If my data is not restored, I might consider switching my service provider. This decision has been influenced by the ongoing data discrepancies we are experiencing, which I consider to be a fraud. Due to the theft of my mobile, my friend's name could be on the bill since he had helped me with the porting. The SIM is not working because he removed it. I forgot the introduction letter to verify that it's my friend's name. The Aadhaar card-linked SIM is not working. What should be done now? Can you activate this SIM under my name? If it's removed from this number, it's not getting activated. Please help in activating this SIM.

I am experiencing a significant issue as my personal mobile number, linked to both my financial and educational services, has stopped working. I request an immediate restart of the SIM, as I have already paid for a one-year plan. In the event my number is reassigned, it poses a significant risk to the security of my accounts. I will escalate this matter to the police and consumer court if not resolved promptly. My JIO number, [redacted], is vital as it is associated with all my official documents, including my Aadhaar card and bank accounts. I am deeply dissatisfied with the response provided and feel personally insulted by the disruption in service. I have adhered to all necessary procedures during the SIM activation process, providing valid identification documents. I lost my mobile on 02-04-[redacted] and had my SIM blocked. However, when attempting to get a duplicate SIM from the JIO shop, my unclear fingerprints due to old age caused issues. I visited your Vijayawada office on 10-04-[redacted], provided the necessary details, and received a duplicate SIM. I was informed to wait for activation but have not received any intimation yet, using my wife's number [redacted] for contact. It's possible I missed the call due to my phone being off or connectivity issues. Could you please verify if my new SIM is now ready for use?

I visited the Jio service center in Khachrod, Ujjain district, Madhya Pradesh with an Airtel sim card to port it. A person at the office took ₹[redacted] from me under the guise of sim porting, but it's been 8 days and the porting hasn't happened. When I went to the office in the evening, I was told rudely that I will not be refunded and was even threatened to close my complaint. This behavior at the Jio service center is unacceptable. Please assist and advise on what steps I should take next. Thank you.

I recharged my Jio number around 8 p.m. yesterday. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing a lack of network coverage in my room specifically. This issue seems to be isolated to my area and my number. It has occurred in the past as well. This recurring problem is very frustrating as I rely on my phone for my college assignments and work. As a student, I cannot afford to keep wasting money on recharges that do not work. I need a reliable service to fulfill my educational requirements. I paid Rs.[redacted]/- to recharge my phone, but encountered an issue during the process. I received a message stating the payment didn't go through and that it would be refunded within a week if it was successful. I attempted the recharge again with Rs.[redacted]/-, and this time it was successful. However, my bank statement shows both amounts being debited. I kindly request a refund of Rs.[redacted]/- soon, as it seems to be a server problem.

Dear Sir, I lost my phone on an RTC bus in Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, Telangana. I was traveling from Liberty to Mehdipatnam and realized my phone was missing when I got off the bus. A friend called my lost phone, and a bus passenger answered saying they found it in Mehdipatnam bus before the call got disconnected, possibly due to a low battery. The phone is a Samsung Galaxy A20s with the IMEI numbers [redacted]/10/[redacted]/7 and [redacted]/10/[redacted]/5. It has a hanging issue and takes a while to boot up, especially when pressing the volume and power buttons simultaneously. The Jio number in use is [redacted]. I am writing to report an issue I am facing with my Jio SIM card under the number [redacted]. Recently, I topped up this number with Rs219 from my other Jio number [redacted]. Although the recharge was successful, the SIM card remains inactive and shows a message indicating it is not registered on the network. Dear Sir, I recently recharged my mobile number [redacted] with a Rs. [redacted] top-up plan yesterday. Today, my phone is not functioning properly, and after contacting Jio customer service multiple times, they informed me that the recharge was successful. They mentioned that a second recharge of Rs. [redacted] was done to resolve the issue, but my phone is still not working. The Jio representative mentioned that the top-up plan may not be compatible and advised me to recharge with Rs. [redacted] or more instead. I have already recharged with Rs. [redacted], resulting in a loss, and now they are requesting another recharge of Rs. [redacted] or more. I am requesting a refund of the Rs. [redacted] and for the next recharge to be Rs. [redacted] or more. If not, I will consider changing my service provider and lodging a complaint. I am reporting a payment issue with my Jio Fiber account. Six months ago, when I moved houses within the same complex, the Jio Fiber agent informed me it was not possible to transfer the account to the new location. He advised starting a new line instead. I followed the suggestion, and the agent arranged for the device to be collected from the watchman. After using the new line for six months and paying for the plan, I recently discovered that I mistakenly recharged the old line instead of the new one. Despite contacting both the Jio Fiber agent and customer service, I have not been able to resolve the situation. They suggested setting up the old device at the new location, which contradicts what was previously communicated. This discrepancy has left me with two open lines and my funds stuck in the old device. I am seeking an immediate resolution, including a refund or transfer of my funds to my active line.
