I accidentally left my iPad in seat 2B on flight 68 from LIH to OAK on 05/23/23. After contacting HI Air's chatbot, they provided me with OAK baggage claim's phone number. Despite multiple attempts calling and following the prompts, I hit a dead end. Upon visiting HI Air at OAK on the morning of the 24th, an employee checked but mentioned the plane had flown to Maui instead of LIH. She took down my ticket and DL information, assuring me the iPad might resurface and Hawiian Air would reach out. I was given another number that appeared disconnected when I tried calling. I am unsure of my next steps and would appreciate some guidance.

Hello Hawaiian Airlines team, I am considering using your services to fly from Western Europe to Hawaii's big island with my cat weighing 12 lbs. We plan to have her travel in the cabin with me. I have come across the "Sherpa Original Deluxe Guaranteed On-Board" medium-size carrier, measuring 17” by 11” by 10.5” high, which is slightly larger than the recommended size but with a flexible top to fit under the seat. Another carrier I found appealing is the Easy Vet Visit Pet Carrier for Medium Cats and Small Dogs, with three entries and dimensions of 17” by 11” by 11” high. If these are not suitable, could you kindly provide me with links to approved cat carriers for pets up to 12 lbs that comply with your under-seat requirements? Thank you for your assistance.

Last Saturday, at HNL airport, Hawaiian Airlines caused a delay with our bags on an inter-island flight just before our Delta return flight home. Delta ultimately transported the bags back to JFK on a flight the following day but declined to deliver them, claiming it was Hawaiian Airlines' responsibility. Both airlines are blaming each other. Amidst this, I, as a cancer patient, have crucial supplies and medical equipment in a bag stuck at JFK Terminal 4 under Delta's care.

Our luggage was mistakenly flown to Maui while we stayed in Portland after canceling our flight due to the wildfire situation. We are currently in a hotel and are eager to have our luggage returned to Portland tonight, as we reside in eastern Oregon, a 6-hour drive from PDX. Despite numerous attempts to contact the baggage phone line, we have yet to receive a response. The missing baggage consists of two large silver hard cases, both tagged with lime green tags with the codes TQAAUR. The names associated with the bags are Jan F. and Kevin W. Contact can be made at [redacted] for Jan F. and [redacted] for Kevin W.
