I have been unable to access my Paypal.es account for over a month. When I try to log in, I receive a message stating that my identity cannot be confirmed. Despite receiving four different codes via email and changing my password as instructed, I still cannot access my funds. I am looking to transfer the money in my Paypal account to my bank but prefer not to use a phone for this. I am seeking assistance via email or chat to resolve this issue so I can either regain access to my account or transfer the funds to my bank and close the Paypal account. Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated.

A friend sent me $[redacted] via Facebook Pay to [redacted] for groceries. My Facebook Pay account had my old email, which I tried to use to create a PayPal account without success. Despite creating an account with my correct email, the $[redacted] remained in limbo. Subsequently, another $[redacted] was sent, with a fee deducted. Trying to link my bank resulted in an alert and my account being locked. I am frustrated as I can't access the funds, my card is unusable, and my Christmas is affected. I've been unable to eat for four days. My attempts to resolve this through messages and providing my ID have been fruitless. To add to my troubles, my email was compromised. This ordeal is why I stopped using PayPal previously after being hacked. Today, using a free online service since I can't pay my phone bill, I find this situation incredibly unfair and exasperating.

I recently received a letter from you regarding an old inactive PayPal account under the name LaylaGrant. I believe this account is extremely old, and I no longer have access to the associated Yahoo email address. I thought I had already closed this account. The letter mentions that the account will be charged or closed on the 16th of December. Since I no longer remember the password and cannot access the email account linked to it, please go ahead and close this account as mentioned in the letter. Thank you.

I have been playing different games on my tablet and managed to win some PayPal cards. However, I have not received them yet. Even though I provided my email address, I have not heard back from them. Your name is associated with providing these cards in the games, so I am reaching out for assistance on how to claim the money they promised. I have been trying to access my account, but it says it doesn't recognize my mobile device. Despite this, I have made recent purchases using PayPal. The account still has my old bank details, but I have since updated them with my new bank card information. Additionally, I made a purchase for my husband using PayPal, so the account also has his details. I am currently unable to log in to remove these cards and update the account because I forgot my password. Assistance with resetting the password would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing difficulty withdrawing money from my account using my PayPal Cash Card, but I can still use it for in-store purchases. I am looking to withdraw money from my account and I am unable to log in since I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my account. Even though a code is sent to the number after I enter my password, I cannot access it. I am hoping to regain access to my account, please assist me.

I had purchased an item that was not what I ordered, and after requesting a refund, the company offered me $15 out of the $35.87 I paid for the item. Despite not being able to use the item, I have decided to accept their offer just to resolve the issue. I will be giving the item to someone else. I made a purchase using Pay in 4 for a $[redacted].25 down payment at Target, but my order got canceled. I recently received a letter from a collection agency demanding money from me, which is completely unfounded as I do not owe anything. I had a negative experience using Paypal briefly in [redacted] and promptly closed my account. Now after almost 8 years, I received this letter with a different account number compared to the emails I have been receiving from them. The letter is from Simm Associates, a collection agency, and I have no outstanding debts with Paypal or any other company. I have cleared all my debts to achieve the goal of purchasing my first home this year. The amount they are asking for is only $32, which seems suspicious to me. I tried to dispute this through their hotlines and online links but have received no response. Avoid using Paypal at all costs based on this experience.

I am having trouble accessing my PayPal account. I think I got locked out because I repeatedly entered the wrong password. Now when I try to log in, I see a "Forbidden" message. I recently purchased an item from Bright Ventures Hockey LLC for my grandson. It is a set of fake ice 12x12 sheets, totaling $[redacted].94. I paid through PayPal via my bank, Citizens Bank. I made a purchase on December 1 for $[redacted].90. After receiving an email confirmation from PayPal, I have not received any further updates from the company. It has been almost a month now, and I am unsure when the merchandise will be shipped. Despite numerous emails sent, I have not received any responses. I've been trying to log in for the past two days, but I keep getting the same message saying my identity cannot be confirmed. I have a gift to redeem from Paypal, but I'm unable to access the money. I've reached out to the help center, including the Portuguese call center, but I can't seem to reset my password. Please don't send me an automated response telling me to just go online and request a new password, as I've already tried that numerous times with no success. I have a payment on hold and I need the funds urgently. It’s an emergency, and I sold a horse where the buyers paid instantly, so there is no shipping involved. I updated the details, but it’s been 7 days and it's still not verified. I am frustrated. I am simply trying to access my money quickly and efficiently. This experience with PayPal has been terrible, and I am unsure if I will use it for transactions like this in the future. I received several emails stating my account is on hold, but the links provided lead to dead ends. When I log in, everything appears normal with no indication of any issues. Attempts to contact support have been unproductive as they are only available during limited hours that do not fit my schedule. I hope to avoid speaking with anyone other than a customer service representative as my frustration is mounting. Just a heads up!

I cannot access my account as the phone number linked to it is incorrect, hindering me from getting past the login screen. I am unable to send a message because I am not logged in, and calling customer service has been unsuccessful after a nearly two-hour wait. There is no email contact available. I am primarily concerned with retrieving my funds to close the account as it has implications for my business, especially since my PayPal Here card reader is currently unusable. I had to acquire a new card machine from another supplier but still require access to my money to continue operating. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I purchased a left AirPod 2nd gen replacement on eBay recently, but unfortunately, the item isn't functioning. Despite contacting Apple, as advised, the serial number couldn't be detected, prompting me to seek a refund from the seller. Regrettably, the seller declined a refund and even closed my return request. Consequently, I approached eBay for assistance under their money-back guarantee policy, and they redirected me to contact PayPal.

I ordered a Nintendo Switch online from Best Buy, but it showed as unavailable. There was a prompt to "find more." It's been two weeks and no confirmation email. I contacted PayPal who said they'd refund me if the product didn't arrive by 12/7, with the refund taking up to five business days. It's now 12/15, and I haven't received any updates.
