Hello, I bought lighting equipment from your company recently with order number GW00 [redacted]-[redacted]. I expected to receive three stands and two ring lights based on the online photos. However, I only found two stands in the package that arrived today. Could the shipment have been split into two boxes? I need clarification on this as it seems like an item might be missing. Good morning, I am contacting you on behalf of my disabled brother, Moses R., who has been employed at Goodwill in Landover, Maryland, for the past 13 years without any issues. However, last week, when he received his paycheck, it was only $79. He immediately reached out to payroll and his supervisor as his pay was deposited into another bank account. Despite his reassurances that he did not change his account, they claimed otherwise. They mentioned they are looking into the matter, but a week has passed, and he has not been reimbursed. Today, they informed him that they are unable to assist further. Upset by this situation, my brother involved the police, who are now investigating. This treatment is unacceptable, and my brother deserves his rightful pay. I am seeking immediate assistance regarding this matter due to my brother's disability. My initial order number was G[redacted]4 (the packing slip showed #FO-[redacted]), but my item number [redacted][redacted] was missing. I later found out it was listed as "damaged" and then put up for resale. Why wasn't I offered the damaged item at a discount first? I'm confused by your policies. Despite the high shipping costs, I've been recommending your site to many people. I would be disappointed to now have to tell them about the poor customer service I've experienced. Is there anything you can do to assist me with this issue now?
