I am encountering issues with my Qlink service as I am unable to download any new apps on my T-Mobile device. The apps are indicating that my device is outdated and compromised. After reaching out for help, I was advised to get a new device as my current T-Mobile device is 5 to 6 years old. I also mentioned wanting to return the tablet as it is not functioning well. Any support in acquiring a new phone would be highly appreciated since my T-Mobile Android device is not functioning correctly. Thank you for your attention and help with this situation.

I have an old T-Mobile device with a Qlink SIM card. When trying to download new apps, I received a message stating my device is outdated and compromised. I am eager to know when I will receive my phone and tablet from Qlink service. The service on my current phone is ending in a couple of days, and I was hoping to have the new devices before that. I have been trying to get this for 2 months, and just managed to sign up now because my current phone's SIM card is locked and not working properly. I can't wait to switch to your phone and services and retire my old phone for good.

I have been experiencing constant issues with my phone since I acquired it. Today, I tried to purchase a replacement $25 phone, but the representative struggled to accurately input my address. Despite successfully receiving a phone at my address previously, I was told they couldn't send another one. I was particularly dissatisfied when the representative repeatedly requested my bank card details. As a long-time customer of over a year, I require a functioning phone, especially considering I am disabled. Thank you for your assistance.

I've been struggling for over a week trying to transfer my number from TextNow to QLink. Each time I contact QLink, I'm told to request a transfer pin from TextNow to unlock my number for porting. Despite explaining that I have already done this and have the necessary instructions, the response remains the same. I'm unsure where to forward the instructions from TextNow to assist QLink with the porting process. Additionally, my mobile data has been consistently throttled, rendering it unusable, despite having unlimited data. This misleading practice of cutting off unlimited data after a certain limit is frustrating and not what I signed up for. I hope to resolve both the number porting issue and the data throttling problem soon.

I received two new phones from Qlink, but I mistakenly received a SIM card instead of a tablet. I won't be using the SIM card, so could you kindly cancel it? If necessary, I am willing to return it. For further communication, please reach out via text or call at [redacted]. I am still interested in getting a tablet. I don't currently own a phone from Qlink to use the SIM card with, so canceling it is crucial for me to pursue getting a tablet that offers the ACP service from another provider.

I recently replaced a lost/stolen phone with a new sim card in my old device. Unfortunately, my mobile data is unreliable, mostly working for internet access and occasionally after a reset, allowing calls and texts. Missed calls and pending messages have been common due to the network resetting to "emergency calls only" despite repeated network setting resets. I switched my cell number from T-Mobile to Q Links. After the transfer, my Q Links internet and phone services stopped working. I can't receive or make calls, and I can't receive or send messages. I informed their customer service, and they sent me the transfer pin to get my number back, but the process didn't work. The number linked to Q Links, which is my T-Mobile number, is unable to make or receive calls or messages.

As a new QLink customer, I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone SE from their SHOP. Upon receiving it, I noticed that with the Wi-Fi turned on, it displayed "SOS ONLY" at the top. I initially thought it was due to the lack of a SIM card, but even after installing one (which works fine in my old iPhone), the issue persisted. Despite following troubleshooting tips and temporarily getting QLink wireless to appear at the top, it reverts back to "SOS ONLY" soon after. I've come across information online suggesting that this could be related to attempted jailbreaking. I am dissatisfied with both the service and the phone, and I simply want this matter resolved. -Pamela M.

I don't have a Q Link phone. I received a text instructing me to visit their website, but when I tried to call, the information I entered was incorrect. I am concerned my identity has been compromised for a phone. Additionally, my fiancé, who is in jail, also faced a similar issue. An email informed me his phone was sent to a different ZIP Code. I suspect our phones have been hacked and require immediate assistance to resolve this matter.

I am having trouble activating my phone with Qlink. I have the sim card they sent me but couldn't get through to the right department. I recently switched life line carriers, but Qlink has locked my phone number, making it impossible for my new company to transfer it. When I tried to contact Qlink, they informed me that unless I opt back in, I can't speak to a representative to request the number unlock for transfer. The FCC and national verifier were unable to provide any immediate solutions, advising me to file a complaint, which could lead to losing my number.

I am having trouble accessing certain links online. During a phone call, I was advised to use my phone either once a month or once a day, which is correct? The number I have for the main office seems to be operational online but is marked as permanently closed. I just picked up a call, but there was no response on the other end. I also received two emails regarding maintaining my service. Do I need to reapply for Qulink monthly, weekly, or yearly? My QLink service certification is expiring soon, and I won't have time to renew it. I have decided to switch to Verizon Wireless and want to transfer my number. This will prevent any delays in updating my number with my employer and ensure I receive important work notifications. Additionally, keeping the same number will make it easier for me to stay connected with my family and friends.

It has been over a month, and I am frustrated with the lack of progress in transferring my number. Despite multiple assurances from the previous company that my number has been unlocked, I have been unable to make or receive calls, texts, or data. Now, with a new phone company, I am still facing issues because my number remains locked.
