I noticed some unusual activity on my Gmail account. I keep getting emails indicating "SIGN-IN FAILED," even when I'm not trying to log in. This has happened multiple times over the past few months, and I've documented each date and time it occurred. Today, on 12/8/21 at 7:11 p.m. (EST), it happened again. I can provide a list of all the dates and times this has occurred. I've been using Gmail for many years and never encountered this issue before. I'm currently having trouble accessing my Gmail account, [redacted], as my phone's display is not working. Because of this, I can't login to my account due to forgetting my password and not being able to confirm the screen lock. The only access I have is to my recovery email [redacted] Although I can create a new account, all my important data like WhatsApp backups and contacts are linked to [redacted] Despite trying all the recovery methods, I'm unable to resolve this issue. Any assistance with resetting my password would be greatly appreciated as this situation is quite distressing for me.

My phone is not lost, but it underwent a factory reset. The volume key is damaged, causing it to boot into BIOS upon restart. Recently, the screen went black, displaying a blue ⭕ and "erasing" below it after trying to troubleshoot. Now, I cannot access the device as I am unable to receive signals on the Kyrgyzstan number in India. The 2-step verification process is blocked due to this. The "Login device" option is greyed out, my phone number isn't working, and there are no alternative verification methods. Despite being the account owner, I can't proceed as the necessary verification steps are not appearing.

I recently changed my password but made a typo, so I can't log in as the new password is incorrect. The SMS number linked to my account is a Google number, so I don't have access to it. If there's a way to send the SMS to the correct number or do a verification call, that would really help. I also have two recovery emails, one of which is a Gmail that was updated recently. I can access the other recovery email, so perhaps verifying through that route could work for account recovery. I have a lot of important information tied to this account, so any assistance in regaining access would be greatly appreciated.

I've been unable to access my email account, [redacted], for approximately a year. Each login attempt results in an "incorrect password" message. At one point, during an attempt to create a new password, I was directed to an unfamiliar email address. Faced with this issue, I tried an alternative method that suggested email recovery via phone. Unfortunately, the associated phone number, [redacted], is no longer in use as I lost the device. Three years ago, my account was compromised, and I struggled to regain access because I didn't know how to contact support. The password, recovery email, and phone number were altered, likely rendering the account inactive. I'm reaching out now in hopes that you can assist me in recovering my account. Hello, I recently discovered an old email account for which I've forgotten the password. I changed it while going through a difficult time after my divorce, and unfortunately, the security question answer eludes me as well due to the mail being set up a long time ago. I do recall the mail being linked to various websites and forums, which I registered for using that email. Is there a way for a password reset through technical support or any other means to regain access to the account? I am currently locked out of my Gmail account because my cell phone was stolen. When I try to recover my account, I am not given the option to use my secondary email on the account. Also, I cannot receive the code on my phone since it was stolen. How can I access my Gmail account? It is essential for my work.

I keep getting emails with similar content from different fake email addresses. This feels like targeted spamming since it's not auto-generated. I've noticed this person has also emailed my friends. I want to track the origin of these emails using an IP address. Can Gmail assist with this, or should I report it as cybercrime?

I have access to my email account, but I am unable to reset the password as I do not know it. Although my iPad automatically logs me in, it does not work through the gmail app. My old iPad is set up in a traditional way where it asks for the email setup. The issue is that the iPad account password it is using is not correct. The phone number linked to this account is not active, I do not have an 8-digit code, and the recovery link provided did not find my account on the device even after entering the code sent to my email. Could you please send a password reset link to my email account [redacted] so I can update my password? I can access my email account, but I'm struggling with the password reset process.

I am able to access my email account but am encountering difficulty changing the password. The email account is set up on an old iPad, not through the Gmail app. The password stored on the iPad is not working when attempting to sign in elsewhere to make the change. Despite trying to use the recovery link and receiving a code sent to my iPad email, it states the email on the device cannot be found. Further attempts to reset through the phone have failed as the phone number is no longer in service. I kindly request a direct email password reset link to be sent to my email.

Hello. I am reaching out on behalf of my elderly mother, a widow who lives alone, who accidentally locked herself out of her phone. Her cell phone number is [redacted]. Unfortunately, she is unable to access her recovery password for her Gmail account. Could we update her recovery email or phone number to a different one in order to recover her account? Hello, Since yesterday, Thursday, December 09, around 10:39 AM, someone managed to access my address book on my account [redacted] They are sending money requests to my contacts under my name. However, I can still receive and send emails without any issues. I have changed my password and checked my connected devices, but my contacts are still receiving requests for help and money. Alain L.

I recently received a call from an individual claiming to be from Apple, mentioning a $[redacted] charge on my account. After providing my email address, the call got disconnected during the transaction. Upon reaching out to Amazon, I learned it was actually Amazon, not Apple, who contacted me. Amazon confirmed no $[redacted] transactions on my account. This situation has made me concerned about a potential hack into my account. I'm unsure about the next steps to take. Thank you.

I have been using the alias [redacted] for many years. Today, when I tried to send an email, I received a message saying "You no longer have access to [redacted]" However, I can still receive mail at this address, and it is active on my account list. I have confirmed that the forwarding service for the alias is still valid and in good standing. I have tested this issue on both my Windows 10 desktop and Android tablet with the same results. Hello, I recently reset my Google email password and due to entering it incorrectly several times, my account got suspended. I followed all the recommended steps provided by Google but waiting 48 hours didn't resolve the issue. I became worried about losing all my data on Google Drive. To speed up the process, I purchased additional space on Drive, hoping for a quick response from Google. Unfortunately, I also lost access to Youtube during this time. It seems the saying "there's no such thing as a free lunch" holds some truth. Can you assure me that by paying you, I will be able to regain access to my Google email account?
