I am experiencing difficulty due to the almost non-existent handle or grip area on the coffee containers. With my bad hands, it's challenging to handle them. I worry about how elderly individuals manage with this design. While I understand the financial aspect of redesigning the containers, it's not a consumer-friendly solution. Dropping full containers of coffee has become a common issue, and if this persists, I may have to consider switching to a brand with a more user-friendly container.

Hello, my name is June R. I have been enjoying your coffee for years. Recently, I purchased two jars from Mercadonna in Marbella, Spain, and they taste terrible. I tried different water and milk but the coffee still tastes burnt. The number on the back of the jar is L[redacted]9D2. Could you please confirm if this is a new flavor or if I just got a bad batch? The coffee was not cheap at 5.45 euros. Thank you! Merry Christmas to you all.

I am writing to express my gratitude to you =) My mother, who is 84 years old, is very particular about her coffee and will only drink Maxwell House Breakfast Blend. She gets upset if I try to give her anything else. I am hoping to surprise her with some coupons as times have been difficult for us. I didn't secure the job I had expected after earning my master's degree, so receiving coupons in the mail will give my mother something to look forward to =)

I have been purchasing Instant Maxwell House coffee for over 50 years. I used to bring it on vacation with me, but recently I noticed changes. The coffee has disappeared from shelves and now tastes awful, nothing like coffee. I read that you used to use only Arabica beans, and then you started mixing in cheaper ones. Why change something that was perfect? My sister, who also loves your coffee, mentioned that the new jars smell like chemicals, not coffee. I am fed up and considering switching to a brand that uses only [redacted]% Arabica beans. If you were trying to save money, it seems like it backfired. Many people online are complaining about the poor quality of your coffee. Are there any plans to bring back the original blend?

I am concerned about the inclusion of hydrogenated coconut oil in your international coffees and other products. This ingredient can have negative effects on consumers' health by raising bad cholesterol and lowering good cholesterol levels. It is important to consider removing this ingredient to prioritize the well-being of your customers. I urge you to find alternative methods to preserve shelf life that do not compromise consumer health. I currently have 10 cans of your product in my pantry, which is a concern due to these health risks.

I really enjoy your products, but there's one that I miss dearly - the International Foods Cafe Peach Cream coffee. My mom and I used to love it back in the 1990s and early 2000s. It was our favorite morning drink besides regular Maxwell House. We were so disappointed when it disappeared from the shelves, almost to the point of tears. I was hoping you could perhaps unearth the old recipe from the days before Kraft took over International Foods coffee and consider bringing back that beloved flavor, even if just for a limited time.

I have recently been purchasing your coffee pods and I appreciate the free flow netting and flavor. However, I encountered a problem where one of the pods in a sealed bag had exploded upon opening, causing grounds to spill over the other pods. This has happened to me for the second time. I purchased these at Shoppers Drug Mart in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, spending over $15 per box. It's frustrating as I'm unable to enjoy a cup of coffee and have to clean up the mess. Unfortunately, some grounds got stuck in my coffee machine, affecting its performance. This has resulted in me wasting two cups of coffee and potentially damaging my machine. I believe it's crucial for your company to address this issue to ensure customer satisfaction. I look forward to your assistance. Respectfully, Shannon.

I was devastated to hear that my beloved Maxwell House French Vanilla Cafe (instant) coffee has been discontinued. This has been my favorite indulgence for years, providing me with immeasurable pleasure. I am a loyal drinker and have been hooked on this flavor since it was introduced. I consume approximately four cans per week, and it's the only coffee that agrees with my stomach. Everywhere I go, I always have a cup of it with me. The shelves are always empty because it sells out so quickly. As a pharmacist, my customers and friends always see me with a coffee in hand. Please reconsider and bring back this coffee so I can enjoy it once more. Being without it for a week has been difficult, and I suspect it may even be causing my leg cramps. I would be forever grateful to have it back in my life. Thank you. - Teresa E.

I am really disappointed with how the Maxwell coffee has changed. I have been a loyal customer for years, and the recent can I purchased lacked the usual aroma and flavor I love. The quality seems to have declined, and I'm considering trying a different brand now. I'm not sure why they would alter a product that was once so wonderful. It's sad to think I may have to switch after all this time. It would be nice to at least understand why these changes were made, even if I'm not expecting a response.

I recently purchased two cans of Maxwell House 36.8 oz The Original Roast on 04Feb2022. Both products have a strange taste and leave a distinct astringent feeling in my mouth after drinking. I also experience excessive mucus and a dry throat. As a result, I have stopped buying Maxwell House for the first time and switched to Folgers. I have both cans and can send them to you for further investigation. While I don't need a refund, I believe there may be an issue with a batch of your coffee. I am sharing my experience as a loyal customer to help improve your product quality. Sincerely, Regis A. Zapatka

I had trouble with my coffee not going through the filter, thinking it was the filters, I bought new ones. However, the water would overflow and not pass through the filter. I tried a different Maxwell coffee can, but the same issue occurred even after removing the water stop. I switched to a different coffee brand, and it worked fine. There seems to be an issue with the 42.5 oz can of your coffee - it doesn't taste right and leaves a film in the coffee when brewed.

I hope the right person receives this message. I am writing about the aspartame in your sugar-free products. Recently, I and several friends who rely on sugar-free items experienced stomach issues. Research showed that aspartame was likely the cause, affecting many people I know. When I stopped consuming your product (which I go through every 1-2 weeks), my stomach problems vanished. Reintroducing your sugar-free instant coffee brought the issues back, as it did for others. Could you consider replacing aspartame with a different sugar-free option? This change would allow me to purchase your product again. Many suitable substitutes for aspartame are available on the market, benefiting individuals with diabetes or pre-diabetes like myself. Best regards, Paula CR

Hello, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Michael, and I operate as a seller on Amazon. I run a small business and hold a valid business license. I am reaching out regarding your product with the ASIN B0005ZV3BK. I am interested in selling this item on Amazon, and I am seeking your approval to do so. Additionally, I am exploring other potential products to purchase in bulk from various platforms for resale on Amazon. If you grant me permission to sell your product, I plan to buy it from you directly at the same price and list it on Amazon. This arrangement could benefit both of us, with you potentially selling more stock quickly and allowing me to expand my business. I understand that if issues arise, such as late deliveries or damaged products resulting in customer complaints linked to my sales, you reserve the right to revoke my approval to sell your product on Amazon. I appreciate your consideration and eagerly await your response. Thank you.

I recently bought Maxwell House coffee from Save A Lot in Uhrichsville, Ohio, and the seal on the container was tampered with, which was very concerning. The store refused to exchange it, so I'm contacting you directly. This isn't the first time it's happened, as a previous purchase from Dollar General also had a half-peeled seal. I've always trusted Maxwell House for over 25 years, but this recent experience has left me disappointed and out of money. I had to buy a new container from another store to be safe. I'm sharing my contact information in case you want to reach out, provide coupons, or request the tampered container. Please know that I'm not upset with Maxwell, but rather frustrated with people who tamper with products. Thank you for your attention. I hope my message finds you well. Over the past 3 months, I have been unable to find the Maxwell House International Iced Latte, specifically the Hazelnut and French Vanilla flavors, at my local Meijer store. These flavors seem to have disappeared from the shelves, and store staff have no information about it. This drink is our go-to favorite that we have been enjoying for many years, and we used to purchase it weekly. I am reaching out to seek clarification on what has happened to these products. I kindly request that you do not discontinue this fantastic product. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

I purchased a jar of Maxwell House instant coffee on February 14th. After opening it and drinking two cups, I have felt sick to my stomach each time. As a loyal Maxwell House customer, I am concerned about the strange taste of the coffee. I am unsure if there was an issue in the packing process or if something is added to it, but it tastes like there might be a chemical present. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you.

I've been purchasing the iced French vanilla latte packets for years, but recently I've noticed they are frequently out of stock in local stores. When this happened previously, I was able to buy them on Amazon. However, this time they are either unavailable or being sold at a very high price. I'm concerned about the availability of this product and would like to know if there are any plans to address this issue. Thank you.

Concerns have arisen regarding the accuracy of the coffee tubs sold, particularly in regards to the number of cups provided per 1 KG Tub. Images have been attached to illustrate the discrepancy between the advertised 73 cups and the actual yield of the product when using 3/4 teaspoons of coffee. The customer is seeking clarification or compensation for the apparent shortfall in product quantity.

In the last month, I bought 5 jars of Maxwell instant coffee. However, recently I noticed that when I drink it, I feel extremely sleepy and sometimes it even makes me unexpectedly nap. My friend also experienced this drowsiness with Maxwell coffee, sleeping for 2 and a half hours which is unusual for her. I am concerned about what ingredient in the coffee could be causing this extreme fatigue. After finishing my second cup today, I am feeling the urge to crash. I am uneasy about what might be the cause. Thank you.

Good morning. I am a long-time fan of your product and have consistently purchased it for several years. Recently, I bought four 30-pack BPI Compostable Original Roast pods, and unfortunately, I encountered 2 to 3 defective pods in each box. This resulted in grounds spilling in my cup and coffee maker. While I don't want to switch brands, I might have to if this issue persists. I truly enjoy your coffee and hope to remain a customer. Could you please assist me in resolving this matter and ensuring my satisfaction? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Tracy W. from Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario, Canada
