Hello, I sent a parcel through speed post to my brother in Ghana, Accra. The consignment number is EM[redacted]67IN. However, when I checked the tracking, it shows the final destination as South Africa instead of Ghana. I chose speed post specifically for a function on the 12th of January, with an estimated delivery after the 13th. If the parcel is headed to South Africa, it will take longer. I believe the final destination should be correctly stated as Ghana, Accra.

On June 24, [redacted], I sent a Registered post to Kfin Technologies Ltd in Hyderabad from the Central BUSSTAND post office in Coimbatore. The consignment number is RT[redacted]24IN. Although the tracking system only shows the receipt of the cover at RMS in Coimbatore, I lodged an online complaint on July 3, [redacted], with reference number [redacted]. I spoke to Customer Service Executive Mr. Ahmed on July 5, [redacted], and was informed that it would take 3 days. Another call was made to a different customer executive on July 6, but the situation remained unchanged. Since I couldn't find your customer care number, I emailed CPMG. When I called on the 8th, a customer service executive assured me of an update soon. Subsequently, someone claiming to be from the office contacted me, asking to download an app called ISR Light from Google Play Store. Out of concern for my registered post, I downloaded the app and paid Rs10 via Gpay for consignment tracing charges to the given number. However, I declined further requests to re-enter the number on Gpay and to share my ATM card details over WhatsApp, leading to the call disconnecting. This phishing attempt seems to involve an insider from your department. I urge you to investigate and prevent such incidents. As of now, my Registered post is still undelivered. Kindly make arrangements for its delivery and confirm receipt.

I applied for a SCSS deposit at Udvada R.S., pin code [redacted], and made a payment of Rs. 50,[redacted] one month ago. The post office has been unable to provide me with the book or certificate as their printer is not working. Despite my follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. The staff is not competent and is requesting that I contact the District Valsad HO. The provided phone numbers are not operational. This experience raises concerns about how post offices handle senior citizens who are taxpayers. The staff seems more concerned about their salaries than addressing customer issues or providing services.

Complaint about Delivery Issues with Pakistan Post As a bulk user of Pakistan Post at ZTBL, we have faced significant challenges with the delivery of legal notices sent via Registered AD from ZTBL Gajyani Branch in Bahawalnagar Zone. Despite handing over [redacted] notices on 16.08.23 and making payment on 24.98.24 at Bahawalnagar Main Post Office (postal code [redacted]), only 20 acknowledgments have been received so far. Despite multiple attempts via mobile contact, the local staff has not been responsive. This lack of cooperation is impacting the recovery of government dues and is of legal concern.
