Hello, I need assistance with accessing my other Gmail account. When I tried to change my password, the 2-step verification is sending codes to my old phone number ([redacted]) instead of my updated number ([redacted]) that is listed in the settings. The email I am trying to recover is [redacted] I have attempted various solutions without success, and I am unable to proceed. It is confusing why the verification code is being sent to my old number despite updating it previously. This situation has made it challenging for me as everything is linked to that email address. I recently requested a Go2Bank card and added $[redacted] to it on 8/2/22, thinking it was activated. Unfortunately, I lost access to my email account, [redacted], due to password issues after my Verizon phone was hacked 3 months ago. I had to reset the phone and assign a new number. I've been facing financial difficulties, which led to defaulting on my Verizon account. I was planning to use the money on the Go2Bank card to make a payment and restore my service. I have access to my [redacted] account and remember some old passwords. I have my ID and social security card. I need help to regain access to my account. Currently, I'm using a TextNow number, causing issues as Google doesn't accept calls or texts from TextNow numbers.

I am having trouble accessing my email account, [redacted] When I attempt to log in and click on "forgot password," I receive a recovery code on my recovery phone number. After entering the code and completing the process, it asks me to confirm a second recovery method which is to send an email to the same email address I am locked out of. This is causing a loop as I am unable to access the email to complete the recovery process.

Hello, I reached out a few days ago regarding password issues. I typically use the same password for all my accounts but had trouble accessing my email, [redacted], which serves as my backup. After changing the password, I stored it in my notes. Unfortunately, my phone malfunctioned, resulting in the loss of all data, and I urgently need access to that email. I attempted the password recovery process, but my old email and outdated phone number are linked. I do remember all the security questions. I recently erased the history and cookies on my device to access my healthcare system email. Since I mainly use my Gmail account and recently changed my cellphone number, I forgot to update it in my Gmail settings. Now, without the saved history, my password is not being recognized. The system is prompting for a text verification, which is being sent to my old number, creating a dilemma. I am unable to access my account to change the phone number. I am having trouble logging into my Gmail account due to the 2-step verification. The phone number linked to the account is outdated, so I am unable to receive the verification code. When attempting account recovery, Google states I have not provided sufficient information to confirm my identity. I'm facing a serious issue. I'm originally from Namibia but have resided in Cuba for 6 years. I have exclusively used my gmail account, [redacted] during this time. In July, I relocated back to Namibia. The problem I'm encountering is that when I attempt to sign in to my account now, it requires verification from a recognized phone number. The issue is that the old Cuban number linked to my account is no longer accessible as I lost that phone. Hello, I am encountering significant difficulties logging into my Google account. I am currently assisting a 97-year-old lady in accessing her Gmail account. The password she has provided is not being recognized, and we are having difficulty using the reset password function. Whenever we try to reset the password or go to the account recovery page and enter her details, a message appears saying her identity cannot be verified. It instructs us to use a device that has been previously used to access Gmail, which we are already doing with her home WiFi connection. Consumer Cellular inadvertently installed the wrong software on my Samsung Galaxy A** when attempting to fix my mobile base home phone after a lightning strike in the community. Target reloaded my phone a couple of weeks ago, but now I can't send emails with photo attachments. I have numerous emails stuck in the queue on my cellphone. I've spent several hours with Consumer Cellular and Samsung trying to fix this issue to no avail. I mainly use my laptop due to arthritis and only use my cellphone for photos. Last night, my Gmail account was hacked, and the hacker changed my account recovery email and phone number. Consequently, I am locked out of my account as these are the only ways to regain access. The hacker is misusing my YouTube page for scams, so it's urgent that someone at Google helps me retrieve my account. I have been trying to reach out for assistance but have not received any response. I have been locked out of my Gmail account for nearly two months, and despite trying to seek help, Gmail is sending recovery messages to the same account I cannot access. I recently purchased a new iPhone and unfortunately, my Gmail password ([redacted]) wasn't properly synced to my iCloud account. Good day. My account was on my phone for a long time. After it was hacked, I lost access to it. My phone still has the log-in, but it requires a password. When trying to recover the account, it suggests ways I can't use because the person who took the account changed my phone number to theirs and added their backup email. Now I can't regain access to the account. However, I have all the evidence that it is my account.
