I am unable to access an old account that is crucially linked to my Facebook and nonprofit business accounts. The email associated with it is [redacted] I have tried all available methods, but since I rarely used this account, I cannot remember if any emails were sent. Additionally, I may have linked it to another account named [redacted] for my music persona creation. This persona's birthdate was on July 20, [redacted]. The [redacted] account was established in Vallejo around 2[redacted] to seek support for a sadly murdered transgender friend named Dani. I am uncertain about any additional account links and have forgotten the passwords used during that time. Any assistance in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

I encountered a pop-up screen on my tablet with a siren sound that claimed to be from Microsoft Windows, insisting I call a 1-[redacted] number to address a supposed severe virus on my device. Feeling alarmed, I called the number and was directed to Gizmo Solutions, a company based in Maryland. They demanded an immediate $[redacted] payment by check for virus removal services. Unsettled by the situation, I investigated their legitimacy and discovered they were a scam operation. I have reported this incident as a scam. If Gizmo Solutions is affiliated with your company, please establish clearer guidelines for identifying legitimate contractors to prevent users from falling victim to scams. Alternatively, if they are not associated with your company, consider warning customers about scammers falsely using your name.

I am having trouble accessing my [redacted] account. I am able to view emails without issue on my [redacted] account, but with [redacted], I can see that there are [redacted] unread messages, junk emails, and deleted items, but when I try to open any of them, it says the message can't be displayed and suggests checking the network connection. I have tried accessing the account from multiple computers and networks with no success. Despite my efforts, the issue persists. I have urgent items in that email and need assistance resolving this promptly. I have searched for customer service numbers but have only found a website with unhelpful options. I either need [redacted] to work correctly or guidance on transferring the emails to my other account. Please address this issue as soon as possible as I am unable to access any information on the [redacted] account. Thank you.

Hello everyone, Last week, I received an email stating that there have been some activities on my old Windows account, which I no longer use. Unfortunately, I no longer have this email, but my email account at mail.de was blocked, and a transaction on Paypal was just prevented. The email linked to the Windows account is [redacted] I do not know the current Windows key since I no longer have access to the account. Now, my question is: Can this account be deleted or deactivated with the Windows key? According to my email provider, there seems to have been access from abroad, and an attempt was made to make a transaction to purchase an Xbox Ultimate Pass for 3 months. I hope you can somehow assist me; I've already had to change passwords everywhere. Best regards, Jens Hoffmann

This morning, on November 8th, upon starting my computer, I was unexpectedly greeted with a blue screen claiming to be from "Microsoft." The screen prompted me to sign up for new services by entering my email address and password. After several unsuccessful attempts at logging in, I clicked on "Forgot password." Before returning to the password entry screen, a new message appeared stating "All Done," allowing me to access my desktop. However, I was unable to proceed with the new services described on the initial screen. I am troubled by this sudden occurrence and am unsure if it was a legitimate message from Microsoft or a potential hacking attempt. I received no prior notifications about this and couldn't complete the process of either accepting or declining the services after my password seemed to be accepted. I seek clarity on whether this was an official action by Microsoft or an external breach.

I have been trying to reach out for the past two hours about an unauthorized $99.99 charge by Microsoft on September 9, [redacted]. This charge is for a service I do not use on my computer. I am requesting a refund for the amount that was taken from me. I demand an immediate stop to these recurring charges. I am extremely upset about this situation, especially with the lack of proper customer service. I insist on receiving a call or email within 24 hours to address this issue. I have already notified my bank to prevent any further withdrawals. It is crucial that the $99.99 is returned to my account promptly, and I will not give up until this matter is resolved.

I have been experiencing issues with syncing my OneDrive across multiple devices. Recently, one of my desktops is displaying a "sync is pending" icon when I try to move or rename folders/documents, but it does not show this on my other devices. Additionally, some folders appear empty on all PCs. I only use PDF and Word docs and do not have any files open in another application. I have tried various troubleshooting steps including ensuring the app is updated, unlinking and reinstalling OneDrive, but the problem persists. This problem is new and has not occurred before in my 2 years of using OneDrive. I have sufficient storage space left, so I am unsure why this is happening and it's causing me to lose important documents.

We are experiencing a sudden loss of access to our Microsoft account without any explanation. Attempts to log back in using known passwords "Shimshone2015" and "Shimmy2017" have failed, leading us to request password resets that did not work. Subsequent attempts to change the password or retrieve a replacement code have also been unsuccessful. Consequently, we are now locked out of our Hotmail account ([redacted]) and unable to access work documents or renew McAffee virus protection, leaving us vulnerable to viruses and Trojans. We desperately need assistance to regain control and restart this entire process.

I am having trouble remembering the password to my email account. I've recently changed phones and phone numbers, and I no longer have access to the old phone number where the system wants to send verification. When trying to log in to my email [redacted], I cannot locate my password. After setting up a new Microsoft account, I tried to link my existing [redacted] email, but it said another user was already using it, which is me. I prefer to keep my vjesus email address and not change it. I deleted the account on my phone due to issues with sending emails, and now I can't access it, which I use daily. I'm unable to set up a new email account as I can't access my email, Microsoft, or Google account without the correct phone number [redacted] for verification.

I am currently seeking to purchase a SQL Server Enterprise on behalf of my organization. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from partners or the in-house sales team at Microsoft for over a week since my initial request on November 1. The agent I've been in contact with has been reluctant to provide me with a request ID or ticket number for my inquiry. I work at the National Health Authority under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and would prefer to directly engage with Microsoft rather than through a partner. I've been informed that there is an in-house team at Microsoft that assists government stakeholders with their implementation needs. Based on discussions with my team and referrals from other departments within the organization, it appears that the SQL Server Enterprise version would best suit our current requirements. However, we are looking to better understand the features and benefits that come with this edition. I kindly request to schedule a demo, either online or on-premises, to gain more clarity on these aspects. During the demo, we aim to achieve the following objectives: 1. Gain insight into the wide-ranging capabilities and use cases of the Enterprise edition. 2. Explore additional tools included in the package, particularly BI tools, and compare functionalities between Power BI Report Server and Power BI. 3. Discuss our specific use cases, including the potential for integration with mobile apps. 4. Understand the support available during the setup and post-installation phases on our server. We plan to involve the leadership team from NHA in this discussion. Please confirm a suitable time slot for the call so that we can coordinate calendars accordingly for all relevant stakeholders.

About a week and a half ago, Windows sent me a notification about issues with my Microsoft account. When I checked, it said the registered account was wrong/non-existent. I tried to understand what was happening, and after several attempts where it claimed my Microsoft account didn't exist, I was advised to change the password in case that was the issue. At this point, a window popped up saying they would send a security code to a Russian email address ([redacted]) to change the password. I believe my Microsoft account was hacked. The main problem is that I had made digital purchases on Microsoft (Minecraft Java 27 euros), and now I don't know what to do. I need assistance with this issue.

After enjoying over 40 years without any issues, my online Microsoft account was suddenly locked, and I was forced to agree to a policy without prior notice. Despite reviewing the list of violations, I couldn't identify any actions I unintentionally committed. I request more information on the policy violation associated with my account or network. If a mistake was made, I am willing to rectify it. Regrettably, I am contemplating leaving the Microsoft platform after years of satisfied use, but I hope we can resolve this matter with clarification about the lockout. This marks my first experience of being locked out, and I hope for a reasonable explanation for the inconvenience caused.

I have been unable to regain access to my email [redacted] for over four weeks since losing my phone, which had my password saved. When trying to reset the password, I encounter issues due to an old phone number linked to the account which I can no longer access. Despite filling out the password recovery form multiple times, I am prompted to fill it out again each time. Though I recall an old password, I cannot remember specific email correspondences, as it has been quite some time. I can provide verification for other details on the account. It is crucial to regain access to this email account as I am unable to access other platforms tied to it. Kindly reach out to me as soon as possible at [redacted]0 to assist with resolving this matter promptly.

I encountered an issue where my access was blocked with an urgent message to call 1-[redacted]. I attempted to verify this number online, but found no information, leading me to call out of desperation. The individuals on the call claimed I was a victim of identity theft and involved in illegal activities, including pornography, creating suspicion. Despite spending over an hour following guidance from two representatives, the background noise made communication difficult. As Gracie, with ID #MSP784512, pushed for more information, my trust wavered. I paused the process halfway through, concerned about the legitimacy of these alleged Microsoft supporters. Now, I am seeing unauthorized pornographic content on my device. I am seeking guidance on confirming the authenticity of these contacts and steps to secure my computer. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently received an email that has left me feeling worried and unsure about its legitimacy. The email claims to have found instances of child pornography being accessed from my IP address, but I am not involved in any illegal activities. I have not contacted the phone numbers provided in the email as I am concerned they may lead to a scam. I am reaching out for assistance as I am not very knowledgeable about computers and fear that my IP address may have been compromised. If possible, could someone help me verify the authenticity of this email and address any potential security concerns? Thank you.

I have a personal subscription to Microsoft [redacted] on my HP 15 laptop with Windows 10. I am struggling to open Word, encountering error messages saying the feature needs repair and Word is unable to start with error code (36). A Tech attempted to fix it by reinstalling [redacted] and conducting a quick repair but the issue persists. A callback appointment was set for Saturday, but the problem remained unresolved after another Tech, Leslie, tried the same steps and eventually decided to reinstall Windows 10, which took several hours without a follow-up call. Today, I received a callback at 11:35 AM EST, where Leslie asked me to open Outlook instead of addressing the Word problem. I want a competent Tech to resolve this issue promptly.
