However, I only found two stands in the package that arrived today. Could the shipment have been split into two boxes? I need clarification on this as it seems like an item might be missing. My initial order number was G[redacted]4 (the packing slip showed #FO-[redacted]), but my item number [redacted][redacted] was missing. I later found out it was listed as "damaged" and then put up for resale. Why wasn't I offered the damaged item at a discount first? I'm confused by your policies. Despite the high shipping costs, I've been recommending your site to many people. I would be disappointed to now have to tell them about the poor customer service I've experienced. Is there anything you can do to assist me with this issue now?
