I need to return a defective phone with Case ID [1-[redacted][redacted]] and the standard replacement request RMA[redacted]8. I received a message from Google support stating that they can exchange the device as it was bought from a retailer. They mentioned sending the phone back to Google, and once received, they would ship a replacement device in 5-10 business days. I need to reply with my full name, phone number, and shipping address to proceed. Although they mentioned sending prepaid labels for the device return, I have not received the email with the instructions. I have contacted [redacted] multiple times to request this email but have not received it. The latest response I received stated the email was sent again, but I have yet to receive it. This morning, I factory reset my phone to its original settings. When I attempted to log in with my main Google account ([redacted]), it asked for 2-step verification. However, I couldn't complete it because my cellphone is currently off, so I can't use the phone number associated with my account. When I tried other verification options, it couldn't connect to my device. Now, Google is requesting more information to confirm my identity since I've tried multiple times without success. Despite suggesting to choose a known Wi-Fi network and use a previously signed-in device, I'm unable to proceed. I am using my only cellphone, which was logged in last night before the reset.

I am facing a couple of issues. Firstly, I am communicating with individuals who are using Google Voice numbers, but I am unsure of their actual location and identity. Is there a method to determine their precise location through the service they are using? Secondly, I purchased a Google Play gift card that is not functioning correctly. Despite following the dispute procedure, I consistently receive an error message stating that it is not suitable for appeal.

Yesterday, I fell victim to fraud when I dialed a number I found on Google for Amazon Customer Service. My bank informed me that this is not an isolated incident. I discovered this number at the top of my search results and trusted it was accurate. It is crucial for Google to remove this deceptive number and identify the individuals behind it. I, along with others in my small town, have been affected. Losing $2,[redacted] has greatly impacted me as a retiree living on a limited income. Apparently, the money cannot be recovered as the fraudsters used Zelle. I believe Google shares some responsibility in this matter and should not enable criminals by promoting fake numbers. It's distressing how easily this fraudulent number appeared in my search. I urge Google to thoroughly vet any numbers they display as customer service contacts. I seek a resolution and demand accountability from those responsible for the financial loss we have endured due to this misleading information.

Hello, I need help recovering my Gmail account. I recently lost my smartphone and can't remember my password since I was always logged in. I have important contacts saved there, so it's crucial that I regain access. Despite my efforts, I can't retrieve my account without the smartphone for codes and access to my alternative email for recovery. This issue has prevented me from working and communicating with others. It's causing significant problems as I rely on the account for work, family, and various online information. I hope there is a more detailed process to recover my account. I'm desperate to regain access; creating a new account isn't a viable solution as all my important data is in the inaccessible one. My previous girlfriend damaged my cellphone with a bat, making it impossible for me to access my accounts. Last month, I experienced a carjacking, during which my phone and computer were stolen. The thieves used my unlocked phone to compromise my email account by changing the recovery settings. My email is tied to a custom domain, ramsey.love, hosted on a legacy unlimited plan with Google Workspace that I purchased for ~$60 a few years ago. I am urgently seeking assistance to recover my email account as the identity thieves have locked me out. Although I lost my backup phrases stored on the stolen computer, I have regained access to my domain settings through the Godaddy portal. Google Support advised me to contact my domain super admin for further assistance. I am unsure if there is a way to resolve this issue and recover my account directly through Google. Additionally, I am considering utilizing my access to domain settings to recreate my Gmail account but have concerns about my Play Store purchases. I am desperate for a resolution and wonder if there is any possibility to speak with a Google representative to address and resolve this situation promptly.

I have been attempting to sign in to Google for the past 2 months, but it keeps saying I am under 13 years old, even though I was born in [redacted]. The one time I could access it, it showed my correct birth year. It prompts me to sign in and update my information, but I am unable to do so because of this issue. Everything, including my bills, is linked to this email address. I am unable to use anything, but I plan to get a new phone now to see if they can assist me, though I am unsure if they can. Hello, I need assistance regaining access to my Google/Gmail account, which has been hacked. Initially, my Facebook and Instagram accounts were compromised, and the hackers have taken over my Instagram page by changing the password and associated email, possibly my phone number as well. Recently, when I click on the 3x3 dots on my desktop screen and select "M" for Gmail, it leads me to a blank page instead of my usual inbox. Despite trying various troubleshooting methods, the issue persists. I am still able to browse the internet, but accessing my emails has become a challenge. Google usually prompts me to sign in with my password to access my accounts, but this time, no such request was made. I have been unable to reach my emails since Saturday, March 4, even though there have been no reported service outages in my area and no one else seems to be experiencing the same problem. My computer does not have Wi-Fi capabilities and is plugged directly into a wall socket. I suspect that the recent setup of a new printer, involving a Wi-Fi setup and USB connection, might be related to this issue. I am sharing another family member's email address below for communication purposes, as I am unable to access my own email at the moment. I have been struggling for days to access my Google account. Despite trying to reset the password, I have not been successful. The verification code sent to my phone is always in the format of G- followed by six numbers, but I am prompted to use seven numbers with no letters. When I am asked to confirm by clicking "yes it's me," I cannot locate the prompt. Additionally, the email with the verification code sometimes goes to my alternate email, but this code is six digits which is rejected. Customer support has been unhelpful, as they are unwilling to assist over the phone without charging a $1 fee for an unwanted monthly customer service subscription. I also received an email claiming my account was recovered, but the further instructions never arrived or were ineffective. Occasionally, the system requests an ID (email) which I am unfamiliar with, and the online information provided was confusing. I am in need of genuine assistance to resolve this issue.

I recently had my phone stolen which has my email attached to the phone number. I cannot remember the password, and all my important information like bank accounts and unemployment details are linked to that email. Also, all my personal photos of my son and accounts like Facebook and Snapchat are inaccessible. I've been experiencing repeated hacks on my account, and Google has not been able to assist me in securing it effectively. I recently observed suspicious activity on my account but did not receive any response. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of assistance. It is a significant breach by a hacker, and I require immediate resolution to prevent further intrusions into my account. I am unwilling to incur any costs associated with contacting America. My account is based in the UK, and you are legally obligated to ensure the security of my account. Urgent action is necessary, or I will involve the fraud department.
