Upon reviewing my statement, I noticed that Just Answer charged my account $50 for a membership I did not authorize, along with a $5 one-time fee. I had previously canceled this membership via chat. I received a message confirming my cancellation, stating that I would no longer be billed and could still post questions for free until 1/20/[redacted]. I am requesting a refund of $50 + $5 that were wrongly charged to my account. Cancelling the membership meant I did not want to enroll again. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. I am requesting to cancel my account as I no longer require the services provided. When I contacted a vet via phone through your service, the advice given was not beneficial for my dog. Consequently, I had to take my dog to a vet hospital where they unfortunately had to euthanize her. The phone call cost me approximately $35.00, and the total cost for the euthanasia was $[redacted].00. Despite numerous attempts to reach out for account cancellation since January 7, [redacted], I have been unsuccessful and only faced disconnections. I reached out to JustAnswers for medical advice through chat. Initially, I was informed of a $1.00 non-refundable charge but found an additional $46.00 membership fee charged to my account, which I did not authorize. The email provided an order # [redacted]3-23 and mentioned the option to cancel, but when I tried to cancel, customer service claimed they were unable due to a system update. Despite my attempts to cancel on the website, I was informed it could not be done online. I was directed to contact corporate but faced challenges reaching them. I aim to resolve this issue promptly to avoid legal action and expect a refund for the unauthorized charge. I value my hard-earned money and find this situation unethical, particularly during a health crisis. Hopefully, I can address this through customer service expeditiously.

I need help canceling charges made to our Visa Credit Card. In early Spring of [redacted], I accidentally landed on the Just Answer website and saw a fee, which led me to close the site without using any services. I have been unable to access the site since to cancel, as my email address is not recognized even though it is a long-standing personal domain. Just Answer has been charging $50 monthly since March [redacted] without our consent. I believe they are using my information unlawfully. I will be contacting Visa to stop these unauthorized charges from "Accountant, Just Answer."

I recently submitted a complaint to Just Answer requesting an immediate cancellation of the service and the discontinuation of the $50 monthly charges to my Visa Credit Card. Furthermore, I want Just Answer to refund the unauthorized $[redacted] charges spanning from March to December [redacted], and the $50 charges in January and February [redacted]. I do not wish to be charged again in the future and urge Just Answer to cancel the charges and subscription promptly. Additionally, I encountered difficulties reaching customer service as my email was unrecognized. I insist that Just Answer rectify this situation by canceling and refunding as mentioned above.

On March 5th, I paid $5 for a 7-day trial with Just Answer. I requested to cancel shortly after the trial ended. Although I received an email mentioning a refund, upon closer inspection, it stated that the refund did not cancel my obligation to the merchant. Consequently, I was charged $46 for a month despite not using their services, believing I had successfully canceled as stated. After reaching out to customer service and attempting various appeals for a refund, I received a firm denial. Usually, companies refund unused days after a trial period, but in this case, they refused any reimbursement. Numerous complaints have been lodged against them, and unfortunately, I have become another dissatisfied customer in their system. During the trial, a lawyer I consulted for another matter belittled me, solidifying my distrust in service providers and reinforcing the lesson not to part with money easily.

I searched online for information on how to open my Chubb safe without the combination or key. I found a site promising a quick answer for a £1 fee through 'Just Answer'. After entering my bank details, I was directed to call an overseas number as my question couldn't be answered online. Worried about being charged for a service I can't access, I attempted to cancel but was unsuccessful. I'm stuck in a loop on the website and need assistance.

I accessed my local cable service website to address an issue and unexpectedly got redirected to Just Answer. The chat representative indicated a $1.00 cost, which I interpreted as a trial offer. Despite canceling immediately, the membership fee has already been withdrawn. I anticipated a $1.00 trial fee and only needed guidance on simply unplugging and plugging in a power cord, making the service charge unreasonable for me. I am extremely disappointed because a while back, I wasn't charged for a service I never received, causing me a lot of distress. The company refused to refund me, claiming I had asked a question. I am baffled as to how they obtained my current account details and deducted money without my knowledge. This is affecting my son's lunch funds, and I am upset that the customer service representative I spoke with couldn't assist me. I demand an immediate refund as this unethical behavior is unacceptable. I refuse to have any accounts associated with this company and expect prompt action to return my money. It is distressing that my son now has to go without a meal due to this situation.

I was recently charged $46 for a service I never ordered. This has happened to me in the past, and when I reached out then, I was incorrectly told my question required a $1 refundable fee; however, $46 was charged instead. After contacting customer service about the unauthorized charge, I was informed that a refund was not possible. I expressed my frustration and requested to be removed from their services. Despite this, I have now been charged $46, which was on my son's lunch card that I had given him. This situation has left my son without funds. Speaking to customer service again did not result in a refund, leaving me disappointed. It is disheartening that customer service was unable to provide any assistance in resolving this matter. I am determined to seek reimbursement for both transactions this time to rectify this clear pattern of overcharging, which seems unjust to customers like me.

I had an unpleasant experience dealing with your team. I was informed that I would be charged $1.00 for an answer, but upon checking my bank account after the call, I discovered a charge of $46.00. I plan to contact your corporate headquarters and my credit card bank tomorrow. I did not authorize a charge of $46 on my card, except for the $1 you mentioned. You must return the money to my card ending in [redacted] within 24 hours. I will inform my bank of this unauthorized transaction. I will also share my experience to warn others to check their statements for similar issues. Additionally, the resolution offered for my problem was unsatisfactory as it involved losing data on my laptop. I am reaching out because I recently noticed a charge of $46 on my account for a brief consultation with an "expert." However, the expert only reiterated information I already knew. I am disappointed because I was informed that there would be a refundable $1 fee. I have been charged $66 per month since June [redacted] without my consent. I did not sign up for any services and I am unsure why these charges are appearing. I demand a full refund immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will involve my bank's fraud department to investigate the unauthorized charges. Hello, my initials are N.W. On July 28th, I contacted Just Answer regarding an issue with accessing my 'Wowcher' purchased for Filmhouse. During the call, I was asked to provide my credit card information for a £1 trial version, which was charged to my card. Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved. I recently discovered on August 7th, [redacted], that £35 has been deducted each month from my credit card, totaling 5 payments so far. I have reached out to Just Answer via email in August but have not received a response. I did not authorize these charges and would like a total refund of £[redacted].

I am trying to remove TrapCall from my Android phone and cancel the subscription. I have been following instructions, but they all seem to be for iPhone users. I have a Google Pixel 6, so the steps for removal and cancellation do not apply to my device. I am quite tech-savvy and can usually troubleshoot on my own, but the guides for iPhone are not compatible with my Android. I contacted Apple Support and was offered to connect with an expert for 4 Israeli shekels with a refund guarantee. After the initial issue was not resolved, they connected me to another expert at no extra cost. However, when I clicked on the link provided, I received a "file not found" message. Not only was my credit card not refunded, but I was also charged over [redacted] shekels without my consent for a membership I was unaware of. I discovered this charge three days later by chance.
