While my children tried to buy items from the vending machine, money was taken without them receiving their products. When I tried to retrieve the money, someone accused my child of kicking the machine. After denying it, the person rudely mentioned there was a surveillance camera showing otherwise. Upset by the accusation and the person's behavior, I informed them about professionalism representing InTown Suites. The individual continued to be disrespectful before retreating to the office. The encounter was unprofessional, frightening for my children, and left me feeling disrespected by the individual's conduct.

We have not been staying at our usual locations in Houston, Texas for the past week. My Social Security check was delayed, so I had to get an emergency one to pay for the room. When I called to confirm the amount owed, they asked my family to leave, claiming we were not properly caring for our service animal. Despite explaining that the dog is a registered service animal, they insisted we leave. I am confused about the laws governing this situation and what steps to take next. I am considering contacting the Americans with Disabilities Association to report the incident. It is important to me that my rights and my animal's well-being are respected.

Upon returning from the store, I noticed welts appearing on my arm, initially thinking it was an allergic reaction. However, upon finding a bed bug on one of the pillows, I am concerned. As it's Sunday, there is no staff available to move me to another room. I am left with the options of finding a new hotel or enduring the infestation for the next two days. My name is Clarence Brown and I was a guest at the InTown Suites in Phoenix, Arizona on 51st Avenue and Indian School. I encountered an issue as I was locked out of my room despite never being late on payment. When I arrived to pay my rent, I was informed that I was not given the option to pay a late fee or retrieve my belongings. I tried to arrange a solution with the front desk clerk today, but was told I must be there before their 7:00 closing time, which is after I finish work at 7:30. I have been staying at [redacted] Preston Highway for several weeks and have reported multiple maintenance issues, including a door not latching correctly, a non-working phone in the room, a broken seal on the kitchen sink causing leaks, a leaking bathroom sink, a non-functional exhaust fan in the bathroom, absence of a smoke detector, no light on the microwave, and a roach infestation. Despite reporting these problems on June 25, [redacted], and speaking with the GM on July 15, [redacted], who assured me the issues would be addressed by the end of the day, nothing has been fixed as of July 21, [redacted]. I have expressed my concerns to the GM and submitted a complaint to InTown Suites, but no action has been taken. Paying $[redacted].10 a week, I feel disrespected, undervalued, and financially strained after spending $[redacted].40 for a month's stay and having to replace items due to the leaks and roaches. Facing another payment, I am frustrated and worried about potentially being homeless with unresolved issues and the fear of bringing roaches elsewhere. This situation is unacceptable and distressing.

There are multiple issues that need addressing. Firstly, we were informed that we cannot open our windows despite the lovely weather outside, which is disappointing considering we are on the first floor. Additionally, we encountered a problem with the washing machine as we were not aware that the water supply would be off daily. This was not communicated to us by the hotel, and we believe it is their responsibility to do so. This has resulted in our clothes being stuck in the washer. We request that the machine be turned on when the water is available without extra charge, as it is the hotel's duty to properly inform guests about such issues. It would be beneficial for the hotel to put up signs to prevent future occurrences. Furthermore, we were not informed about the water outage lasting for over a week. Ideally, we would like to be relocated to another property within your chain until this issue is resolved. Thank you.

I am currently unable to access my room due to a faulty room key. After contacting the number provided for the after-hours "on call" assistance, I was informed that there would be a one-hour wait because the staff member was on a lunch break. This wait is quite frustrating as I have a young child in need of rest and have never encountered such delays in the past. I believe waiting this long for assistance, particularly when the on-call personnel are expected to be available at all times, is unreasonable given the circumstances.

I am not receiving packages with my name on them, even though my suite number is correct. The manager is aware I am waiting for these packages intended for my work and different managers I collaborate with. I track the deliveries closely on my phone and promptly go to the office to collect them. Sometimes, despite knowing I am available or could receive them in my room, the manager refuses to hand them over. It is frustrating that the packages end up being marked as refused and returned, even though I am ready to accept them. I have been a resident here for years without any issues, and it is perplexing why I am facing difficulties getting my own deliveries.

I am utterly shocked by the [redacted]-minute wait time on hold for customer service before even speaking with someone! I am reaching out to determine if anyone at your company values potential customers. My wife and I made reservations in early February for your WPB, Florida location for 3/2/23. Due to a late Amtrak arrival (delayed by two hours), we got to the "hotel" after 8 pm, only to find the office closed, which was surprising. Despite calling multiple times from the train since 4 pm to inform them about our late arrival, we were unable to reach anyone for over three hours. We had to find alternative accommodation at a different hotel for three times the cost. The next day when we approached the front desk with our written confirmation, they claimed no reservation was on file and offered no assistance or apology. This entire ordeal has left me questioning the competency and professionalism of your company. I am hoping for some form of compensation for our troubles and a prompt resolution of this matter. I had an issue during check-in on Monday regarding the non-functional TV in the room. The property manager mentioned they would bring a new TV, but the next day I had not heard anything. When I visited the office at 3 pm, the same property manager suggested I needed an extension cord, which was confusing as it was not mentioned earlier. Additionally, I had to inform another property manager about the AC not working, which was promptly addressed. I find it frustrating that after paying $[redacted] for the room, basic amenities like a functional TV and AC seemed overlooked. Furthermore, there was a safety concern with the room's door lacking a lock.

I was employed by them, and I fell ill at work. My boss advised me to see a doctor, and after visiting the doctor, I was diagnosed with a virus. My doctor recommended I stay home for two days. When I returned to work as instructed, I was abruptly fired for following my doctor's orders. Despite providing a valid excuse, the manager insisted missing work was unacceptable. I am seeking assistance before taking legal action.

I moved into Inn Town Suites on April 4, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my room [redacted] at the location on [redacted] Pressley Rd, Charlotte, NC [redacted], had several issues, including bugs and a clogged toilet. Despite informing the manager multiple times, I was given a plunger and asked to resolve the problems myself. The situation escalated when the toilet exploded, causing damage to our belongings and the room. The property manager refused to take responsibility and blamed us. Even after moving to room [redacted], where the stove doesn't work, I faced unequal treatment compared to other residents. I feel mistreated and ignored by the manager and would like to be contacted by a higher authority promptly.

I tried to pay my rent, but my card was declined twice. Upon checking my balance, I noticed $[redacted].00 was taken out of my account and paid to the hotel. The hotel staff couldn't locate the payment and claimed it wasn't received. I am concerned because my bank shows the payment was made, leaving me confused about the missing funds. I attempted to pay my rent online for a renewal for $[redacted].20, but the transaction was declined. Upon retrying, a pending charge for $[redacted] appeared. Another attempt resulted in a decline with a new pending charge of $[redacted]. My bank mentioned that there is a hold on the transactions, leaving me in a tough spot as I need to pay my $[redacted].20 rent by noon today. I managed to keep the $[redacted] on pending status, but removed the $[redacted]. If possible, please apply the $[redacted] towards my rent, and I will pay the remaining balance in person. Please refrain from putting the $[redacted] back on pending status. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

While in the bathroom, I heard a knock at the door. I advised my children not to answer as I was still getting dressed. After a second knock, I was on my way to the door when it started to open. I hurried to close it and explained I was not fully dressed. The individual claimed to be conducting inspections despite my protests. When I reported the incident to the manager, Jose, he disregarded my concerns. The situation escalated as the person forcefully entered my room, causing physical harm. Law enforcement is now involved, and a warrant for his arrest has been issued for battery and burglary of an occupied dwelling. Shockingly, it seems there were previous complaints against Jose for similar inappropriate behavior in women's bathrooms at InTown Suites.

I had a concerning encounter with the manager, Jose, who rudely entered my room during an inspection despite me being in my underwear. He pushed me back into the room aggressively, causing me to fall on my stomach. I promptly contacted the police, and they are taking action by issuing a warrant on him for battery and burglary of an occupied dwelling. It seems that he has a history of similar complaints from other female guests, as one employee shared with the officer reviewing the incident, which was also captured on video.

I had a terrible experience at one of your hotel locations in Colorado Springs. My family and I were accused of smoking in the room, which we never did. The room was dirty and had several maintenance issues. Despite my efforts to clean up before checking out, an employee treated me disrespectfully and unfairly. As a result, we were forced to leave without a refund, leaving us stranded in bad weather with my young children. This happened at Inn Town Suites on Corporate Drive. I have been a regular guest at Intown Suites in Kennesaw, GA for almost two years without any issues until now. I am planning a vacation from June 23 to July 1 and wanted to utilize the stow and go program that I have used in Florida before. However, I was informed by the property manager that it is only available for Thanksgiving and Christmas, not for the dates I requested. I find this surprising as I have not come across such a restriction before. As a dedicated guest and long-term customer for a year without any missed payments or issues, I recently encountered a significant problem which unfortunately led to a late payment. Upon arriving to settle my dues, I found the staff member had already left, leaving me locked out and having to spend the night in my car without any access to food or essentials. Additionally, I now have to restart my fees, pay for a full week upfront, an increased amount of $[redacted], and upgrade my room - all because of this situation. Furthermore, the condition of my room is unacceptable; my kitchen and bathroom doors are hanging off their hinges, there are missing kitchen cabinets, and despite repeatedly asking for a fix throughout the year, nothing has been done.

During my stay at InTown Suites on Albemarle Road, unfortunately, an incident occurred where a shotgun shell was fired through the window. Despite being a victim of this crime while in an unfamiliar city, the general manager requested us to vacate the property for three days without any refund. I was anticipating my free week at that time which did not materialize, raising suspicions about the timing of events. Following an investigation that favored me, I still did not receive reimbursement for the three days I could not stay and the promised free week. I am seeking a refund for the three unused days and clarification regarding the seven free days promised after staying for 90 days. Despite attempts for a resolution and being denied a refund, I am considering involving the media and have already reported the matter to the Better Business Bureau. A fair resolution is necessary in this situation.
