I am looking to book a trip from San Antonio, Texas, to Port Gibson, MS, with transfers in Houston and Baton Rouge following the I-10 route, then Highway 61. However, I am experiencing difficulties booking the return trip online. Your booking system seems to have an issue. I am currently in Port Gibson and need to travel south on Highway 61 to Baton Rouge, transfer to a westbound bus through Houston, and finally reach my destination in San Antonio, TX. I am hoping to travel on August 22 when the southbound Delta bus stops in Port Gibson at 2:25 pm. I simply need to purchase this ticket, but your app does not allow me to do so. I do not want the long detour north to Memphis, then Dallas before San Antonio, and I am looking to avoid any additional costs. Can you please assist me in buying the necessary ticket? I recently took a bus from Toledo, Ohio to Crossville, TN after many years. I paid $19.99 for extra baggage, but they didn't check the number of bags. In Louisville KY, we almost got stranded, but luckily another bus going to Nashville allowed us to board. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I hope improvements can be made.

I purchased a ticket last night from Panama City Beach, FL to Mobile, Alabama with a departure time of 1:05 a.m. and arrival at 5:25 a.m. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to the bus terminal on time, so I called at 11:43 a.m. this morning to reschedule for later in the evening. Initially, the agents agreed to this change with an additional $12 payment for the price difference. However, at the last moment, I was informed of a $30 cancellation fee which was unexpected. Despite my efforts to clarify and resolve the situation, my ticket was voided, and I felt frustrated and taken advantage of as I made the attempt to comply with the changes promptly. The supervisor later explained the 24-hour notice policy for changes, but I had only booked the ticket the previous night and called well in advance of the departure time. I am disappointed with how this situation was handled and feel unfairly charged for a cancellation fee when I was willing to pay the price difference for rescheduling.

I took bus [redacted] BN# [redacted] from Tulsa, OK to Holbrook, AZ. During the trip, someone boarded the bus and placed their suitcase, which is identical to mine, in the same spot where I had put mine. Now, I have someone else's suitcase and mine is in LA, California. I desperately need to get my suitcase back as it contains my life in it. I received a call from a Greyhound employee saying he has my suitcase at [redacted], but when I try calling back to inquire about it, there is no answer. My number is [redacted]. The name on the ticket on my suitcase is Tina Bailey because my name was mistakenly put on her luggage. Since we no longer speak and everything was in her name, I am unable to find out about my belongings. Can anyone assist me with this situation?

Hello, I want to share my recent experience with Greyhound/Citiliner. I found the service to be very poor on a trip I took in April from Pretoria to Johannesburg, then transferring to the Via Vryheid bus. The buses were dirty with cockroaches crawling around, no air-conditioning, and uncomfortable broken seats, which made the journey very unpleasant. I have been a loyal Greyhound customer for decades and have never encountered such conditions. I hope that Greyhound can improve their service by providing clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable buses for passengers in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards

Dear all, my name is Darshan Desai. I attempted to purchase a ticket from Dallas to Houston for the 29th of August yesterday morning. Unfortunately, when I tried to proceed with the credit card payment, the button seemed unresponsive, likely due to a technical glitch. As a result, I selected the option to receive a barcode instead. However, upon reaching the suggested payment locations, I discovered that the barcode was invalid. After visiting multiple centers and wasting time without success, I was forced to cancel the transaction. When I tried to rebook online, I was prompted to pay $[redacted] instead of the initial $73. This technical issue not only led to additional costs but also caused significant inconvenience, especially considering my unwell daughter. Yesterday, while boarding your bus to New York, we were informed of a 2-hour delay. We were dropped off at the station in freezing temperatures, and the bus ended up being 2 hours late, making us wait for over 4 hours. As a result of the cold temperatures and the lengthy wait, I have become sick with a fever. Many passengers contacted customer service regarding missed connections, including someone with a plane ticket for the next day. This experience will impact me in the coming days as I spent a significant amount of money but ended up wasting a lot of time. We were meant to arrive in New York by 4:00 AM, but we ended up getting there three hours later than scheduled.

On August 9, [redacted], I left Tulsa, Oklahoma, heading to Holbrook, Arizona on Bus #[redacted]. Unfortunately, the bus departed before I could retrieve my suitcase. Thankfully, a Greyhound employee in Phoenix, Arizona, contacted me about having my suitcase and initially promised to send it to Tulsa. After some confusion and multiple unsuccessful attempts to get my belongings back, I am still without my suitcase containing over $[redacted] worth of clothes, medication, and personal items. Despite assurances from the Phoenix Greyhound station and Raul, the staff seem unaware of the situation. The constant delays have made it incredibly inconvenient, especially as a disabled individual who had to spend extra money on transportation. All I want is to be reunited with my lost belongings.

I traveled by bus from Tulsa on August 9th to Holbrook on August 10th. Unfortunately, the bus left before I could retrieve my suitcase, which ended up in Phoenix. A man called me on August 25th to say he had my suitcase and would put it on the bus to Tulsa at 10 am on the 26th, arriving at 2 pm on August 27th. Despite my efforts and a two-hour drive from Kansas to pick it up, the suitcase was not on that bus. I paid $75 for the trip and faced significant inconvenience due to this situation, given my disability and the value of the items in the suitcase, including $[redacted] in clothes and $[redacted] in medication. The Greyhound employee's misleading information and mishandling of my luggage have caused me distress. I have been trying to contact a specific individual regarding my case at phone number [redacted], but have had difficulty getting clear answers from different people I spoke to.

On Thursday, August 31, my daughter's bus from Milwaukee to Tomah, WI, never arrived as scheduled at 6:05 pm. After being informed it would be delayed by an hour, they were later told it was canceled. The next available bus might depart at 2 am or around 3 pm the next day. Distressed by the situation, she accepted a ride from strangers to reach Tomah. She now needs to return to Milwaukee, wishing to transfer her unused fare to a new ticket for departure tomorrow afternoon. The uncertainty of the bus service has left us anxious and disappointed. I am hesitant to purchase another ticket online, concerned that the same issue might recur. She has college classes early Tuesday morning in Milwaukee, adding to the urgency of the situation.

I traveled by bus from Tulsa, OK to Holbrook, AZ. Unfortunately, my suitcase ended up in Phoenix, AZ instead of coming with me. After receiving a call from a Greyhound employee on August 25th, ensuring me they would put my suitcase on a bus back to Tulsa for me to collect the next day, I made the journey twice, only to find it wasn't there. Despite another promise from the Greyhound employee to send it out that day, it still didn't arrive. The bus driver was unaware of the situation, and now I am struggling to get in touch with anyone from Greyhound. I have a contact number of the person who has my suitcase but after several attempts, no one is answering my calls.

I experienced a challenging situation when I missed my final connection with Greyhound, leaving me stranded in a unfamiliar city. Despite having paid for the trip, I had to purchase an additional train ticket to reach my destination. My return trip (Booking Number [redacted]) was canceled by Greyhound, leading me to cancel the entire round trip. While I received a full refund for the canceled leg from Pittsburgh, PA to Baltimore, MD, the return leg refund from Baltimore, MD to Pittsburgh, PA was only partially refunded in the form of a voucher, which is of no use to me. I believe I am entitled to a full cash refund for the entire trip due to Greyhound's cancellation. If a cash refund is not possible, I kindly request the remaining amount of $89.96 to be refunded to me promptly. Additionally, I would appreciate it if the voucher (REBBU6LNDLUM) could be canceled. My luggage was mistakenly sent to Phoenix, AZ. A Greyhound employee assured me on Aug 25th that he would place it on a bus to Tulsa at 10 am the next day and advised me to be in Tulsa by 2 pm on the 27th. However, when I arrived in Tulsa, my suitcase was not there. Upon contacting the employee, he mentioned he had forgotten but claimed to have sent it that morning for arrival the following day, which did not happen. I have been unable to reach them through the provided contact number. I am anxious to discover the whereabouts of my suitcase, which is labeled with Tina Bailey's name and phone number, while another tag with my name and number, Phillip Ardrey [redacted], was also attached but later removed. Strangely, when calling from my phone, there is no response, but using a different phone connects the call. The contact number for the location where my suitcase should be is [redacted].

I received a call on August 25th from a Greyhound employee, James, in Phoenix, Arizona, stating he had my suitcase and would send it to me in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He mentioned it would arrive on August 27th at 2 p.m., but it did not show up. After a call at 3 p.m. on August 27th, James stated he forgot to send it that day and promised it would reach Tulsa on August 28th. However, it did not arrive. My suitcase is still in Phoenix. I have been facing challenges contacting James as he has blocked my number. I recently spoke with Cindy on September 14th, who insisted I speak to James. I am frustrated as I have valuable items in the suitcase. I have requested to speak to a supervisor without success. I hope someone can reach out to James in Phoenix to resolve this matter as my belongings are misplaced.

During my recent trip, my suitcase was mistakenly sent to Phoenix, AZ instead of with me. I was in touch with an individual named James at [redacted]. Unfortunately, he provided misinformation by claiming he had rerouted my luggage to Tulsa, Oklahoma, resulting in significant travel expenses for me. Despite the mix-up, my suitcase remains in Phoenix. Strangely, my phone number has been blocked from contacting James. When I've tried reaching out from other numbers, I've been directed back to James, who allegedly has my belongings, including new clothes, shoes, pants, and electronic devices. I have been able to locate my suitcase in Phoenix, but communicating with the individual holding it has proven to be a challenge.

I travelled from Tulsa to Holbrook on August 9th, and unfortunately, my suitcase was taken by mistake by the bus. I was contacted by James from Greyhound in Phoenix on August 26th, who informed me that he had my suitcase. He mentioned that he would put it on a bus headed to Tulsa, but it did not arrive on the promised dates of the 26th or 28th. To my frustration, my calls to James in Phoenix are now being blocked. Online tracking indicates that my suitcase is still in Phoenix.

My brother is currently stranded in Boise due to a significant delay and urgently needs to reach Tulsa, Oklahoma.
