I'm Mark Mccowan and I'm trying to regain access to my account, [redacted] After my phone broke, I changed the recovery option, but then I lost the phone. Now, with my original phone number back, I can't log in because I forgot the password and can't access the recovery phone number. My son's secondary email is no longer accessible. I was advised to contact [redacted], but can't reach anyone. I know my security questions and can provide ID verification. Please contact me at my youngest son's email, [redacted]

Hi there, around a year or two ago, my original Gmail account got hacked ([redacted]). I noticed someone changed the email associated with it to habib........@gmail when I tried to log in recently. It didn't bother me much at the time since I had created a new account. However, I recently realized I can't access my PlayStation because my Yahoo account is linked to the compromised Gmail. I'm unable to recover either account since I can't provide the requested phone numbers and creation dates. It's worrisome to think someone has access to my credit card information and about four years of saved data on PlayStation. I would greatly appreciate any help in regaining access to my accounts. I can verify that the account is mine as I used my name (herbie) to set it up. All I really want is to be able to use my PS4 again. Thank you.

I am a senior citizen with a disability living alone, relying heavily on email for communication. One of my email accounts, [redacted], crucial for my jewelry business, has been blocked by Google for not posting a photo. Due to a past violent incident where my ex-husband harmed me, I am very cautious about sharing personal information or photos online. My business is suffering due to this block, and I am unable to reach a sympathetic human representative at Google to resolve this issue. I appeal for understanding and assistance in getting my business email unblocked without compromising my privacy and safety. Thank you for your help. - Beryl

I encountered issues trying to transfer Google account to a new phone, from a Samsung Grand Prime to a Motorola G7. The transfer repeatedly failed, displaying an error message. Additionally, I received a vague notification from Google saying I am not using the latest Google Apps without specifying which apps need updating. I use Google across multiple devices including a computer, old phone, tablet, and a new iPad. Motorola support suggested that the accounts might not be synced properly, even though they seemed synchronized on my other devices. After factory resetting the new phone, I got locked out, and they advised me to exchange it for a new one from Amazon. I plan to attempt the transfer again once I receive the replacement phone. Can anyone explain why the migration is unsuccessful? And what does the mysterious message about outdated Google apps imply, as it lacks details on how to resolve the issue?

I would like to request the closure of all accounts under my name, particularly the Gmail accounts, and the permanent deletion of all my personal data. After resolving the issues caused by your developers, I would appreciate it if my SSN could be unblocked. Numerous accounts, including online banking with PayPal, have been locked by the developers leading to me being unable to access them, and funds are being held by the university's billing department, possibly by Jason. Furthermore, I have sold data to Alien Array, who may have information about me under surveillance. I need to cease the traffic being directed to the dark web and focus on my work, ensuring fair compensation. My expertise in technology and research has been pivotal, as I have been involved in computer studies for over 20 years, transitioning from a hacker to a tracker and vulnerability tester. I am Michael Lynn Poteet II, the Google Keyword Manager Director, reachable at [redacted] I urge the task force to discontinue monitoring activities.

I was informed about receiving a new phone and number, which led me to save my pictures on a disc. Unfortunately, only [redacted] out of [redacted] pictures transferred successfully, leaving me with [redacted] photos still on the old device. I attempted to store [redacted] pictures in a Google document, but I cannot access them due to a password issue. Despite trying all my usual passwords and utilizing the recovery page, I am unable to verify my identity to retrieve the pictures. The verification code is being sent to my old, inactive number, adding to my distress as these photos are irreplaceable memories of my late grandpa and me. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated as these pictures hold immense sentimental value to me.

I believe that my Google accounts have been compromised. While attempting to change the passwords, the perpetrator swiftly altered them to unknown credentials. Furthermore, they changed the associated contact information, preventing me from regaining control over all but one of my Gmail accounts. Unfortunately, the remaining Gmail account linked to my bank account was breached, resulting in a substantial monetary loss. My bank has taken action by freezing the affected accounts. Regrettably, the hacker also gained access to my spouse's contact details, listed in my account for recovery purposes. I am urgently seeking assistance in reclaiming access to this critical account as it is financially linked. During the recovery process, I encounter obstacles as the hacker has set up alternate phone numbers and email addresses for verification, impeding my progress. I am distressed by this situation and appeal for prompt resolution. Please reach out to me via phone call, email, or text message at the earliest opportunity. Sincerely, Dan J. ([redacted])

I am Lindsay Isaac Kwamena Yaidoo, a Ghanaian student at Mangalore University in India. I have used my Gmail '[redacted]' for over four years. Recently, after upgrading my laptop's operating system, I can't remember my password to log in. I have changed my phone number multiple times due to travel, but my current number is linked to the account. I recall at least one previous password and believe I created the account around [redacted] or [redacted]. Despite several failed attempts at account recovery, I fear Google may have locked me out. My account contains my personal details, and it's crucial for me, as I use it on ResearchGate. Any help with recovering it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am unsure why my account was suddenly disabled. I set up my account [redacted] for my videography business to showcase my work and handle legal matters for my brand. It is frustrating to be locked out of this account that is crucial for my business. My clients may need to reach me through this email, and it is associated with my brand and various domains. It is troublesome that I cannot just create a new account with the same username. I have reviewed Google's policies multiple times and submitted requests without breaching any rules. I suspect my account may have been hacked because I cannot find any other valid reason for its sudden disablement.

Hello, Google. My phone, a Motorola G7 Power, was stolen at the gym. I cannot access my Gmail account now that I have a Samsung S10+. The website won't let me request a recovery code anymore since I've tried so many times before. Please help me. I don't use the Yahoo email ([redacted]) as my recovery email, and I don't know the password for it. I rely solely on my Gmail account ([redacted]) where all my contacts and apps are, including my mobile banking app which I urgently need access to. I prefer not to create another account, but if needed, another Yahoo account I can be reached at is [redacted] I hope to regain access to my account.

Hello, my name is Sausan, and I'm reaching out for assistance regarding my mother's Gmail account. Yesterday, I purchased a new iPad for her. She tried creating a new Apple ID with her Gmail account to simplify downloading apps. Unfortunately, she made multiple unsuccessful login attempts with the wrong password. When she turned to me for help, I retrieved her email details from my diary where I secure all my passwords. However, after entering the correct information one last time, it displayed an error message stating it couldn't be restored. I attempted to recover the email using the verification method, but she has changed her phone number since signing up and no longer has access to the original number. Although we possess the expired SIM card, it's of no help. As her email is linked to various subscriptions, I kindly request assistance in recovering her account. I'm sharing my email address for any verification required. Thank you.

I received an email from Abu Khalifa Hospital Abu Dhabi regarding an approval for a position I applied for. Upon closer inspection, the email seemed suspicious to me, as the salary offered for a receptionist position was unusually high. The email also repeatedly mentioned that any fees paid in Egypt would be reimbursed upon arrival in the UAE. To verify the legitimacy of the email, I researched the hospital online but could not find any information about it. Furthermore, the address provided led me to Al Noor Hospital, raising more red flags. This experience has convinced me that this is indeed a scam. I believe it would be beneficial for Google to alert others who may have received similar emails from this sender to prevent them from falling victim to this fraudulent scheme.

I have been dealing with a hacker for a year now who seems to have access to all my Gmail accounts. I tried getting a new phone and Sim card, but the hacker follows me to every device I use, including my friend's phone. I suspect they have also accessed my bank account. I need help investigating this issue to find evidence of the hacker's activity dating back to November [redacted] so I can claim the $[redacted] stolen from me. I am considering wiping my computer accounts clean but need to ensure the hacker isn't monitoring me. The hacker even caused my charging port to burn up. Any assistance in researching this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - C. M. Deguzman
