Today, I have canceled my Norton [redacted] subscription's automatic renewal. Unfortunately, I found the available cancellation reasons did not match my specific situation. I suggest adding an "OTHER" category with a [redacted]-character explanation box to gather more detailed feedback from users. This could help identify and address any underlying issues efficiently. After contacting Norton via chat this afternoon to verify if my HP computer is protected by Norton, I followed the instructions given to me. However, after Norton started doing updates and an analysis, it got stuck. I was advised to uninstall and reinstall Norton, which I tried to do. During the reinstallation, it showed that I have a Trojan and need to use fyre a... to remove it, even though I should have Norton. I shut down my computer, and when I turn it back on, it says there's a problem and I need to reinstall Windows 10, which was already on my computer, and now I can't access my home page.

I have been receiving emails from someone claiming to be Norton, but I am not a Norton customer and have Apple security instead. I want to let Norton know that there is an impersonator. The latest fake email I got says my Norton Security subscription was renewed for USD [redacted].99. The message provides contact numbers and an order ID. I just delete these emails right away.

I recently spoke to a representative in Connecticut, Norton, regarding fraudulent charges on my account. Someone stole my identity and unknowingly used $[redacted] to purchase Norton. I was instructed to buy a $[redacted] card to receive a refund for the unauthorized charge. The representative's behavior was unacceptable; he made fun of my situation and blocked me from contacting them further, dismissing my request for assistance. This experience has been distressing, and I urge for a resolution to get my money back promptly.

I have been trying to get assistance from Norton Services for almost a month now. Initially, I was promised help and a code number, but I never received any follow-up. I have been patiently waiting for a callback, however, my cell phone is not ringing as it should. I would like to update my phone number to see if this resolves the issue. The previous number used to work fine, but now there seems to be a communication problem. If this issue persists, I may have to reconsider renewing my Norton [redacted] subscription. A customer service representative mentioned extending my service for a month, acknowledging the delay, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive the assistance promised. I would like to cancel and request a refund for Norton. I have never used the service and do not require the protection it offers. I am currently working on a writing project without internet access and have realized I've been charged yearly fees for over five years. I have recently moved from Utah to Oregon. My new address is now P.O. Box1207, Newberg, OR [redacted]. Previously, it was PO Box [redacted], Fillmore, UT [redacted]. I have changed my name from Carolyn Engle to Carolyn Engle Henderson. Subject: Issues with NORTON Security Deluxe 5 on Windows 10 Hello, I'm hoping for some assistance with my recent purchase of NORTON Security Deluxe 5 online on January 11th. After installing it on my Windows 10 system, everything was functioning fine until I encountered problems with my Hub and had to make some adjustments. Since then, NORTON has not been working properly. Hello, I am Gary Phillips. Unfortunately, my partner Paul Dunford's subscription was cancelled due to his passing. I am experiencing major issues with my PC and would like to have Norton reinstated on it. I previously contacted Joe who assisted remotely, but my Internet connection is currently down on all my devices. I wish to renew the subscription in my name and Paul Dunford's name (Mr. Dunford RG 25), but I need to resolve my Internet connection first. I'm wondering about the legitimacy of AllAroundFix as years ago, Norton flagged an issue with my computer. When AllAroundFix appeared during a process as possibly Norton-approved, they fixed the problem for a one-time fee. Recently, they called about a new issue, instructing me to open a tech file to verify the call's authenticity by looking for a TeamViewer icon. Upon not finding it, I was guided to download it, triggering a warning from Norton. The call abruptly disconnected, with subsequent silent callbacks. I deleted TeamViewer and later powered down due to suspected activity per Norton. Could there be an issue at hand?

I am trying to request a refund from Norton Lifelock, but I am having trouble utilizing their refund policy. The contact us section on their website is not functioning properly for me. I keep getting stuck in a loop when I try to log in to seek assistance. Additionally, the live chat button is unresponsive when I attempt to initiate a chat. The policy I selected is now too expensive, and it renewed before even a month had passed.

After installing it on my two computers, I noticed a significant slowdown in performance. I have been frequently prompted to restart my computer, which is causing inconvenience. Hello, I previously installed Norton Security software about a year ago, used it briefly, and then disposed of the computer it was on. I haven't utilized the software since.
