My account has been hacked. The settings are constantly changing, and multiple accounts are being linked to it. Despite syncing passwords across all devices, it continues to be an issue. I need to determine the total number of accounts associated with my information. I will attempt to adjust the settings once more. I initially believed using a local account would offer protection, but numerous accounts, including Edge, have been opened without my knowledge. I request that any duplicate or unauthorized accounts linked to my Microsoft and Outlook emails be blocked.

I subscribed to Office [redacted] Personal for Mac starting on 3/18/20. The subscription has expired, and Word usage has been stopped without warning. After New Outlook automatically installed itself, all my folders ended up under On My Computer, freezing the previous inbox. Consequently, I'm unable to move new emails to those folders or receive emails in the original inbox. I'm hesitant to switch back to the old Outlook for fear of encountering the same issue. Despite reading multiple tech support articles, I'm unsure how to resolve this problem. My goal is to be able to relocate emails to the folders under On My Computer seamlessly.

I have previously been in touch (I believe) about repairing Windows 10 using the built-in toolkit from warning messages. Unfortunately, my laptop has become significantly slower since then, especially after installing Office [redacted]. Furthermore, Windows 10 is not saving any of the password changes I make. I followed the advice of one of your technicians to download another application for additional Windows 10 support, but it has not resolved the issues. I have a new HP Laptop nearby, but I am hesitant to set it up by restoring from ANGELES1. I do not want to risk contaminating the new laptop with any issues from the old one. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.
