I missed my delivery twice. I have five items to be delivered. Two items were scheduled for December 2nd but were not delivered. The other three were supposed to be delivered on December 3rd and 4th, but I missed them due to work. Is it possible to have the items delivered earlier today before the time slot of 3pm to 5pm? I have to leave for work at 4pm. Please urgently provide a response. Thank you.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this email because I have tried to contact you several times through different channels. I bought an item from Ebay that was supposed to be delivered by your company. However, I have not received this item yet. Upon checking the status of my parcel, I was told that it has been delivered. I find it unfair that I paid £15.39 and have not received my parcel. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me promptly to address this matter. I paid for my parcel to be delivered on the 2nd of December, but Hermes did not show up. After contacting JD Williams, I was informed that the parcel could not be delivered and was rescheduled for the 3rd, which also did not happen. Promised again for the 4th, they claimed it was on the way, but it's now the 5th, and I still have not received my parcel. My tracking number is [redacted].

I have been waiting for my delivery from you since November 18th. Every time I track my order, it shows that it is at the depot and will be delivered in the next two working days. Today is December 5th, and I still haven't received my parcel. I would appreciate it if you could update me on the status of my package and provide an estimated delivery date. I have already paid for this item, but it seems to be stuck at your sorting office. I am quite dissatisfied with the service I have received so far.

I've been eagerly awaiting my parcel for three weeks now. Could you please connect me with Melissa Sibanda from the escalations team at extension [redacted]? I go by Mrs. Susan Spensley, and I reside at 23 Suffolk Avenue, Droylsden, M43 7PP. The tracking number for my parcel is [redacted][redacted]. The messages I've been receiving are quite confusing, stating that my parcel is out for delivery, then delayed, then delivered to the wrong address, and even that the tracking number doesn't match the postcode. This situation has been extremely stressful for me, and I would appreciate some assistance in resolving it.

Good afternoon, I received an email stating that my parcel was delivered and signed for at 09:49. However, I am still at work and have not signed for anything. Hello, I was expecting a delivery on Tuesday that I have yet to receive. I was notified of a cancellation yesterday and was told it would be delivered within the next 24 hours. When a service promises next-day delivery, I do not anticipate waiting until the end of the week. The lack of communication and updates from the delivery service is frustrating. This is not the first time Hermes has disappointed me in this manner. I purchased an item on eBay, and the seller used your service to deliver it through Hermes with tracking number [redacted][redacted] to 31 Peveril Mount, Eccleshill, Bradford, BD23JY. Your system indicates the package was signed for at 12:57, but it was not received at the delivery address. No delivery card was left, and I reviewed my CCTV footage from 12:40 to 1:20, showing no delivery to my address. I urgently need to know the whereabouts of the parcel and who signed for it. Dear customer service, I am reaching out regarding my parcel with reference number [redacted][redacted]. I have been eagerly waiting for its delivery, which was supposed to arrive within a maximum of five days, with today being the absolute deadline, considering Saturday as a working day according to information provided by John Lewis. Upon checking the tracking information, the status shows that the parcel has been at the Hermes depot since Sunday at 3 AM. This information has remained unchanged on the website since Sunday. I have even spoken to our regular Hermes delivery person, who confirmed not having any deliveries scheduled for us. This parcel holds replacements for items from John Lewis, with the previous delivery (which this one is replacing) arriving within 2 days via Royal Mail. The contents are gifts intended to be sent overseas, making their timely arrival crucial. Given that the tracking information suggests the parcel has been with Hermes since December 1st, and today being the 5th, I expected it to have arrived by now. I urgently seek clarification on the status of this delivery as I need to wrap and send these replacement items promptly. I received an email from Hermes yesterday informing me that my order was on its way for delivery within the window of 5:00 PM to 9:45 PM. I eagerly waited, but unfortunately, the package did not arrive. Regrettably, I accidentally deleted the email and now I'm unsure about the specific product being delivered. I am concerned that it may have been delivered to the incorrect apartment number, leaving it vulnerable to theft. To add to my worries, no delivery card was left at my doorstep. This is particularly alarming to me as I believe it could possibly be the keyboard that I ordered, a product I cannot afford to lose.

I recently made a purchase on Amazon with a delivery scheduled through Hermes for yesterday. Unfortunately, the parcel has not arrived, and I am unable to track it as I don't have a tracking number. I attempted to call Hermes, but it seems that the offices were closed even though their hours state they are open until 6pm. This situation is concerning for me as last year I had a similar issue where some of my child's Christmas presents were lost by Hermes, resulting in me being out of pocket. Receiving deliveries without a required signature is concerning and unprofessional. I suggest a simple solution: I will have a weatherproof notice displayed at the end of my driveway. This notice will include my name, location, and authorize Hermes to leave packages without a signature. Rest assured, I will maintain this notice to ensure smooth deliveries.

When instructing couriers that my signature is unnecessary during deliveries, there is a notable concern that the GPS navigation could lead them to the wrong place. If the courier is unfamiliar with my area, they might leave my items at the incorrect location without securing a signature. Retrieving valuable goods in this situation is something I prefer not to worry about.

I found my package left on my doorstep in the rain (which I want to clarify has no porch) without any notification. Despite being home all day, the package, paper products specifically, was only discovered around 10:00 p.m. My doorbell and knocker were operational, yet no attempt was made to alert me. I received an email stating that my package, delivered by Darren from Hermes, was left in my porch at 10:54, which is inaccurate as I do not have a porch. My front door faces the road directly without any cover or shelter from the rain. This misleading information has caused me frustration, as this is not the first time I've had issues with deliveries through Hermes. Hello, I recently sent a parcel to my customer, and despite your service stating it was delivered, my customer did not receive it as there is no outbuilding at their address. I have contacted Hermes multiple times via email and telephone but have not received a satisfactory response. I am frustrated as I paid for the delivery of a high-value item that was not successfully delivered after three attempts. I am now facing a loss of £80 for the item's value and an additional £8.85 for postage and insurance. This situation has left me out of pocket due to Hermes' error. I have evidence to support my claim and request a full refund for the failed delivery. I have had to reimburse my buyer on eBay, and this issue is not my fault. One parcel addressed to Penny Hughes at 89 Wimbledon Parkside, Wimbledon, SW19 5LR was not received by any residents on the specified date, as confirmed by CCTV footage. The records state that a neighbor received it, but I, Alasdair Hughes, the caretaker at Fairlawns Property, can confirm that the parcel bearing a delivery confirmation was not received by anyone at that address at the scheduled time. The delivery was to take place between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, which matches my work hours at the property. I have spoken to all residents and neighbors in our small building, and none of them received the parcel. The CCTV footage also shows that no resident signed for it.
