I am a premium member facing issues with 2-factor authentication. Despite clicking the option on my desktop PC, LinkedIn still asks for it. I have been locked out of my account since December 20, when my phone, with Google Authenticator, stopped working. I need to turn off 2FA but LinkedIn lacks a backup system.

I subscribed to LinkedIn last month, and my first payment is due this month. When I tried to update my payment details for debit and credit cards, I received a message on my registered mobile number to approve an e-mandate for deduction, but no link or instructions were provided. I'm unsure how to proceed with the approval process to avoid my subscription from expiring.

I have been using my account for a few months without any issues until it suddenly logged me out on my phone. When trying to log back in, it automatically linked to my old, inactive LinkedIn account that has been permanently deleted. Now, I can't reset my new account that was created a couple of months ago using my phone number and Gmail ID provided below. I am seeking assistance in recovering access to my account. Dear Support Team, I signed up for the free one-month trial of LinkedIn Premium on the 19th of last month. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel it before the trial ended, and I was charged for a subscription. Since I have finished my freelance work as of the 15th of this month, I no longer require the Premium features. I have not utilized the Premium service and would like to request a refund for the charge that was processed on the 19th after the free trial ended. I have two LinkedIn accounts, and I would like to combine them and delete the older one. However, I am unable to access the older account. I am not sure if it has the same login as the newer one, or if I am forgetting the correct credentials. If I am unable to merge them, I would like to close the older account. Every time I try to log in to the old account, I am redirected to the newer one. Additionally, when attempting to merge them using the email and password, I receive a message stating that accounts with the same login information cannot be merged. I feel stuck and unsure how to proceed.

Hello, I recently went through a lot of profiles on the suggested contacts section, mainly looking at medical scientists since I will be graduating in May. I've had a LinkedIn account for years but never browsed profiles in bulk before. I was in the process of enhancing my profile and connecting with people as required by my course. Unfortunately, I now understand that LinkedIn may not approve of extensive profile browsing. I unintentionally triggered a warning and in a panic, clicked a button on the page above the sign-in option. I'm unsure of the message it displayed. I've been trying to delete my LinkedIn account under the name "Peter Aiello, Architect," but I'm facing challenges due to the lack of customer service support from LinkedIn. I have come across a duplicate account issue. When I input the email address I think is linked to it, [redacted], it directs me to the profile I have used for years with the email [redacted] I've attempted my other emails, but LinkedIn cannot find any account associated with them. How can I remove or merge the other profile with my current one if I can't access it? I am Drew Marquis, and my active profile is under [redacted] with updates to my residence in Lebanon, CT, and employment at Ucran & Company. The outdated profile still shows my location as Brooklyn, NY, and work at Fisher and Zuzich Insurance, where I haven't been employed for more than 5 years. This has caused confusion for people looking for me as they see a profile with outdated information.

I recently lost access to my authenticator codes after a factory reset that resulted from a hacking incident. I'm unsure if my password was changed, but I urgently need to regain access to my account. I have a substantial number of contacts and am considering upgrading to a premium account. I can provide various forms of identification to verify my identity, including my driver's license, social security card, proof of address, and bank cards. My email address is [redacted] and remains the same. LinkedIn is crucial to my Marketing and Business Development business, and without access, my networking capabilities are severely impacted. Dear Community, I want to express my surprise and disappointment at LinkedIn's recent decision to suspend my legitimate account without warning or justification. It seems that on a platform where harmful content against religious minorities in India and personal attacks by fake accounts are tolerated, criticizing such behavior will result in punishment. If LinkedIn believes that promoting radical views is more important than supporting professionals like me, then so be it. I see no point in asking for an explanation on why my posts or comments did not meet their standards or defending myself against their bias. I do want to highlight that these discriminatory actions by the moderation team are dangerous and could harm the platform in the long run. The signs have been there for a while, but it's hard to see when the mind is closed. T. Roychoudhury

I would like to verify the cancellation of my LinkedIn Premium account and request a refund of $43.29. LinkedIn directed me to the Apple subscription portal, where I did not see any active subscriptions, leading me to believe it was canceled. I tried to cancel through LinkedIn settings on both desktop and iPhone. The account has been inactive since January [redacted] when I attempted to cancel. The process was confusing and unclear. I have been a long-time user of your paid services under the name 24 Hour Fitness USA, Inc. New Club recruiter. Hello, I recently switched phones and now I am having trouble accessing my Linkedin account. The problem is that my account is connected to an outdated email address which I am unable to update on my profile.
