I am unable to find the directions I need from [redacted] Zhale Smith Rd. LaGrange, KY [redacted] to [redacted] S. Limestone, Lexington, KY on Google Maps. The route I am looking for is from Zhale Smith Rd. to N. Hwy. 53 to I-71 south to Gene Snyder Hwy to I-64 East, then take exit 72-A to US 60 E to Man of War Blvd., make several turns until reaching Nicholasville Rd. and finally to [redacted] S. Limestone. Could you please email or text me these directions so I can print them out? Additionally, I require a map with directions from [redacted] Zhale Smith Rd. to Hwy. 53, then to Hwy. 55, and onto Hwy. 64 E, exiting at 72-A (following the same turns as above). I must be able to print these maps for insurance reasons. Thank you for your help.

Could you please update the street view more frequently? Every time I check my address HX1 5QR, I've gone through 4 cars since the last update. Similarly, my mom's address at HX3 9DZ has also changed, with her neighbor having 2 new cars and their grass being tarmacked. The aerial view is outdated too. Also, there are ongoing road widening works on A629 at Salterhebble, not reflected in the last street view update. Please consider updating the street view maps to accurately represent these changes.

I have noticed that Google Maps incorrectly shows Old Pine Rd running through my lower yard, causing Amazon delivery vehicles to mistakenly drive through my property before realizing it is private land. I reside at [redacted] Wells Rd, Ford VA [redacted], with Old Pine Rd being a dead end road off Baltimore Rd in Ford VA [redacted]. I am concerned about this issue and the disturbance it causes on my property. Tonight, I witnessed an Amazon van crossing my yard without authorization, ignoring the sign at the entrance of my driveway indicating the correct route. I would appreciate any assistance in correcting this mapping error. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, R. M.

I experienced an issue with Google Maps during a recent road trip from Detroit, Michigan to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I specifically chose a toll-free route, but somewhere along the way, Google Maps rerouted me without my knowledge, leading me to incur unexpected toll charges. I understand that the app aims to provide the fastest route, but automatically changing my chosen path is frustrating. This has happened before and has cost me around $10 to $15 in toll fees. While I can afford these costs, I believe Google should take responsibility for these toll charges due to the inconvenience caused.

I am having trouble getting Google Maps to update the county road name to the correct information, which is causing issues with receiving deliveries from FedEx and UPS. The correction needed is for a road in Maries County to be displayed as Maries Road [redacted] instead of Maries Road [redacted]. The correct section should run from the junction of County Road [redacted] to the junction of County Road [redacted]. There is a discrepancy where a part of the road is labeled as [redacted] but abruptly changes to a private driveway. Additionally, the addresses assigned to this section are incorrect as they have been labeled as [redacted]. This inaccuracy could potentially lead to challenges in locating residences during emergencies.

I am curious about the date when the Google Maps photo of [redacted] Canal Street in Derby was taken. The Street View image depicts the school under construction at the time of the incident we experienced on the damaged road section. The local highways department claims the road was in good condition before May 31, [redacted], but the Google Maps photo I saw earlier shows the same damage. This damaged section of the road caused significant harm to our Porsche. I would be grateful to know the date of the Google Maps image currently available online. Sincerely, N. Walker

I kindly request the removal of the listing for Dan's Auto, which is currently displayed on maps above my disabled daughter's mobile home. She has experienced multiple hacking incidents involving 10 phones, 2 laptops, and 4 routers. As she is unfamiliar with the email or phone number associated with this listing, we are unable to remove it ourselves. I am in the process of establishing a business for my son on our property, which comprises three lots - one for myself (Dan Hildreth) and my wife, one for our disabled daughter, and one for our grandson. We have encountered a similar issue on realtor.com, where my daughter was erroneously listed as the owner of our property. These problems began last June when my daughter was first hacked and have since affected both my wife and me. It is crucial to have Dan's Auto listing removed promptly to address this troubling situation. Thank you.

I reside at [redacted] N 5th Avenue in Monrovia [redacted], north of Foothill Blvd. Due to your app's limitation without distinguishing between north and south, my food and supplies aren't reaching me. This issue has led retailers to doubt my claims for constant refunds and replacements. Despite Mr. Espinoza from Community Development in Monrovia reaching out to request the correction, it has yet to be implemented. This oversight is affecting my health and well-being. Please update your records promptly to include North and South directions. Time is critical. Roberta J. [redacted] N 5th Avenue Monrovia [redacted]

Concerning a situation at [redacted] Frost Ave, Hanmer, ON regarding a business mistakenly added to my home address. Last night, a customer looking for a pot store woke me up at midnight. There seems to be an error where Google Maps lists our construction company as a pot store, which could harm our reputation. I am frustrated by the lack of communication available to address this issue promptly. It is concerning how Google Maps can allow an unverified addition to a residential address. I urgently request the removal of this inaccurate listing. My name is Sylvie Boisvert, and I can be reached at [redacted]. Additionally, a picture of my minor son appears on the listing and must be taken down for privacy reasons. This breach of safety and invasion of privacy has caused distress, and I seek accountability from those responsible. Speaking with a representative is crucial to resolve this matter. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. Sylvie Boisvert

Subject: Incorrect Information on Google Maps Dear Google Maps Team, I am writing to bring to your attention an error in the mapping of our village. Our village, Deopura, located in Chittorgarh district, Rajasthan, with the pin code [redacted], is not accurately reflected on Google Maps. Instead, another village, Balkundi Kalan with the pin code [redacted], is being displayed in place of ours. This inaccuracy is leading individuals to the wrong locations as the nearby village locations are also incorrect. It is essential to address this issue promptly as many people rely on Google Maps for navigation purposes. We have attempted to take screenshots to illustrate the problem, but unfortunately, there is no option to attach media files here. Kindly investigate and rectify this error as a matter of urgency. Your prompt action on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards, Vishnu Sharma

Hello, I reside at 10 St Mochta's Glen in Clonsilla, Dublin 15, Ireland, with the Eircode D15 V6Y7. When inputting the address into Google Maps solely by the address, it accurately routes to my house. However, if only the Eircode is entered, it directs to my neighbors at 16 St Mochta's Lawn due to incorrect routing. This issue has caused annoyance to my neighbors and various problems arise as most companies now solely rely on the Eircode for deliveries. This has led to disturbances like late-night food deliveries and early morning skip collections, resulting in a serious altercation. Our neighbors are rightfully frustrated with handling our constant deliveries. We are a household of six people, so this is a significant inconvenience. Urgent rectification of the Eircode routing is requested to resolve this situation promptly. Thank you. - Celine Madigan

Around 2 to 3 years ago, the primary entrance to Fox Ridge Town Homes in Limerick, PA, located on Hunter Lane between Kugler Road and Swamp Pike, is no longer being recognized by Google Maps and Waze. As a result, visitors and delivery personnel are being directed to a different entrance on Lakeside Drive, causing confusion and delays. This sudden change has led to individuals mistakenly entering the nearby Fox Ridge Apartments instead. It is unclear why this alteration occurred, as the original entry point had been accurately displayed on maps for an extended period. Best regards, Irv Levy

I have made countless attempts to update my home address on the maps, but it continues to be incorrect. This is causing delivery issues, and I urgently need to fix this problem. I reside in Desert Garden, a new development. My address is [redacted] N 68th Drive, Glendale, AZ [redacted]. The current mapping only leads to 69th Ave, neglecting the turns onto Discovery and 68th Drive to reach my home. The missing directions can be seen in the picture I have attached. Your help in rectifying this matter would be greatly valued.

I am experiencing an issue with Google Maps directing users to the wrong entrance of our community. I currently serve as the Chairman of the Groves Community Development District, located at [redacted] Melogold Circle in Land O Lakes, Florida [redacted]. While our main entrance is off U.S. 41 with security guards, Google Maps is directing customers to the back gate, which is meant for residents only and lacks security measures, off Pleasant Plains Parkway. Commercial traffic frequently gets misdirected there, causing damage to the gates. Despite past attempts by residents to address this, Google Maps has not shown any interest in fixing the problem. I would like this issue addressed. If unable to correct this, I would appreciate information on how to reach the CEO of Google Maps for further assistance. Thank you. - Bill B., Chairman

I am a local government employee from the City of Richmond, Virginia. We are exploring ways to share information on long-term street closures with mapping apps like Google and WAZE to improve accuracy. This collaboration will prevent motorists from being directed to closed roads, enhancing safety for both the City and contractors. Currently, drivers are entering hazardous work zones due to navigation apps. While these apps allow user updates, I seek a more efficient method for our PR representative to alert the public without the need to log in to multiple platforms for each update. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly valued.

In Coupeville, WA [redacted], there is a road previously known as "[redacted] E" but renamed to "Willow Pond Lane" around [redacted] by the Island County Planning Department. Despite years of being correct on Google Maps, it has recently reverted to the old name. Other mapping services like Apple Maps, MapQuest, and Bing Maps display the updated name correctly. The local authority, US Mail, UPS, and FEDEX all have the accurate information except for Google Maps. Attempts to report the issue within the Google Maps app have been unsuccessful. To resolve this discrepancy, verification and update through Google Maps are needed. Contact me at [redacted] for further assistance. - Carl L. at [redacted] Willow Pond Lane, Coupeville, WA [redacted].

A car stopped on our street today, a rather beat-up vehicle, with a young lady and a man in the passenger seat lying back, so I couldn't see his face. When I approached, she mentioned she was taking photos of my house for Google Maps using her cell phone. Although relieved it wasn't my home, I inquired about her purpose. She explained it was for Google Maps. I was puzzled, as the Google Maps car had recently passed by with its camera. I simply responded with an "Oh." Is it common for regular individuals to take photos for Google Maps in neighborhoods using their cell phones? Should I contact the police? We have extensive video surveillance in our neighborhood, capturing everything. Despite the security, she only photographed a few homes, not all on the street. Is this standard procedure for you? Google Maps has caused us a lot of anxiety due to inaccurately representing our mobile home park location. Our address is 73 Timber Cove Drive in Campbell, California, but on the map, it shows us located about 9 or 10 homes away to the west. This error has led to issues where our neighbors at number 47 have mistakenly received deliveries intended for us. Our Timber Cove Mobile Home Park has a simple layout with one main street and four smaller streets branching from it. The numbering of houses is consecutive, starting with one on the right and going up to 78 before looping back to the entrance. Our neighbor's house, 74, is correctly placed on the map, but ours, 73, is shown much farther west. Please correct this error.

My home address is [redacted] Dixon Way, Los Altos, CA [redacted]. I have noticed that Google Maps is displaying the wrong house in Street View. The image shown is actually of [redacted] Dixon Way, not [redacted]. To clarify, [redacted] Dixon Way is located south of a driveway that leads to multiple houses, including [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] Dixon Way. Our house, [redacted], is the last one on the left side of the driveway. When searching for [redacted], the same image appears as the one listed for [redacted], causing confusion for deliveries and visitors. Despite reporting this issue in detail previously, I never received any acknowledgment or resolution. It would be greatly appreciated if this error could be addressed promptly.

I need assistance with a Google Maps issue. Currently, my business, Chitransh Academy in Bareilly (U.P.), is facing a problem where our contact numbers are merging with another business named Chitransh Academy in Gondia. Even though our page is correctly listed under Chitransh Academy, Bareilly, the contact numbers are showing incorrectly on searches for Chitransh Academy, Gondia. There is a separate Chitransh Academy operating as a school in Gondia, Maharashtra. The issue seems to be that Google has merged our accounts, displaying our contact number [redacted] under Chitransh Academy, Gondia. I have tried editing the information but to no avail. I urgently need help to separate the accounts and correct the information on Google Maps. Please address this issue promptly as it is causing confusion. Feel free to reach out regarding the contact numbers provided. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.
