I recently accessed my PayPal account and downloaded my transaction history for the first time. To my surprise, I discovered duplicate entries for most of my purchases, large and small, as well as some single transactions I don't recall making. While my regular activity page doesn't show the same issue, the balance record appears to have duplicate deductions in the chart, with changes in recipients, hinting at possible unauthorized access to my account. After receiving a settlement for an injury claim, I deposited $9,[redacted] into my account, only to witness it rapidly deplete over a few weeks. Suspecting foul play, I noticed identical transactions occurring simultaneously on the same day for the same amount but to different recipients. I suspect my account may have been compromised. Although PayPal refunded me for some unrecognized charges, it doesn't account for the significant sum that went missing.

I purchased a shirt from Jasminiy.com priced at $25.98. The order was shipped from Brentwood, NY. However, upon receiving the shirt, I found it to be disappointing. The v-neck was not as deep as pictured, the material wasn't soft, and it had elastic at the bottom of the sleeves, which was not shown in the photos. After contacting their customer service for a return, they initially offered me a 15% discount on a future purchase if I kept the shirt, which I found absurd. When I requested a return address, they informed me it needed to be sent back to China, even though it was originally shipped from New York. I am willing to cover the shipping costs to return it to New York, but not to China. This experience feels like a complete scam to me.

I have been trying to contact PayPal through calls and emails for almost a month without any progress. Despite successfully logging into my account, I keep receiving emails stating that my account is limited, suspended, or closed. PayPal prompts me to change my password each time I log in due to unrecognized devices, even though I have used the same computer for over 5 years. The automated system and Help Center have not been helpful in resolving these issues. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to speak to a live customer service representative. I am concerned about the status of my account as I rely on it for online surveys and redemptions. I am waiting for payments from Karen Scott of Pinecone Research since 9/28 and Toluna Researchers from 11/16, which are important to me. I am urgently seeking clarification on the status of my PayPal account and request assistance from a real person to resolve these issues.

Hello, HolaPick shipped an item from my order that had a color discrepancy. Despite my request to cancel the rest of the order, they proceeded with the shipment, including the disputed item. After resolving the initial issue by accepting a discount and donating the item, they continue to disregard my requests to address the cancelled order. Despite their offers of a refund, I declined and offered to cover shipping costs back to their California shipping department. The order number is [redacted]50. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way PayPal has been handling my account. As a Chilean citizen residing in Chile, I have encountered issues using my account for my YouTube channel's Patreon and other transactions. Despite my efforts to resolve this problem, PayPal has been unhelpful and disrespectful. I feel discriminated against and frustrated by their lack of communication and support. I am very disappointed with the customer service provided by PayPal. I am a student who never spends money on games, so I was shocked to discover multiple unauthorized charges totaling around $[redacted] on my account. Despite filing a dispute and contacting PayPal, they claimed the transactions were authorized, wasting 40 minutes of my time on the phone. Even though I do not reside in America, the charges were in dollars. I have informed my bank, but they cannot assist since the payments were made through PayPal. Once my money is returned, I plan to close my PayPal account due to their poor customer service and leave a negative review.

I am having difficulty accessing my eBay account and need to make a payment promptly. Assistance with updating my account details is greatly appreciated. I have relocated from Los Angeles to San Bernardino. The previous PayPal email associated with the account was [redacted], which has now been updated to [redacted] The new contact number is [redacted], and the new address is [redacted] North D Street, San Bernardino, CA [redacted]. My Bank of America account has also changed and now ends in [redacted]. A new password is needed for the updated email. I am writing regarding the poor service I have experienced. I have been trying to get a refund for unauthorized transactions on my account since November 13, [redacted]. According to my account, the cases were closed on November 17, [redacted], and I was to be refunded and sent a new debit card. However, I have not received my money back. I am writing regarding the poor service I have received, or lack thereof. The situation has been ongoing since November 13, [redacted], when two unauthorized transactions appeared on my account. Despite being told the issues were resolved on November 17, funds have not been refunded. The handling of my case has been problematic, with conflicting information given. The company involved in the transactions has refunded my account, with transaction ID COB455BD953. Your records show different transaction IDs, 1UW[redacted][redacted] and 1X[redacted][redacted]. I urgently request a resolution and the immediate return of my funds. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to report the situation and provide all necessary documentation. I've had disappointing experiences with two companies I found on Facebook. Zenthy presented a remote control construction vehicle as "all steel construction" and with a "23 channel full function remote," but what I received was a small plastic toy and a remote with only 4 functions. After contacting the merchant and Paypal, I only received a partial refund of $20.48. Duo Tongguang advertised a model engine kit, but instead, I received a damaged plastic engine already assembled in a plastic bag. Despite my efforts to resolve this with the merchant and Paypal, I have not received any assistance. As a retired senior trying to buy affordable holiday gifts for my grandsons, this has been frustrating. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Hello.. I had a PayPal case opened on Nov 6 with case # pp-d-[redacted]0. The case was resolved in my favor as the other party was dishonest. I had set up QuickBooks and Business Plan Pro (Live Plan) services, and although I provided login details, on Nov 6 when PayPal was informed, it was revealed that only a partial payment was made. There is still a balance of $[redacted] remaining. I did not authorize PayPal to provide the Business Plan, and despite the case resolution stating to pay me, the payment was not made. I am disappointed with the communication from PayPal employees. This is a serious business matter and not a simple transaction. I expect to receive payment for the services I provided. I feel frustrated as the other person lied in the claim to PayPal which resulted in me not being paid. Where is my money for the work I completed?

I placed an online order in July [redacted], but I have yet to receive the item. I filed a dispute which was escalated to a claim, but it was incorrectly marked as "item not as claimed." I want to make it clear that I never received the item in the first place. The resolution date keeps getting delayed whenever I check on it, and I am frustrated by the lack of progress and the inability to speak to a person. It has been over four months since I placed the order, and I am requesting a refund to my original payment method. I have evidence from USPS's Informed Delivery to support my claim. Please process my refund promptly as this experience has eroded my trust in your service.

On November 7, [redacted], I placed an order for earphones from Bluetooth Earphone Shop with transaction number 3EY029665S419080U. Shortly after making the purchase, I realized the company was fraudulent. I promptly contacted them via email to cancel the order but did not receive a reply. I reported the unauthorized transaction, and despite reaching out to the seller multiple times, there has been no response. The Resolution Department deemed the charge as valid with claim number PP-1-[redacted]8. I have been unsuccessful in tracking the item or filing a Non-delivery claim with their system. I never received the consultation and failed to reach the business owner or anyone from her company. Despite multiple attempts via email, I received no response. I seek assistance in retrieving the $65.00. The only interaction I had with the business owner is below. I recently purchased the "Crystal Snowman w/Moving Train" Christmas decoration as advertised on Facebook for $13.99 each from a seller. I ordered two on November 3rd. However, when my package arrived a few days ago, all I got was a notebook-sized color picture of the item. This was not what I expected, and I certainly wouldn't have paid $27.98 for just a picture. I've been trying to reach out to the seller, but I seem to have lost the email with my purchase details. The company charged me $64.56 through Paypal, which has not been helpful in stopping the payment, causing frustration. I have noticed that my PayPal account login page displays my email address and password automatically, allowing anyone to access my account easily. Hello, my name is Blair Fowler. I made a purchase on findhomee.com and used PayPal for payment. However, I encountered some concerning issues. I did not receive an order confirmation from findhomee after completing the transaction. Upon reviewing my PayPal account, I noticed a discrepancy where $99 was sent to a person named Jeannine with the email address [redacted], instead of the total bill of $[redacted]. I attempted to contact the email address provided without success. Additionally, although I ordered on the 15th, the USPS tracking number left in my PayPal account shows that my order was delivered on the 14th. This raises suspicions about the legitimacy of the website. They do not have a phone number listed for customer support. I believe they may be running a scam and kindly request an investigation. The payment was made to Hyleen Technology Co. Ltd. at tianscareer@hotmail,com. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the scooter, I got a MREURIO Watch. I received a product that was not as described. I ordered an expensive crystal from New Moon Beginnings on Etsy. After contacting the supplier and providing pictures to illustrate the poor quality compared to their site, they agreed to a refund if I returned it. I requested a mailing label to send it back but never received one. Despite my efforts, Synchrony Bank claims I still have the crystal. I'm willing to return it as soon as I receive the necessary mailing label.
