I recently got a new policy in February that included central heating system coverage. According to the policy, the coverage is subject to HomeServe performing a boiler health check within 90 days. I had scheduled the check, but it was canceled by HomeServe the day before it was supposed to happen due to the Coronavirus situation. I am now uncertain if my central heating is still covered. I tried reaching out to customer services, but I got disconnected. I also submitted an online form but have yet to receive a response.

I am looking to discuss my Vaillant Home Care and Radiator Care renewal. I have received this year's renewal documents but need clarification on my coverage and total costs before deciding to renew.
