When I arrived home, I attempted to log into my account but encountered issues. I discovered two emails in my associated email account notifying me that my email and password had been altered while I was at a funeral. It seems someone has unauthorized access to my account and has updated my details. I am concerned as they now have access to my personal information and bank card details. Sadly, the PlayStation chatbot is not providing assistance, and I cannot find a contact number to call for immediate help. My main priority is to regain control of my account.

I purchased Cyberpunk a week ago and have encountered numerous bugs while playing. Whenever I try to drive a car in the game, I get stuck and can't exit the vehicle, hindering my progress in the story. I am seeking a refund for the game, which I bought from the PS Store for my PS4 in exchange for the game purchased with my credit card. I am open to receiving the refund as PS Store credit to buy a different game that I can fully enjoy. I have already submitted a refund request through the Cyberpunk refund page, but I have not received any response yet.

My account was compromised, and the hacker attempted to make fraudulent V-Bucks purchases using my payment card. I acted promptly, changing my password and preventing the transaction. However, upon attempting to regain access, I discovered my account has been banned. Unfortunately, contacting customer support has proven difficult as the PS4 helpline is constantly busy. I seek assistance in resolving this issue promptly as I am not at fault for the unauthorized activity.

My brother requested a refund for Cyberpunk [redacted] on my PS4 Pro without my permission. As a result, the game will probably be removed from my library once the refund is processed. I actually want to keep the game despite its issues and I am seeking a way to reach PlayStation to stop the refund request and prevent the game from being taken away. I attempted to call their support line, but it seems to be fully automated.

Hello, I'm trying to set up my old PlayStation 3, but I got logged out of my account and can't remember the password. My son's account has been suspended. Some kids have been bullying him on the platform, mocking him for his sister's passing and telling him to harm himself. Despite standing up for himself, only his account got suspended while the bullies remain active. I am considering involving the authorities due to the cyberbullying. I am puzzled as to why they haven't faced consequences yet. I can provide the usernames of the kids involved as my husband also uses the platform and has witnessed their hurtful comments.

I have requested a refund for a duplicated charge of $10.94 on my bank statement. Despite only requesting one of the charges to be refunded, my account has not been credited yet. I have 13,[redacted] V-Bucks in my account, and I have not initiated a chargeback. Kindly reinstate my account, as it holds a substantial amount of money and a new V-Bucks card with the maximum balance. Thank you.

Hello. I have encountered an issue regarding my account country. I initially created my account while residing in Saudi Arabia, but I relocated to Canada four years ago. I haven't had much trouble accessing digital games or DLCs, as I can purchase games on my Canadian account and play them on my primary one. However, I am unable to do the same for in-game items like cosmetics, items, and currencies. I am reluctant to transition to my Canadian account because my main Saudi Arabian account holds years of progress and trophies. I wish to change the country associated with my primary account to Canada so I can acquire in-game items on this account. While considering using PSN gift cards for payment, I find them to be costly and inconvenient to obtain for this account. Kindly respond promptly. - Ali

I'm frustrated with how PlayStation bans users for minor infractions like defending myself from a stalker in a video game. Meanwhile, Sony turns a blind eye to weirdos, stalkers, modders, and hackers who ruin the gaming experience for others. As a longtime Sony supporter since the days of the PS1, I feel disheartened that Sony prioritizes insignificant issues over more significant ones. Their lack of concern for loyal customers like me is disappointing, and it seems like they have lost sight of what matters to their paying users.

I purchased the GTA V Premium Online Edition on disc that includes the Criminal Mastermind starter pack. Unfortunately, my disc got scratched, so I attempted to repurchase it from the PlayStation Store. However, I encountered an error message stating that I am unable to buy the product because I already own content from the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack. Additionally, as I reside in the UK, there is no standard version of GTA V available on the store.

I'm having a problem with another user, liltinyjohnson2, who is in high school while I'm in 6th grade. He has been bullying me, and my friend has even used my account to send inappropriate messages on my behalf. Could you please consider temporarily banning him? I am seeking assistance regarding my son's account, OhChumb-Daddy. This morning, he was unexpectedly banned due to a situation involving the player King_Zombie206. King_Zombie206 reported my son based on past chats that happened yesterday, even though my son had distanced himself from this player. There have been instances where King_Zombie206 has made harmful remarks to my son, leading me to prohibit their interaction. To my surprise, my son woke up to find his account banned with taunting messages from King_Zombie206 stating he will continue to report him until he loses his account permanently. I believe both players should face consequences as my son was unfairly targeted despite attempts to avoid any contact. I possess evidence of the messages exchanged this morning, as well as proof that my son refrained from associating with him further.

Hello, I am a family member of the suspended account holder due to issues with another user, KRAZYNINJABEAR_, in the game "For Honor." KRAZYNINJABEAR_ initiated a group chat with "Deadshoteli1880" using offensive language and threats resulting in Deadshoteli1880 being banned. I am disappointed that this user abused the platform's policies to harm my nephew and possibly others. I respect Sony's guidelines and request a review of this situation. I urge for Deadshoteli1880 to be reinstated and for KRAZNINJABEAR_ to be investigated. Kindly respond promptly on the actions that can be taken to address this unfair incident.

I am reaching out on behalf of an older relative whose account has been temporarily suspended due to an incident involving another user named KRAZYNINJABEAR_. This user, upset during a game of "For Honor," initiated a group chat with "Deadshoteli1880" that included profanity and hate speech. Subsequently, he successfully got the other user banned. As a supporter of Sony products and policies, it is disheartening to see users exploit the system to harm others. I am advocating for Deadshoteli1880 to be unbanned and for KRAZNINJABEAR_ to be investigated further. I have been banned for hate speech, and I am deeply sorry. I am crying because I can no longer access my friends and the game that helped me through my sadness and depression. I adore Sony and I am pleading for a second chance. I acknowledge my error and swear I will not repeat it. I am only 12 years old and I understand I make foolish choices, but please restore my account so I can enjoy the game and chat with my friends. I am frustrated that there's a user who has managed to exploit your policy to negatively impact other users, including my nephew and potentially others. I am a loyal Sony product user and adhere to your policies. However, it is evident that the user in question is in the wrong. I would appreciate it if deadshoteli1880 could be unbanned while further investigation is carried out on KRAZNINJABEAR_. I have been banned for hate speech, and I deeply regret my actions. I'm only 12 years old and I made a terrible mistake. My friends are on that account, and I'm devastated that I can't talk to them. If any PSN staff member sees this, I am genuinely sorry for what I did. I feel incredibly sad right now, and I promise to learn from my mistakes. Please consider giving me another chance. I recently upgraded my Assassin's Creed Valhalla from the PS4 version to the PS5. While my in-game progress remains intact, some trophies are missing, including the story-based ones. Despite being nearly finished with the main storyline, the PS5 home screen displays "Eivor's Saga" at 0%. The trophies I am missing include Builder (reach settlement level 3), The Order Is Revealed (complete Lunden arc), Calling in a Favor (complete Suthsexe arc), and Silent Viking (assassinate 10 enemies without triggering conflict). Ubisoft has stated they cannot assist in unlocking trophies, and I have already synced my trophies on both consoles. Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
