Hello, I recently experienced a hacking incident. While playing, a message popped up stating that my account was being accessed from a different device. When I tried to log back in, I realized the password had been changed. The username on the account has also been altered, and the hacker seems to be causing damage. Although the account was not verified, the linked email was [redacted] Unfortunately, attempts to reset the password via email have been unsuccessful, indicating the hacker may have changed the email associated with the account.

I was unexpectedly logged out of my Roblox account, and when I attempted to sign in again, it claimed my password was incorrect. Hello! I'm Delia, also known as Coolkiberry. Recently, my Roblox account was compromised. It happened after I befriended someone who I believed was friendly but turned out to be a scammer. They deceived me into clicking on a JavaScript link, which allowed them to access my account without my consent. They then made an unauthorized trade of my valuable items for something worth much less. I want to clarify that I did not willingly agree to or authorize this trade; it was all part of the scam to get me banned. I've heard that Roblox offers a one-time limited rollback for compromised accounts, like mine. I have evidence of the fraudulent trade and can provide any additional information needed. I am a parent looking for help with my two children's accounts. There are six accounts in total, with four of them not working due to forgotten passwords, not linked to my email address. I have automatic payments set up for some of these inactive accounts and need to access them to use up the credit before canceling or transitioning ownership. I bought a $50 digital gift card for my nephew online on December 23 since physical gift cards were all sold out in stores. My bank account shows the credit card charge, but I never received the item. Unfortunately, I couldn't give my nephew his Xmas gift. I'm planning to buy another one in the hopes of giving it to him today for Xmas, if I receive it on time. My friend, Jennie, stopped playing Roblox and kindly gave me her account. One day, while playing Murder Mystery, I traded with a girl using Jennie's account (xXUwUJennieUwUXx). Unfortunately, the girl ended up scamming me, gaining access to Jennie's account and changing the password. The scammer has since left Roblox. I have attempted to reach out to Jennie but have been unsuccessful in locating her contact information. My daughter's premium Roblox account keeps losing items. Today, I bought $[redacted] worth of Robux, and while sitting with her, her account balance dropped to zero. Confused, I visited the support page to investigate. Upon checking the transactions, I noticed a member named "broketrader" bought sleeves and a polo shirt for 18,[redacted] robux. Also, on December 12, "skippy bonus" purchased Shadow [redacted]. These purchases were not made by my daughter, and there are other unauthorized items in the account. This situation is very upsetting.

I purchased a $25 Roblox Card and have the receipt and confirmation number. However, when I tried to redeem it, I encountered an issue preventing me from adding the funds to my Roblox account. The phone number associated with the confirmation is not accessible to the 9-year-old recipient, so receiving the confirmation on that number is not possible. I hope to resolve this so the young boy can enjoy his Christmas gift.

I was playing Roblox when I stepped away from my desk for 30 minutes and returned to find out I had been banned inexplicably for typing the word "test," considered inappropriate. Despite being unbanned today, I noticed my prized possessions in Adopt Me, a fly ride frost dragon, and a fly ride owl, were missing. Upon checking my trade history, I discovered that I had unknowingly traded them to someone for free. I reported the incident immediately, though I doubted it would be noticed. I received 2 Roblox gift cards for Christmas, but when I try to redeem them, I keep getting an "unexpected error occurred, please try again later" message. Initially, I thought it might be a security issue or Roblox updating, so I waited a day, but the problem persists. I even created a new account to test if it was my original account, but the codes still didn't work. I then got replacement gift cards from GameStop, but faced the same issue.
