However, upon trying to reset it, I did not receive the code in my email. I suspect the code is going to the individual who took my cookie. I need assistance in obtaining the code. Additionally, I am concerned because the person accessed my PayPal account and might have taken screenshots of my transactions. I am worried they could use this to regain access to my account. I am hoping to find a way to link those specific transactions to my email to prevent unauthorized access.

I recently had my account banned due to unauthorized charges. I only canceled my card, but Roblox is insisting on receiving specific details about the disputed transactions from the billing account holder. Despite providing the dates of the purchases, I am being repeatedly asked to have the cardholder contact them directly for assistance. Can someone assist me with this issue?

My main account, tiarathia, was hacked by a user named mshsemira. Initially, he requested to be friends, to which I agreed. Then, he asked for my Discord (DC) and invited me to play 'Da Hood.' He shared a link to his supposed "private server," which turned out to be fake and transported me to a public server. Claiming the link didn't work due to my "failure to log in," he tricked me into logging in again, resulting in the account hack. After futile attempts to reason with him for around thirty minutes to recover my account, he demanded that I work for him as a condition for its return. This task involved luring others to a link enabling him to hack their accounts. Additionally, he resorted to name-calling and using profanities. I have saved screenshots of his account, our Discord chat, and relevant details. Assistance is much appreciated.

I recently had a concerning experience on the platform where I enjoy chatting with others. During a political discourse about the American president, some participants resorted to name-calling and discrimination towards me. Despite my efforts to maintain a respectful conversation, I was outnumbered and faced inappropriate behavior from some users, including one with a graphic avatar. I reported these incidents, only to have my account banned while the offenders went unchecked. Hello, On April 25th, [redacted], while playing the game Weapon Fighting Simulator, another user named "@HayatoPowerfull" asked me for powerful items, to which I declined. He then offered me Robux, and once again, I said no. He threatened to ban me from the game, and I warned him that I would report him if he continued. Unfortunately, I did not take it seriously, thinking it was a joke, so I asked him when I would be banned. A few minutes later (at 6:24 PM), my account was deleted. I had spent approximately [redacted] euros on this account, so losing it troubles me. I have been hacked (cookie logged) by a Russian individual who stole my account. Despite my effort in trying to regain access, the hacker changed the email to a new one ending with googlemail.com. I possess all the necessary payment and email information associated with the account when Robux was purchased, totaling over $[redacted]. Unfortunately, the response I received overlooked my situation, repeatedly suggesting a password reset without understanding my issue. I yearn for a direct conversation (1:1 talk) to clarify the events and challenges I am facing patiently. My ID is linked to the account, which the hacker cannot modify, offering some hope. Despite trying to reset my account using my phone number, I have not received the necessary 6-digit verification code. I have waited for an extended period but still have not received the code. I was playing Brookhavent when suddenly it disconnected from the server. Just moments before, I was talking to a person dressing up as the killer clown (Pennywise). When this happened, I thought my Wi-Fi had gone out. I exited the server, tried to reconnect, but my account logged out as if I had hit the log out button. At this point, I got scared and tried to log back in, but it wouldn't let me because it kept stating that the password was incorrect. I have been trying to regain access without success. Please take action as many people are experiencing this issue. I have a friend who had both her main and secondary accounts hacked. In the account that was recently "hacked," I had everything and I don't want to lose it. Thank you for your attention and please let me back into my account 🙏.
