I submitted a photo that was not approved, and I'm unsure of the reason. I provided possible scenarios, but no specific explanation was given. This photo was one of the best I had of myself at my current age. What confuses me is the presence of a picture resembling Jesus and another with an obscured face, both allowed. I would like clarification to avoid cancellation when my subscription ends in May. Good photos are rare for me, and this one was valuable. If the issue was the hearts from Snapchat added by a friend, could those be cropped out instead?

I am experiencing the same issue again. This website is asking me to register when I am already registered. My contract is valid until August, but it is not allowing me to access. This happens every month. Is this normal? Instead, why can't I cancel my subscription and stop paying if it's until August? Please don't make me have to contact you so frequently until August. Can you help me resolve this? Thank you. I look forward to your response.

I recently joined OurTime dating site and have been able to log in without any issues until recently. When I try to access OurTime.com, I keep getting redirected to the UK site instead of the one I signed up for. This became apparent when I tried to reset my password and didn't receive the email because it was linked to the UK version. I'm struggling to find the correct USA site for OurTime and it seems to have disappeared. I reside in California and need access to the correct site to avoid further sign-in problems. Despite my efforts to search for it and access it through email, I keep ending up on the UK site.

I've been a "partial" member for about a year and a half. I want to upgrade to a full membership and have entered my information. However, I am struggling to upload a picture to my profile. I am using a Chromebox computer, and I am unable to send a picture to my profile. Previously, I used a desktop Windows computer, and this transition to Chromebox has been challenging. I have a selfie stored on my computer but am unsure of its location. I am eager to become a full member to engage with other profiles, but I need assistance with adding a picture to my profile. I signed up on the dating site last night and received some likes, but they are all blurred. I got a message stating I need to pay to view those interested in me. Other platforms typically allow you to see interests even without payment. Can the website consider changing this feature? It discourages users. Furthermore, I am unable to log in today as the site is showing as unavailable.

Since I subscribed two days ago, I have been unable to access my account. The system requires phone number confirmation, but I do not have a cell phone, only a landline which is on file. Due to this, I am unable to proceed past this step in the login process. I have received messages that I am unable to respond to, and this issue has persisted for two days now. If I am unable to resolve this soon, I will have to cancel my membership and contact my credit company to dispute the charge. I am disappointed with the service provided by this dating site. I have reached out multiple times without receiving any response.

Good evening Ourtime, I signed up for your site with a six-month subscription through the app, but I made a mistake in my Google email address. I wrote [redacted] instead of [redacted] So, I recreated the profile with the same information but the correct email address to try to retrieve my credit. Now I have two profiles. I kindly ask you to cancel the subscription because I don't have a computer. I'm not looking for a refund, but I cannot pay for automatic renewal for a lifetime due to a typo in the email address. I am a member of Our Time and I'm having trouble accessing my account. When I try to verify my account using my phone number for a text, I am unable to because the phone number listed in my account is my home phone ([redacted]) and not my cell phone ([redacted]). Despite reaching out to Our Time customer service three times, I have not received any assistance. I am disappointed with the poor service I have received. I urgently need help to update my account with my cell phone number as I am unable to change it without being able to access my account using my home phone. I signed up for a six-month subscription on OurTime by entering the wrong email address. I tried creating a new account with the correct email but without a subscription. Now, the account with the wrong email and subscription has disappeared, and I'm left with the unsubscribed account, still being charged without being able to use the six-month subscription. What can I do to cancel the non-existent subscription on the first incorrect account since the email doesn't exist?

I cancelled my subscription several months ago, but today I discovered a charge on my debit card for a service period until December. It appears that my subscription cancellation did not go through as intended due to an error on the part of Our Time's website. I am unable to request a refund online through my account, which mysteriously became accessible again today despite being cancelled previously and inaccessible until now. I am unable to locate a phone number to reach Our Time for assistance in resolving this issue.

I'm having trouble accessing Ourtime. I initially installed the app on my Samsung Galaxy S21, set up my profile, and was actively receiving notifications. I recently downloaded the app on my preferred device, an iPhone 11, but cannot log in. When trying to reset my password, I don't receive an email, and the phone code option doesn't work either. I have always been vigilant against suspicious activities like individuals asking for my phone number, which I promptly block and report. However, it seems there has been a misunderstanding, as I am indeed over eighteen. I am having trouble logging in to my account. I attempted to cancel it six months ago, but I think it was renewed. If I choose to keep it, I would like to give the site a try since it is quite expensive for me. I have a new email because my old one was infected with a virus. I am having trouble logging into my Ourtime account after receiving a notification about a match. Instead of my usual login page, I am directed to a new registration page where my credentials are not recognized. My account should be active until August. Previously, clicking from my email automatically opened my Ourtime account, which is not happening now.

I received an email indicating that my Ourtime.com account will automatically renew on 06/30/[redacted] for $91.22. I closed my account in November [redacted] and do not wish to be charged for something I am no longer using. I want to ensure that the automatic renewal is canceled. The email provides a link to disable auto-renewal, but as I cannot access my account, I need assistance in ensuring that my subscription is not renewed. Thank you.

I am having trouble logging into my OurTime account on mobile. When I try to access the app, a screen pops up asking me to verify my account. After entering my phone number for a text notification, I receive an error message stating that the phone number can't be verified. I am extremely disappointed with Ourtime and the lack of customer service they provide. I have been attempting to contact them regarding a charge for an additional 6 months on my bank card. The frustration I am experiencing has led me to warn all the older individuals I know, and there are many, against using Ourtime due to their terrible customer service. My sole desire is to remove the charge from my account as I did not intend to renew, but every attempt to do so is met with obstacles without the option to resolve it without additional costs. Rest assured, I will make sure to inform others about my experience!

I recently purchased a membership for OurTime, but I'm having trouble accessing my account. Every time I try to log in, it redirects me to the UK site when I specifically want the USA site. Even when I type ourtime.com, it still sends me to the UK site. I paid for the service, and now I just want to access it. I have contacted the corporate office, but the number provided is not for match.com's dating service. I have been unable to reach a person to address my issue despite speaking to someone who claimed to be from the match.com corporate team. Unfortunately, they provided no assistance and promised to call back, but I am still waiting. Another representative even hung up on me. Your customer service is unacceptable, and I demand a refund and cancellation of my subscription. I have no intention of using your dating service again in the future.
