On November 1st, I made a purchase around 9 am. An hour later, just after 10 am, the purchase was refunded due to a defective product. I have been waiting for the funds to be released back to my card. Most places have a 2-3 day delay on refunds, but as of before noon on November 4th, the refund is still pending. After contacting phone support five times and experiencing hang-ups, I finally spoke to someone. I explained the issue; however, the representative asked me to verify information I had already entered into the phone system to "verify" my account. It would be more efficient if this information could automatically populate on the screen. After the agent checked the charge, I was informed the funds would be released on November 12th. Despite providing the original and void receipts as proof, the agent stated they couldn't assist further. This situation is frustrating, and if I have to wait until the 12th for the funds to be returned, I may close my card shortly after.

I recently noticed a transaction on my account that I didn't authorize. I acted quickly and reached out to dispute the charge. I was provided with a dispute number and asked to submit my ID multiple times, which I promptly did. Shortly after receiving a new chip-enabled card from Gobank, my card stopped working, and I had to request a replacement. It seems like my account might have been compromised during this period, and I believe it should be looked into further. Unfortunately, my account has been closed, and I've been experiencing difficulties reaching the dispute department as I am continually put on hold. I'm reaching out for assistance in resolving this issue as I am certain I did not make the unauthorized transaction and would like my account reinstated.

It seems that Go Bank intentionally avoids having an email address to evade being held accountable for their responses. This prevents customers from having written documentation of their conversations. Instead of providing satisfactory resolutions, their customer representatives evade responsibility by claiming ignorance and prolonging calls before abruptly ending them. This lack of accountability can be frustrating for customers trying to seek help. This situation highlights a need for improvement in their customer service practices to ensure better support for their clients.

My account was unexpectedly closed, I tried to cash out my GoBank Uber Visa Card this morning at 4:30 am after driving for Uber, but my $[redacted] went missing. I updated my payment info to M&T Bank for my weekly payouts. How can I reopen my card to set up a new direct deposit before my military pension is released on the 20th? GoBank closed my account without explanation. I need assistance accessing the $[redacted] I earned and the $24 in my closed account (ending in [redacted]), can it be transferred to my M&T account ending in [redacted]? I may need to set up a new direct deposit with a different bank if GoBank can't reopen my card ending in [redacted].

Hi, my name is Mohd Ikhmal bin Hamzah. I work at Pasfa Plantation in Bukit Gayong, Pahang. Currently, I'm facing an issue where my Bank Islam account has been blocked due to suspicious transactions. My monthly salary is supposed to be deposited there, but for nearly two months now, I haven't received it. I am married and have a breastfeeding child. I have appealed to the bank branch, but they are requesting a police report since I admit to engaging in online gambling, which I promise not to do again. I tried calling the bank, but they advised me to visit the branch. I attempted to request cash payment at my workplace, but the company insists on Bank Islam. I'm not sure what to do now as I'm at a loss and my family needs the money. I don't know who else to turn to for help.

Ever since acquiring a card through your company, I have encountered numerous issues. Initially, my account was locked due to a refund situation, requiring me to submit the necessary receipts. Although you unlocked my account afterward, I am now facing difficulties activating my card because I no longer have access to the phone number associated with it. Moreover, I am unable to log in to the app and my Outlook email has been compromised. I urgently need assistance to access the funds on my card. I am frustrated as I have not received the refund of $5,[redacted]. My account only reflects $15, despite it being 14 business days since the request. I am planning to seek legal action if the refund is not processed promptly. Please send the money via certified mail overnight. I will consult with a lawyer tomorrow morning regarding this matter.

I have two cards with the same number but different expiration dates and CVVs. I attempted to activate the newer one, but I no longer have access to the phone number or email linked to my account, making it impossible to log into the app. The older card was functional but has gone missing. When I requested a replacement, I was informed it was not an option. How can I regain access to my funds?

I received an email regarding my Uber Debit Card account closure. I called but do not have the card number and do not want to provide my SS#. Can anyone assist with this problem? I am having an issue with my bank card as it is not working with my account despite informing customer service that I have not received the cards. I am unable to update my address on the mobile app. GO2BANK holds my disability funds, and I urgently need access to it since I am disabled and rely on medication with my heart only functioning at 40 percent. I have been trying to resolve this since November 24th, with no success. I was promised a solution during a call this morning, but the process to update my address via a barcode failed. I was informed it would take two more days to rectify the situation. I have previously requested closure of my account and the secured credit card due to non-receipt of cards. Despite being told it was closed and that I would receive a refund check, I have not received it as of the thirteenth. I recently tried to verify my identity by uploading a copy of my driver's license, but unfortunately, the image turned out blurry due to my phone's camera quality. Following this, I received a notification that my account had been permanently locked. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that some of the information provided during the verification process was incorrect. However, I believe if there had been better communication as the representative had difficulty understanding English, she might have inputted the correct answers. Since I am unable to access my account online, I am uncertain how to proceed to withdraw funds from my card.

I recently noticed that my bank proceeded with filing a dispute on my behalf without my initiation. Despite this, I am dismayed that it has been over 10 days since the $90 discrepancy was uncovered, and I have not received any communication regarding this matter. The local grocery store's manager confirmed the transaction issue, and yet, there has been no resolution. I am taking the initiative to document this situation for my legal counsel to review. I find the lack of response or updates concerning, and I feel the need to escalate this further if necessary.

I recently received a form from the US Treasury Dept. regarding the status of my stimulus check payment on 2/17/[redacted]. After contacting Go2bank, they informed me that the account number in question, [redacted], belongs to GoBank. I did not authorize the Treasury to deposit my stimulus check into this account, as I was unfamiliar with GoBank. Despite speaking to a representative at Go2bank in October who confirmed the funds in the account, I have been unable to access them or retrieve my money. The contact numbers provided for Visa and Mastercard have been unhelpful as the system does not recognize my SS# and birthdate. I have not received a debit card for this account, so I am unable to provide the required card information to access the funds. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this issue. I have contacted GoBank several times, only to have the calls abruptly disconnected by agents who couldn't resolve my issue. One of them even suggested deactivating my card just because the balance was at $0. The problem began when I received an Uber driver debit card and tried to activate my GoBank account. The issue lies in the fact that my GoBank account is linked to an old email address I no longer have access to. I suspect this happened when I signed up for Uber through Facebook, which had my old email. I managed to update my email on Uber but haven't been able to do the same on GoBank. This leaves me without a username as I can't access the email needed to create my account. GoBank representatives say they can't change my email, leading to repeated disconnections with no solution. It's crucial to update my GoBank email to proceed with setting up my account.

I purchased a GoBank card four days ago to buy gifts for my daughter on Amazon Prime. In May of last summer, I received my new card after the first one was stolen from my mailbox. While at the beach enjoying the warm weather with my kids, on the second day, I tried to buy ice cream and found that my account was locked. I tried to activate my card online, but it didn't work. When I called customer service, they had me enter my card number multiple times, which didn't help. Now I've reached a limit. I find it frustrating to be asked to repeat the card number and face this issue. I hope they can access the card account and remove any previous activity so I can attempt to activate it successfully. I urgently need to use the card today because that's why I purchased it.

I'm reaching out for assistance regarding an electronic refund processed on December 3, [redacted], to Social Security. My account was inexplicably locked, and the refund was sent to Social Security. However, as of December 24, [redacted], Social Security has been unable to reissue the funds to me because they claim that go2bank received the funds but has not returned them. Despite multiple calls to go2bank and explanations about Social Security's statements, I have not received clarification on the whereabouts of the funds. I am eagerly waiting for my replacement card as I have funds in my account that I urgently need to transfer to my Cash App card to pay my rent. Unfortunately, the system is saying that my routing number is invalid, and I'm at risk of being evicted. I am unsure what steps to take next. Is there another number I can contact to speak with someone about resolving this issue promptly? Someone may have stolen my card. The last time I used it was on 12/20 for Amazon after receiving a deposit from Uber for $[redacted].99. I had another deposit of $[redacted] from Uber that was said to be successfully deposited on the 24th. I usually pay my bills on the 29th of each month. I checked my funds on the app, expecting a total of $[redacted] minus the Amazon total of $41 or $42, but there was only around $[redacted] left. I only use my debit card with a pin that no one has. How could this happen? My bills are due, and I don't even have my money. I'm frustrated. Why didn't GoBank notify me about this situation?
